You’re just steps away from shopping, dining and exciting nightlife on Breck’s Historic Main Street. This ultra-cool unit is located just behind La Cima Mall, less than one block from the ski shuttle and just a five-minute walk from the Quicksilver Chair. You won’t find a more fun location for your group! This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is an ideal setup for groups of up to four. The remodeled interior is breathtaking, and so are the views of from your private balcony! After a long day on the slopes, snuggle up on the sofa in front of the wood-burning fireplace and enjoy a movie on the large flat-screen TV. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances and a dining table that seats four for breakfast, snacks or even a nice dinner if should you decide to stay in instead of exploring Breck’s vibrant restaurant scene. Other amenities include: a washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for two vehicles. As with all SMR properties, this home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and stocked with fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries. The rental is the perfect size for my small family. It had everything we needed for a successful weekend. The kitchen is very nice in the living area is great the bedding is a little bit scratchy and there are a few things that could be fixed like the door handles to the bathroom and bedroom. Overall a really great experience. The location is perfect!

Stayed in this Condo/Apartment twice now. Enjoyed my stay. Could use another fan but was very clean and well maintained. I would stay here again especially in fall, winter or spring.

Overall, things were very good. Location was great!
Well-equipped and we were happy to have cable tv.
The main downside was some cleanliness issues. For example, the inside of the shower curtain in the main bathroom was icky dirty. The bottom of both waste baskets in the kitchen had crap in them.
Also, it would be good to have a curtain over the front door window, so the morning sun doesn't intrude on sleepers in the bedroom... and, adding a couple of small chairs on the balcony would be a nice addition.

Just as described, great location and comfortable bed. If there on the weekend there will be some live lusic outside the back patio, they do not go super late, maybe 9-10pm but just be awware, we enjoyed it ourselves.

1. No AC - The condo can get warm, be prepared to open windows and use a fan. (You may want to bring one with you)
2. The location is great, but you are right next to some bars, and the music can get loud at night, especially with the windows open. (See #1 above)

For someone that likes to be walking distance from all the action, this place worked out just fine. Yards away from at least 10 restaurants, and 2 breweries. Nice view from balcony (though chair in balcony was broken). Parking right in front is nice. Nice to have a fireplace (bring your own lighter amd fire stix). I would stay here again.

We had a great stay in Breckenridge. Was a little noisy on the weekend because of its location but was nothing that disrupted us and was mostly noticeable on the weekend. We would definately stay here again. Was within walking distance to everything--shops, bars, restaurants & gondola. Very well equipped with amenities.

The condo is better than the reviews, many of the reviews must be from before the remodel. The condo is fully updated and complete, it even includes an inflatable mattress in the living room closet in case the pull-out couch is too small for you kids/teens. Everything works perfectly and in addition this is the rental property with the best supplies we've ever stayed at - dishwasher soap & pods, toilet paper for the whole week, washer detergent, dryer sheets, bath soap, plenty of blankets, etc. The condo backs up to main street and is a 2-minute walk to great restaurants, 5 minutes to Peak 9. Beautiful view of the peaks from the balcony, perfect for a hot cup of coffee wrapped in blankets. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We loved staying here as we were able to walk to the slopes and to all the shops and restaurants. The entry had a perfect spot for our skis and gear, washer and dryer was great too. It had everything we needed and we would stay here time and time again.

Tidy, convenient little condo. Big sliding doors that open to a patio in both the living room and bedroom, which provide a beautiful view of the mountains. Just a few minutes to walk downtown. Quiet neighborhood.

As listed, this property is right next to Main St and all the shops and restaurants. However, it could really need a refresh. The entire unit needs a fresh coat of paint as there were scuffs, scratches and marks on all the walls. It also needs new carpet in the bedroom, very old, lots of stains and simply looked filthy. It also needs all new bedding, very old and cheap sheets, bedspread, and pillow cases. The windows and sliding door glass were filthy and had to have maintenance clean while we were there, which they did. If you’re wanting to impress a significant other, keep looking. If you have small kids who don’t mind sleeping on a sofa sleeper, and simply needing a relatively inexpensive place to stay, this unit should work.

Summit Rentals was easy to work with. The location of the condo can’t be beat! The condo itself could use some updates - ripped windows screens, musty smell, older bed and bedding. It works if you’re not looking to spend a lot of time at the condo.

Perfect Location
We loved being able to park our car in the provided space and walking to everything nearby. It is located next to several restaurants which play music, but the closed windows do block out most of the sound. We only had two adults in our party, but it would have been tight with any more.

This condo was very easy to find and the location is AMAZING. Easy walking to restaurant, shops and gondola. We parked the car in space provided and it didn’t move until checkout. Very roomy condo for a couple. The unit could us a good deep cleaning, new carpet in the bedroom and a new couch in living room. Bed was okay however pillows were horrible. They were super small and super firm. For the price this unit was just what we needed for a relaxing weekend away.

Anniversary Weekend Getaway
This condo was very easy to find and the location is AMAZING. Easy walking to restaurant, shops and gondola. We parked the car in space provided and it didn’t move until checkout. Right Smack in the Middle of Everything!
We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and centrally located condo! It met all our needs and gave us a great home base. The heating was wonky when we arrived and it took some time to regulate but management was very attentive and did everything they could to rectify the situation. Being right above bars and restaurants made it noisy but it was nice to be so close to the action.

The condo was great for our needs. Wish the bathroom had more space, as well as the bedroom. It was tight! It was also warm when we were there and the condo doesn't have air conditioning. Made for 3 sleepless nights. No ventilation into the bedroom. Had to stay on the sofa sleeper just to stay cool but that mattress was awful. My boyfriends back/ribs were injured from it. Yikes! Overall it was a good stay. The location is FANTASTIC. We never needed our car!

Great location, right on Main Street
This was a great stay. The neighborhood is a bit noisy, but it makes sense due to location. If you're looking for quiet, this may not be the place for you. However, if you are looking for walking access to the mountain and the majority of the town of Breckenridge out your door, this is the spot.

Great location to town and Quicksilver lift. Close enough for family to come in for lunch before going out again to finish the day skiing. Condo had everything needed for comfortable stay. Nice to have grocery store close by. Would recommend and stay there again.

We came to Breckinridge for a weekend of skiing and this condo is perfect for a ski in/ski out experience. You can walk to the Quicksilver lift and enjoy a full day of skiing. The condo is near many restaurants, shops, and bars. Condo was clean and cozy!
