This newly completed double storey home has some of the best views in Ocean Grove. The house has five spacious king bedrooms giving each guest the highest level of comfort and the ability to sleep up to 11 guests. This house is perfect for a group of families, with an open plan layout upstairs there is plenty of room to relax together and on your own. Bedding Configuration Master Bedroom King Bed Bedroom 2 King Bed Bedroom 3 King Bed Bedroom 4 King Bed Bedroom 5 King Bed and 1 Long Single or 3 Long Singles Additional mattresses are available on request Main features: 153A The Parade is wheelchair friendly having an elevator as well as three of the five bedrooms being wheelchair accessible along with both downstairs bathrooms. Shower chair and raised toilet seat and frame available on request. The house has free high speed Wi-Fi and each TV has Netflix and platinum Foxtel available. The downstairs living area contains an X-Box One console and multiple games, if that isn't enough for the kids we also have an Ultimate upright arcade machine with around 2000 games. We provide guests with the option of high chairs, and staircase safety gate. The upstairs living area is fitted with a 70 inch smart TV and a 90 Inch projector screen perfect for watching movies. Upstairs is a spacious open plan layout across the kitchen, dining and living area, there is a gas log fire place and reverse cycle unit. Each bedroom has electric panel heating and the master bedroom also has a reverse cycle unit. There are three decking areas around the house as well as the backyard which is fully fenced for privacy. Really enjoyed our stay at this property. The place is suitable for several families , we had 3 families and it was perfect. 6 adults, 5 kids and a baby and still plenty of space, we never felt like we were on top of eachother. The kitchen is very practical and multiple living rooms is great. Not having to bring linen , towels and beach towels was helpful also. Location is good , walking distance to the shops. Julie was really prompt replying to my questions and helpful, with an early check in and late check out. Thankyou Julie .

Amazing property, clean and included everything you need for a great family getaway. Only downside was getting in and out of the driveway from the busy main road. Other than that it was perfect! Also property manager was great to deal with, very helpful and friendly.

The property was just right for our family stay. Everything was there for our needs. Having a lift to transition from ground floor to level one was a bonus. Everything seemed to be in working order.

There were 7 of us on the stay. 5 adults and two 17 year olds. The home is beautifully appointed, with great views, and an easy walk into town. The host was great - we had a small issue with one heater not working and Julie was very responsive. The home is so large that everyone had their own space, and also enough space for us all to come together over meals and a movie. We will definitely be back.

What a great location with beautiful views and an easy walk to the beach and the centre of town! The fabulous open plan kitchen/ dining/ lounge area with gas fire was perfect for our 4 couples to share in spacious comfort. Every bedroom was beautiful with super comfortable beds. Excellent supplies in the kitchen with plentiful glasses, crockery, cutlery, pots, containers, everything you need in an up-market kitchen. This was a truly relaxing place in which to holiday!

We recently stayed for a week with three generations of one family. The property was excellent, with plenty of space for everyone, a well-appointed kitchen and the lift was amazing for my father who would have struggled with the stairs. The views from the balcony at the top of the property are beautiful! Easy check-in process. I would thoroughly recommend! Thank you

This house is next level! The location, the look, the amenities, the cleanliness! All 11/10!!! Couldn’t recommend staying here more highly for a large group. The host was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to assist myself and my family out! The house is very lux and has very high end features. Location is great. We had a brilliant weekend at Julie's property. House was spotless, garage to park the cars was great, clean pool, bbq areas and great rooftop space with beautiful views, all a short walk from shops and the beach. Julie was great communication wise and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Julie was brilliant communicator throughout- she was able offer early check in and late check out which was a real bonus . There is a bit of a hill up from the beach but worth the effort. The house is exactly as shown, a bit more impressive in the flesh . Very spacious and a good size pool . Strong recommendation

Perfect house for a large family group or group of friends to enjoy a holiday getaway. Great amenities. Great views. The property is positioned on a main road which makes leaving and entering the property a little challenging and can be quite noisy at times. Julie was very helpful and accommodating and very friendly and easy to liaise with. Thank you Julie for allowing us to stay in your wonderful property.

Julie was fantastic to deal with right from the get go, always friendly, helpful and her fantastic 5br townhouse was perfect for our family of 7a + 2c. The large open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area certainly ticked all the boxes for us, being set up with an extended family or group of friends in mind. We didn't want for anything while staying, with the large fridge, 90cm oven, and huge cooktop perfect for all meal preparation, as well as plenty of crockery, pots, pans and glassware to use. The bed linen, towels etc were bright & airy colours, with the lounge sofas and beds, very comfy. The house felt like a home away from home for us. We strolled along the beach most mornings, followed by coffee at a local cafe, then spent afternoons chatting, reading and relaxing by the pool, if we didn't swim in it. As we had a couple of windy days where the beach was too rough, the fact we had a pool where we stayed was wonderful. At night, once the children were asleep, we enjoyed drinks and spectacular sunsets on the front deck. The location of the townhouse was ideal, only a 10min walk to the beach, cafes, supermarket and restaurants etc. Thanks Julie, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in 2024

Townhouse is beautiful and location is great. Great for families has 5 king size bedrooms master suite is amazing. Pool area great for get together a too. Everything you need in the kitchen is also provided. The only disappointment was the arcade game machine not working as we were looking forward to having some fun with that.

It's a spacious home, beautifully appointed, decor, furnishings, colourful bed linen, size of beds, spare mattresses etc the lift is awesome for us older chicks with luggage! From the moment we had confirmation of our booking the communication with Julie was just amazing. She was so friendly and helpful with all our questions. The house is an absolute gem and has everything to offer. Great kitchen and living room upstairs with a fantastic views of the ocean.it is such a big space catering for the 9 of us easily. The photos don’t do it justice, and so clean and tidy. Easy walk to the shops and for a stroll along the beach. We will return and thank you again Julie !

We loved our stay at the Parade, it had been 2 year since our last family getaway and find a place that is suitable for a person with a disable is hard but this was perfect for all of us. Julie was great to talk with before hand and during our stay and providing extra stuff for our dad. We can’t wait to book again hopefully in the summer so we can use the pool.

Celebrating a special family occasion and get together in a spacious environment. Views of the ocean from inside and outside areas. Gorgeous. Bedroom set ups perfect. Plenty of space to be together or separate for different activities. Enough bathrooms to meet needs of a group of adults. Great kitchen setup with everything you need included and organised beautifully. Love the old fashioned arcade game machine. Lots of memories revisited playing Pacman. Well done. Would happily return to this holiday home and space. Highly recommend.
