Nestled in Panama City Beach, this lovely condo for $322 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Boardwalk Beach resort is one of Panama City Beach's premier condos. Close to local attractions, restaurants, and golf courses, yet tucked away on a quiet stretch of South Thomas drive in an area of beach bungalows, it seems like a world away from the crowds and traffic of Front Beach Road. Set on an amazing 1700 ft of pristine beach front on the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, everything about the Boardwalk is high-end. Our condo is very spacious at 1380 square feet, providing lots of room for you and your family and friends to spread out and enjoy (compare that to the typical 2 BR condos on the beach that are only 1000 - 1100 SF). The master bedroom is huge and luxurious with a king bed and is directly on the Gulf. The 2nd bedroom is also very large and provides a king bed as well. There is also a bonus private room with a queen bed. The views from the 21st floor are amazing! Watch for dolphins, rays, sea turtles, manatees, and other sea life right from your very own private balcony. And of course there are incredible views of the sunset. Of course your condo includes all of the high-end features you would expect, such as all brand-new flat-panel LED televisions, a large and full-featured kitchen with granite countertops, full dining room table that seats 6, nine-foot ceilings with crown molding, tile in foyer, kitchen, dining and bath areas, cultured marble tubs and showers, separate shower and garden tub in master bath, and plush and comfortable bedding with brand-new Simmons BeautyRest mattresses. Rent from a local owner instead of a rental company. We are located only 2 miles away so in the unlikely event if you have any issues whatsoever we can take care of it quickly. 25 is the minimum age for renters. Boardwalk Condominium Association has now banned smoking on all condo balconies. Smoking is allowed at designated areas on the ground and 1st floor only. There is absolutely no smoking allowed in our condo.

This condo was on the 21st floor and had an amazing view of the ocean. It was very clean and spacious. It was the perfect size for our group of six (4 adults and 2 teens). The property owner was quick to respond. He texted with us prior to arrival and during the trip as needed. We could definitely return to this unit in the future.

A wonderful 3 bedroom condo perfect for a family of 5-6. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the balcony along with Fantastic views of the gulf. No beach overcrowding on this strip of sand off of Front Beach Rd and if golf is your thing, there’s a course right across the street.

The view is magnificent. I love the serenity that comes from viewing the ocean and listening to the ocean. A very nice condo. Loved having two king beds since our group was primarily adults. I would rent again from this owner. A+++

Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful property again. It is truly a beautiful place with all the amenities of home. I love coming down this time of year because there is no one at the beach. My husband was participating in the Ironman and it was great that there was a large soaking tub in the bathroom for after the race. The pools and hot tubs were also a plus.

We always enjoy staying at Boardwalk, but this unit was beyond our expectations. Very clean! Plenty of towels, pillows, beach stuff, fully stocked kitchen... Plus, the owners are very generous with supplies to get your vacation started so you aren't immediatly running out for the essentials. The mattresses are excellent quality and various degrees of firmness so anyone should be able to find their perfect fit. Don't miss the queen/full(?) bed in the "bunk room." Overall exceptional stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our kids were really excited about the place when they saw it. Honestly, I didn't think the pictures did it justice. It was beautifully decorated. Everything was clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. Beautiful views of the ocean from the living room balcony and the master bedroom. The pool was very nice, and there was also plenty to do nearby, since the condo is convenient to restaurants and attractions. John, the owner, was great, and had everything we needed in place when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity.

Our stay was amazing. The view was great! Condo was very clean! The kitchen was very well stocked, the Keurig was a nice surprise! Plenty of space for four adults and children! The closet of extra beach chairs, toys and games was a huge benefit. The extras like cleaning supplies was also helpful to have for a week long stay. Luggage racks in two of the bedrooms were very nice to have as well! Owners were very helpful and quick to respond to questions before and during our stay.

Dealing with the owner direct (thru VRBO) is always best! John was fantastic and very responsive. All of the information we needed was provided in a timely manner. The condo is on the 21st floor with gorgeous views. Each bedroom is well equipped as are the bathrooms. My husband said it was the most comfortable bed he's ever slept on! Everything needed to cook is provided as well as games, and beach toys and chairs. The ONLY thing I will say (and it has NOTHING to do with this unit) is that this complex is VERY strict. Every rule posted for the facility is followed and enforced by security. This mainly is in reference to small children, so it did not affect our stay at all. I would love to enjoy this unti again in the future and definitely recommend it to others!

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing ocean view from the 21st floor. It was very clean, and has everything you will need for a vacation at the beach. If you want to eat in, there are plenty of dishes and pots and pans to prepare your meal. There are pool noodles and beach chairs in one of the closets also. There are also plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. I would definitely stay here again. The property manager was very helpful whenever we had questions.

We enjoyed two weeks in this condo, with one week accompanied by two adults kids and a toddler granddaughter. If you’re looking for comfortable accommodations for a family gathering with views for days, this is it. John and Becky are great hosts, always responded to our questions quickly, and made the check-in/out process seamless. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We absolutely loved this condo. Not only the cleanliness but also the way everything was set up. It was just a short walk from pineapple Willys and Walmart. Loved that there was an outside restaurant where we could dine. We also received a warm welcome from the nicest resident one door down from us. Would definitely book again
