Situated in Miramar Beach, this attractive condo for $666 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Fabulous Gulf View with beach access immediately across the street. The Leeward Key complex features 2 private pools. There is a large pool in the back of the complex with gas and charcoal grill facilities. Great family area! Across the street is a private beachside, heated pool with restrooms. Walk out of the pool to the white sand beaches on the beautiful emerald shores. On-site fitness center and luggage carts for the guests use. Non-smoking (this includes balconies and pool areas), no pets, over 1800 square feet plus a 300 square foot balcony and professionally decorated for comfort with a fabulous gulf view from living area, both Master suites and balcony. 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath condo with remodeled kitchen (completion November 2014) with granite counter tops. All bathrooms remodeled in January 2015. Tile floors in all living areas with new carpet in all bedrooms in December 2015. Spacious and open dining and living area with 6 chairs at the table and 4 bar stools plus extra dining chairs. Ceiling fans and flat screen TVs in living room and all bedrooms. 2 Master suites have king-size beds and gulf views. 3rd bedroom has queen size bed with attached bath. 4th bedroom has 1 set of twin bunk-beds and 1 set of twin over full bunk-beds (delivery October 2014). Stacked washer and dryer. High speed internet. Walking distance to Pampano Joe's (3-5:00 Happy Hour), Captain Dave's fine dining and Kenny D's cajun cuisine. Destin, long known as 'The World's Luckiest Fishing Village,' also boasts the nation's largest designer outlet mall, world class day spas and is a renowned golf destination. Close to Destin Harbor, Destin Commons, Baytown Wharf (Sandestin), Grand Boulevard, Indian Bayou, Kelly Plantation, Regatta Bay & Seascape golf courses. Also, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Sacred Heart Hospital and more. . .

This property is amazing! The pictures and unit description are accurate, and this was the best equipped property we've ever rented. The host seemed to think of everything that a family might need. The location is convenient and very walkable to restaurants, coffee shops and retail stores. The view from the balcony is beautiful, and the beach access is very close. The beds were really comfortable, and the common area is spacious. I highly recommend this unit.

Very nice condo. 4 bedrooms fit the 8 of us with plenty of room. The balcony allowed for beautiful sunsets. Kitchen items well stocked with everything you would need to cook meals, coffee, etc. Easy access to the beach, right across the street and down the stairs, beach chairs and umbrella service was a wonderful surprise. Parking was no problem and plenty of luggage carts to help load and unload for the week. Negatives: floors were painted the week we were there with less than 48 hour notice, notified after we had checked in. We had to be out of the condo for 5 hours, middle of the day. This was hard with young kids and an older grandmother in the heat, during lunch and nap time. The smell afterwards was horrid. Not the owners fault but huge inconvenience. HOA should have done this during the off season, not during fall break week.

Overall, the condo was clean and had plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 kids! The balcony was so nice with an ocean view and all of the night life you could see at night! Several restaurants within walking distance too! If I could say one helpful thing, don't forget to print your parking passes! That was a little headache when we got there but the manager was easy to get in touch with and was very helpful in getting us our passes the next morning being that we got there very late!

This condo was just perfect for us. Right in the heart of a great area with fun restaurants, but still had a calm vibe. The condo is decorated well with a nautical theme, and suited our needs very well. I wish I had packed a tote of paper goods, since the minimum is provided and we actually ran out of toilet paper. Otherwise, everything was wonderful and I would stay there again!

We love Leeward Key and Miramar Beach and 801 did not disappoint. Unit was great, owners and their property manger were awesome, very responsive and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent this unit again.

We love staying at leeward key. Have stayed at this condo building many times and this was our second trip to 801. The owners get back to you right away and they are great hosts! This condo is updated to our surprise because the pictures were not current. The beds are very comfortable! The kitchen is very well equipped. It has everything we needed. The paint colors and decor is very relaxing and beach-y! The balcony has a great view and really nice high top seating! This condo also has games, cards, extra beach chairs and umbrellas and comes with two ocean side chairs and umbrella service. Even had lots of extra blankets for us for when we all sat around to watch movies at night. We would come back again! We love it at Leaward…and especially 801!

