Property was great! Well located for walking to ski slopes and Main Street where there were many restaurants and shops. The house was very clean and well maintained with ample kitchenware. All appliances worked well. Beds were very comfortable with the exception of queen bed on first floor whose mattress needs upgrading. Otherwise very happy with this rental

Walk to skiing is about the same as being in the parking lot. Walk to town down stairs is about 10 minutes. House is comfortable. Hit tub is super hot. Will stay again.

We had a fantastic getaway. The location is perfect! Having a house with three separate bathrooms makes a perfect getaway for larger groups. We would stay here again.

This house is a run down disaster. It should never have been rented. It needs to be taken off the rental lists. It needs a complete refurbishment. The water supply is contaminated due to a broken down water softener. The softener was scheduled to be serviced in 2020 and produces only high sodium water. The RO unit in the kitchen has not had a filter change since 2015! Don't drink the water! It makes you sick. We switched to bottled water. Bottled water stopped the stomach aches and diarrhea. The house's hot water temperature is set to 140 degrees F. Very dangerous if you have young children. The spa is generally broken down and its temperature controller is inaccurate. It heats the water to a dangerous 130 degrees F when set to its limit of 104 F. Set the spa controller to 91 and you will get a safe 104 F. Plus, you have to contact Vacasa to get treatment chemicals for the spa water. This takes 2+ days for a servicing and the chemicals last only 3 days. We arrived with the water green with fungus/bacteria and the entire porch area, including the spa, encased on a foot of ice. The spa is not worth it. The house was filthy upon arrival and the vacuum was broken. Contacting Vacasa resulted in no response for two days. We finally bought a vacuum and cleaned the house ourselves. There were dead bugs in the beds, dust everywhere and the blankets smelled! The TV in the quest bedroom never worked, even after four visits by the TV service technician over a one week period (complete with a new digital TV box). On the last visit, the technician claimed that the house owner lives in Australia and had to authorize turning on the new digital box. Vacasa was to contract the owner and get the authorization for the new digital box. It never came on... All the furniture and beds are run down and falling apart. There were not enough pillow cases for the beds, so we bought our own. Vacasa is a property management disaster. Vacasa purposefully hides contact information for their staff working in Park City. Call Vacasa and you get routed to a phone answering service in Portland Or. And the person you eventually get on the phone has been specifically instructed to never give out contact information of Vacasa personnel in Park City. Second, they have a total of ~3 people supporting their rentals in the Park City - Deer Valley area. Not enough staff to service the area. Third, the Vacasa rental office on Main Street is never manned. Avoid this house in Park City
