We had a great family holiday together with our adult children & their families. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The bedrooms were all very spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the large table so we could eat together. Loved the fireplace it made the cabin feel very cozy. Everyone enjoyed playing pool and all the video games. Overall a great family getaway for us! Would definitely recommend & we will be back!

The cabin was beautiful and the location was perfect. We wanted something close to all the main attractions without a steep driveway. The parking was great also. The cabin had tons of space for everyone to relax and multiple living areas that we could spend time together. We would highly recommend 432 Bear Haven.

This was our first family trip to Pigeon Forge, and this cabin was the perfect place to call home during our stay. We enjoyed the hot tub, the pool table, and the games. The layout of the bedrooms was also perfect for our large family, and the beds were super comfy. There aren’t any condiments in the kitchen, so be sure to bring your own. We fell in love with the area and will definitely be back to stay.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Bear Haven. Plenty of room to be together and we all had our space to relax and rest. My guys especially enjoyed the pool table & video game. The cabin is near Parkway making it easy to get around. Our family has spent a long weekend together in the mountains during December for the last 10 years. This has been our favorite cabin thus far.

This cabin was amazing. The location was perfect. Literally 5 mins from the Island. It was very clean. I love how the lowest level is almost noise cancelling so whenever the kiddos played, the adults weren’t disturbed. The cabin felt cozy and homey. Def recommend and I would stay here again

We had a great sister weekend at Bear Haven! There was plenty of room for all of us in the family room and we loved all of the porches! The kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms were comfortable. The location was great for getting to Dollywood. The property manager was awesome and respond quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the gathering rooms, the roomy bedrooms with walk in shower bathrooms was especially helpful for us senior citizens.

Great place to stay, close to attractions and grocery store. Indoor and outdoor pool close access. Had an issue with one of the tv’s, staff came out right away and replaced it. Sunny our contact person was great.

Overall excellent experience. Some minor issues that were addressed by manager. 4 porches to spend time outside. Hot tub the kids loved. Close to Pigeon Forge, Cal Ripken fields, Wear park fields. Parking was super convenient. Would stay again

We had a wonderful family gathering here. Plenty of room for everyone, with the hot tub right on premises and the pool a short walk away. Entertainment and restaurants close by, and we enjoyed it all.

The place was perfect for a short getaway for entire family. Place was easy to get to, close to everything. Could have used larger skillets in the kitchen, it got difficult cooking breakfast for 10 people.

This property was perfect for our family. We had six adults and four kids (ages 8-12). There was ample space for everyone. The home is very nice and the location is close to all of the area attractions (Dollywood, Skyland Ranch, The Island, etc.). Our host, Sunny, was wonderful and very helpful.

My family of 12 enjoyed our stay very much. The title given was because my grandboys would say, "Are we going back to my cabin, my cabin?" Even on our way home to MI they mentioned they didn't want to go to their home, only the cabin. It was very close to all the attractions we wanted. Well stocked, clean and just very comfortable. The property managers stayed in touch, kept me informed which I really liked. We needed an HDMI cord and it was taken care of right away. Thank you for a peaceful 4 days.

The only way to describe this cabin is WOW!!! I was blown away by the Cabin. It was perfect for us. The beds were so comfortable and beautiful. We loved the hot tub and dining area. The game machine was a hit with the guys. The only problem we had was we couldn't stay longer. We will be back when we can stay longer.

This is the second time we have rented this particular cabin. It was well stocked and clean. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms with a huge den area with fireplace, pool table and a video machine. The grandkids loved this room. Main level is large living room area, kitchen and bedroom. Upstairs is a master suite with bathroom and jacuzzi. My only complaint is that it’s hard to regulate the temperature for all 3 levels. Sunny with my smoky rentals is great to work with!
