Enjoy the stunning Gulf views at Majestic Sun 1101B at Seascape Resort from this 11th-floor, newly renovated, beach vacation rental condo overlooking the pool area during your next vacation in Miramar Beach, FL. Located directly across from the beach. This vacation rental offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas including the master bedroom! The photos will never do it justice. The large patio is the perfect spot to watch the dolphins play in the morning or experience a gorgeous sunset in the evening. This vacation rental condo has just undergone a complete remodel and everything is brand new! Including, the kitchens stainless steel appliances, Keurig machine, quartz counters, flooring, furniture, and large HDTV's. Enjoy Gulf views from the dining area and breakfast bar that seats 12 comfortably. The master king suite offers beautiful Gulf views with access to the private balcony. The second bedroom is a king suite with its own private bath and walk-in shower. The third bedroom also has a king bed and a twin bunk bed with a trundle bed and attached bath. The living room also offers a sofa sleeper for additional guests. This condo conveniently offers HDTV's in all rooms and a laundry room. With more than enough room for 10 guests, this condo is perfect for a family vacation or a beach getaway with friends. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is onsite, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything. At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more! We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer) and the off season must be rented for a 3 night minimum. *Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee. **25+ Age Requirement. No Pets Allowed. NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies including a units private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.** *Please note peak seasons may require 6-7 night stays, otherwise, a 3 night minimum year-round. *Please inquire for monthly rates for stays during our winter months.

Great communication with Glads Casa, text as expected for condo ready 4pm day of arrival. Everything was clean. A few minor things we noticed and gave feedback. We had a wonderful week and enjoyed the 11th floor beach views. We saw dolphins, stingray, shark and many other large fish swimming by. Just a perfect week on vacation!

1101 B has been our winter home for the past 2 years for approximately 3 1/2 months each year. If I recall, it had been remodeled 3-4 years ago. The view is beautiful and you can access the balcony & the Master Bedroom. Sunsets are breathtaking!! We liked the walk-in showers in 2 of the bathrooms, with a tub/shower combo in the 3rd Bathroom.We enjoy having family & friends visit this unit hold 10 guests. The kitchen is pretty well equipped with dishes, pots & pans, glasses, and slow cooker, griddle, Kerrigan, and is easy to work in and it has a nice size pantry. The decorating and color scheme throughout the unit is beachy and very relaxing. You’ll enjoy the large capacity washer & dryer. If you want to go swimming, there is a heated indoor pool, an outdoor cold pool, along with 2 hot tubs. There is a workout room, which is located outside of the pool area. There are some restaurants within walking distance. ENJOY!!!

First, let me start of by saying that the unit’s location is perfect and that it was nicely decorated. The cleanliness however is a another story. Upon opening the door we were greeted with a disgusting fried fish smell. I immediately noticed that the unit was not clean, the floors had dried food stuck to it, there was sand in places and the units high touch surfaces were NOT sanitized like they advertise. All the baseboards and doors had an inch of dust on them, which should be cleaned more often. Thankfully I brought Clorox wipes with me and cleaned all the door handles, cabinet handles and light switches myself. I also cleaned off all the dust in all the places. The fridge door was disgusting which I also cleaned. We did notify the management company and they said they would send someone over, we asked for some febreeze and some sanitizing spray for the floor. They did send someone over the following afternoon, which we appreciated. That someone came with a squeegee mop with a towel on it and just went through and “mopped” the floor and that was it. Considering how much a week costs to stay here and how much they charge to clean the unit, I was not happy at all. Even though the unit is beautiful, I cannot bring myself to rent this unit or from this management company again knowing what their cleanliness standards are. If a place is beautiful, but filthy , it simply isn’t beautiful anymore.

The condo is pretty. Looked like the pics. The space for dining is great, for the number of guests the unit could hold. But the family area feels too small. The owner could have done a sectional which would offer more spaces to sit, so we could all comfortably do a movie night. The biggest area of opportunity for this condo is storage space. Both the extra bedrooms could use a dresser. We had 5 kids between the two rooms and they had to live out of their suitcases - no place to put tshirts / shorts / underwear. . Also, the washer was on and off, whether it worked or stopped in the rinse cycle. To be fair, we did not call about this because we didn’t want a service person in the condo while we were there. Also, I appreciate having a stand-alone AC unit in the Master, but it was an eye sore.
