INTERIOR FEATURES: Second floor Silvermill condo with incredible SKI SLOPE and village plaza views from every room! Ideally located with views of both River Run Village and the mountain, the same view featured in most Keystone advertisements. When there is a festival in the village, you can sit on the balcony and watch the festivities. The master bedroom features spectacular views with a KING sized bed, new bedding, private bathroom and flat screen HD LCD TV. The secondary bedroom has a queen sized bed, new bedding and a flat screen HD LCD TV and views as well. The second full bathroom is adjacent to this room. The living room is well sized and has a gas fireplace with a HD LCD TV with a DVD player. The dining room table seats 4-6 people. The full kitchen is well equipped for you to cook a meal away from home. High Speed Internet: Resort internet connection. A 10,000 BTU AC unit is provided for summer cooling. VIEWS: ***** (5 Stars) From the balcony Living room and bedrooms, you will enjoy views of River Run Village and Keystone Mountain, the mountain skiers take to get to the base of River Run. The same view featured in most Keystone advertisements. PROXIMITY TO ACTIVITIES ***** (5 Stars) Silver Mill is conveniently located in the heart of River Run Village. It is just steps from restaurants, ski rental shops, specialty shops, and Starbucks. If you are traveling with young children, the Keystone Children's Center is located on the ground floor of Silver Mill. There is a new high-speed, 8 person gondola, to move passengers up the mountain 40% faster. Silver Mill is now even closer than before. Walk 100 yards out of the building, and you will be there. This unit is located on the second floor, therefore offering the option to take the elevator down or walk down the adjacent stairs straight down the center of River Run.

My husband and I stayed at this rental. We enjoyed the view and how generally quiet the area was. The general store was great for picking up miscellaneous things but I would highly recommend packing in as much of your own food as possible if you plan to cook. We enjoyed many of the shops. We were however quite surprised at the cost of the gondola ride. I would recommend taking the trip to Breckinridge where the gondolas are free. The condo is as advertised. The shower takes a bit to warm up but once it’s there the shower is good. If you’re from the flat lands, makes sure you run the humidifiers. The air is terrible dry! If you’re an introvert as we are, you’ll love the ability to participate in the live music without being amongst the crowd. We loved our little vacation condo and look forward to returning yearly.

A great location for everything in the village. Unfortunately only one elevator was working and only one of three hot tubs had a working pump. These were no fault of the owner but an amenity we were hoping to use.

The location is so perfect and right in the middle of everything you want in Keystone. We parked our car and never had to drive the whole time we were here. The condo is super clean and beds are very comfy. Kids had an amazing time and there was plenty of room for all 5 of us. Thanks for sharing your home!

What a magical place to stay! It had everything we could possibly need and was by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Close walk to the lift and everything else you might need. Many food options and no need to leave River Run. The view from the condo was even better than we hoped. Will probably re-book this exact condo again next year. We have 3 teenage boys and had plenty of room. Five stars!!

The location of this condo was awesome. My husband and I stayed with our four kids 13 and under. Our main goal was skiing. It was a super short walk to gondola that took us to the top and lots of choices of ski runs from the top of that mountain. On our way to gondola your quick walk takes you through a little shopping/eatery area. We loved we could walk to all of this. It was perfect. We also loved having covered parking spot and the ski locker on first floor of condo. Condo itself was quaint and clean. It could use some updating but that didn’t affect the great time we had!

Great location at keystone. Comfortable for three guy skiers who were very focused on skiing and having walking to restaurants and simple grocery. Parked the car on arrival and never used it again until drive back to airport. That was wonderful. As advertised. No hassels. Kitchen complete, would have liked a chopping block. But overall wonderful stay and plan to return.

Had a wonderful weekend at this property with another couple. Great location- short walk to ski lift. Close to restaurants. I would definitely stay again. A few bites to owner- Although it was obvious that the property was cleaned before we came to the main surfaces etc, a deep clean is needed. We moved the couch a little to give more space for the table and it was pretty dirty underneath with some good scraps/wrappers etc. Same was noticed behind the nightstand in main bedroom. I also feel the kitchen table needs to be refinished or replaced. It’s wood and the top surface was quite sticky even after we wiped it off so we used an extra sheet as a table cloth so we could play cards. Thanks for the fun time!

My husband, 3 kids and I stayed here for our first snow vacation. The key pickup was offsite (not far) and I was able to call the reservations office to pick them up earlier than expected, which was nice. The condo was clean and instructions were clear. The pull out couch takes up most of the living room area, but my kids slept on it with no issue and it was quick and easy to close back up. The owner was very quick to respond to all messages and was very helpful. The location of the condo is PERFECT as it’s a quick walk to the lift and the free bus transportation, plus it sits in the middle of the restaurants and shops. My kids especially enjoyed the fireplace that runs on a timer after long walks in the cold. We would stay here again.

From the moment we opened the door, my 20-year old son could not have stated it better when he stated, "The listing and pictures could not have done this place justice!" He was absolutely right. The location is perfect right in the center of the activity of River Run and such a short walk to ski rental pick up and the Gondola. The property itself is very well-equipped. We were able to comfortably prepare and enjoy all of our family meals while the fireplace was going in the background! Just an amazing property with great amenities.