This condo was super clean with lots of attention paid to the extra details. Chairs, beach towels, you name it, they provided it. The beaches were just gorgeous with the white sand and clear ocean. And the 2 pools were definitely a hit with our crew. Will definitely look to stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was exactly as advertised and it was directly across the street from the beach. The beach cart, beach towels, and toys provided were a plus! There are specific rules for the beach service, so be sure to ask if you choose to use the beach service chairs and umbrella. Overall, we had a fabulous stay!

This property was very clean and had everything that was listed and more. The kitchen was stocked with everything that you would ever need and more. The balcony was very large and had 6 sturdy chairs, a bench, and box that included beach chairs and umbrellas. I also loved that the property came with 2 beach chairs and umbrella service at the beach. We loved the close access from the property to the beach across the street and pool off of the beach. We loved everything about this property!

This condo exceeded our expectations. There have been updates since the pictures and it was a great surprise! We stayed with 6 adults/6 kids (ages 10-15) and the space was good for us. The views out the balcony were spectacular! We had peaceful morning coffee times and sunset views every evening. The beachside pool was a favorite for all of us. Kitchen is well stocked, washer/dryer was convenient. We utilized the fitness room and while small, it’s everything we needed and was never packed. We absolutely love the beach town feel of Miramar beach and this condo provided a great stay for us!

This 4-bdr unit worked perfectly for us. My 91-yr-old mother could stay in the room, enjoying the view and we could be on the beach in 3 minutes. This may have been the best stocked unit we’ve ever stayed in and we’ve been coming to Destin for 20 years. They even have beach towels! We couldn’t have been more pleased!

My Husband and I wanted to treat our family to a beach Vaca!! So for Christmas that was our gift to them! We were super nervous as we have never rented a condo much less planned a trip for 12 people!! The condo and beach view far exceeded our expectations! There was plenty of space for everyone and the walking distance to the private beach was perfect!!! The reviews didn’t let us down! We will be returning in the future!

Had no washer for a family of six the whole two weeks we were there. Bedroom furniture was low quality. You open a drawer the whole thing would about tip. Be careful putting kids or small children in that room. Then we are charged 115 after we check out. Left that place in great condition

My opinion

We had no washer the whole week. Had to go to the laundromat to wash towels and washcloths. The manager sent a big bag of towels for the rest of the week and no wash rags. We used hand towels to wash. The front door did not latch so we had to make sure it shut on our way out or in. No inside lock for the door so the 2 1/2 year old tried to escape several times. The manager got a little aggravated with me about the washer and sent a text in all caps. The repairman was to come Friday to fix it but was a no show. Sorry but that’s one of the things I look for when booking. Thanks

The condo was as described. Everything was perfect! The condo was clean and plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 children. It is in a great location with a quick walk to the beach and restaurants close by. Everything for the beach is in the condo. The host were great and quickly answered any questions we had. Great property location. Unit was very well stocked with towels, kitchen pots, pans, cooking utensils, high chair, booster seat, etc. I think the only downfall were the bunk beds were not comfortable. With that being said for a family of 11, it worked well for us and we would probably stay again.

Traveling over 16hrs we like to get a few extra days when possible. Love they rent for additional days beside Saturday-Saturday. This unit was exactly as pictured and well stocked with everything we needed. Beds are super comfortable and probably the best nights sleep we’ve ever had on vacation. Sheila responds quickly to emails. The condo was fully equipped with everything you need. The reserved beach chairs and umbrella were invaluable. The ocean views are beautiful from the master bedroom and deck! Perfect choice for any vacation.

This property is at an amazing location in Destin and close to the beach with a heated pool and very close to many restaurants . We have been to many VRBO properties and we have never seen such a well stocked unit , you have everything you would need. Host was easily reachable and had instant communication.

This place has everything you could think of. Beautiful 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms on 8th floor overlooking the ocean with a grand balcony. It's a walking distance to many great restaurants and bars. Heated pool was a plus for us as it was in high 60s during our stay.
