The property was exactly as described. Everything was super clean and simple. Parking was easy to arrange and the hosts had great communication.
This is the first vacation rental we've stayed in that was completely bug free! That was awesome!
The bed was the comfiest we've slept in outside of our own home- not too squishy and not too stiff. The A/C worked well, too. Plenty of lighting options and dimmers on some lights.
As with all of the downtown area, there is street noise. But honestly, it was not too noticeable inside and they provided sound machines in the bedrooms as well. There is a restaurant directly across from the bedrooms and I thought that would be an issue, but it wasn't. Once we were in the room we couldn't really hear noise from there and especially not with the sound machine on. We heard some footsteps from people upstairs, but nothing over the top or out of the ordinary for multi-level units.
We were super pleased with our stay!

Great location and beautiful place. Loved everything about it.

Great accommodations & location! The unit itself exceeded expectations (and posted pictures); its a place you'd like to live in! That "Tappas" dinner (Estadio) and morning coffee (Bad Bunny), just a short walk, similar to King Street! YES, I'd stay here again!

Spent a long weekend in Charleston visiting college kids-place was just as described. Updated and nicely appointed. Short walk to everything and management was responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property. Super clean. Great complex. Great and responsive property management. Great location and neighborhood. Everything's close by and access to the highways to go around Charleston's extremely convenient. Only negative is that walls and floor insulations are a bit thin. So you can hear neighbors when they're walking around their units heavily or talking loud.

This property was a great location for 6 women visiting Charleston for the first time.
It was walking distance to King St & a short Uber drive to popular tourist areas. There were also several coffee shops & restaurants within a 3-4 block radius.
The condo was comfortable & well kept. The staff was very pleasant and always helpful.

Beautiful condo and very clean. The only negative is from others reviews we thought it would be walkable to downtown area. Had to use Ubers but the process was easy.

From check in to departure, this was a great VRBO experience.
We were two couples celebrating two landmark birthdays with a four night stay in Charleston.
The Jasmine Suite was lovely. Solid construction and chic decor. Comfy beds, and the “white noise” machine on the bed stand was a thoughtful touch that helped us all sleep well. Bathrooms, kitchen, TV wifi etc - everything was well equipped and easy to use.
Communication with the manager via text was helpful.
The units on Spring Street offer access to an up-and-coming neighborhood. Xiao Bao Biscuit a block to the left, great coffee shop a block to the right. Well-stocked Charlie’s Market across the street. King Street a 12 minute walk. Great location.
We would not hesitate to return to this wonderful unit.

Great Spot
The Condo was great. Parking on property was pricey but worth it. It was about a 10min drive from the main downtown area, so I wouldn't consider it in the heart of downtown. Property was clean and well furnished. There were plenty of cook utensils needed. Make sure to put the hood fan on before cooking, I think something was stuck in the oven and was burning even when preheating, setting off the smoke alarms.
We very much enjoyed the condo and would recommend it to anyone.

The unit was so clean, bright, spacious, and well lit. It was perfect for our girls’ weekend-close to everything and a relaxing place to come back to after our whirlwind of activities.

Great adult getaway
The condo was perfect for 2 couples. It was very clean and close to a few restaurants. King street is only a 20 min walk and has many restaurants and bars. There is a great coffee shop on the corner! The only negative comment I have is that you can hear the people above you and several early mornings the trash gets picked up and is very loud. Sounds like they drag the dumpster to the end of driveway and then it gets emptied by the truck and then it’s dragged all the way back.
