Located in Charleston, this charming house for $718 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. For travelers protection, enhanced cleaning protocols have been put in place to include disinfecting all surfaces, handles, knobs, remotes...with additional care in disinfecting all areas of the bathrooms. Keypad is also disinfected & there is a no contact procedure for check in/out. Thanks & be well! We also provide a parking pass for a free spot in a 24 hour/in & out garage just around the corner (4 minute walk)! Street parking for up to an hour is free for unloading. Renovations (2022) have been completed…beautifully modern, complete updated bathrooms & kitchen! The addition of a 65" mounted TV in living room makes unwinding & watching your favorite shows a relaxing way to decompress. Nicely appointed interior & the entire until has been freshly painted. We do include the cleaning in the daily rate, as well as parking. So no additional fees are charged by us! We so appreciate your patronage & strive to provide a wonderful lodging experience. Huntley Lodge, a quaint townhouse, is part of an original firehouse dating from 1812 - adjacent to Lodge Alley - a narrow cobblestone alley that connects historic East Bay Street and State Street that is reportedly the site of as many as 50 duels. Enjoy your own private courtyard (walled and gated). This small private courtyard is adjacent to the large courtyard with gaslights and a large fountain which is part of the Historic Lodge Alley Inn... ‘home away from home’ for many celebrities that visit Charleston - Two blocks from Waterfront Park on the Charleston Harbor - steps away from most of Charleston's premier restaurants, one block from the Old Market, and an easy stroll to The Battery. The townhouse has original wide plank heart pine floors upstairs and down. Two bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen bed and a king-size bed in the master; both bedrooms have private baths, and the master bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the courtyard. There are TV’s in both bedrooms. There is a comfortable pull out sofa downstairs in the main living area facing the gas log fireplace and has access to a half bath. Absolutely loved this place. Beautifully renovated and furnished. We used the kitchen every morning and it had just what we needed. The location was about as perfect as can be, in the middle of everything but tucked away so private and quiet. We had wonderful food everywhere, took two tours, loved the African American museum, loved just walking about. Came home and had drinks in our private courtyard, talked about our day. Beds were super comfy, everything spotlessly clean. Loved it all!

Huntley Lodge was perfect for two couples. Located just off East Bay St so everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. So fun staying in a historic apartment yet with fully updated bathrooms and kitchen.

Huntley Lodge was absolutely the perfect location and size house for our trip. We were a group of four ladies with lots of luggage who just wanted to walk everywhere and eat lots of good food. We had plenty of room to spread out and get ready for our daily walks around the historic district. The patio was the perfect spot for morning coffee, and we couldn’t have asked for better weather. Overall one of the best places we’ve stayed. We will definitely stay again when we come to Charleston.

Couldn't beat the location - we were walking distance to nearly everything we wanted to see and do. MANY restaurants within 5 minute walk. Charming, picturesque location. Interior of the home was casual yet elegant, very clean, updated. Highly recommend - and we will stay again if we can!

A seamless trip! A quick flight from DC. A quick drive to this lovely townhome tucked away in this quaint courtyard. Very charming and welcoming. Clean and airy. Nicely decorated and the beds were dreamy! In walking distance to just about everything. An easy Uber ride to Sullivan’s Island. I would highly recommend this rental and look forward to staying again.

This was probably my favorite VRBO stay ever! The location was amazing. Place was very well stocked with everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space and a lovely patio area. Quiet and private yet steps away from E Bay St and the market. My only suggestion is a citronella candle for the patio to keep the mosquitoes away.

This rental is exactly as represented. It is in a great location. Easily walkable to all sorts of restaurants, bars, markets, and grocery stores. The unit itself is great. We were two couples and we had plenty of room. Pam, the manager, was welcoming and responsive. I highly recommend this booking!

This condo/townhome is in the perfect location to everything in downtown Charleston. The 2 bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms and kitchen are clean. Having the en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom is wonderful. Lovely outdoor space and indoor lovely living space. Thanks for a great stay!

This property was perfect for our stay in Charleston. The location could not have been better - we were able to walk to everything - and the home itself was simply charming. The scent of magnolia and honeysuckle through the balcony double doors in the master bedroom with a four-poster bed was the icing on the cake. The space was well appointed and immaculate. We would love to spend time here again.

This was a lovely townhome that appeared to have been recently renovated. It was absolutely perfect for our 2 couples. The location was within walking distance of all the restaurants and sights we wanted to see in the historic section of Charleston. It was a little bit of a challenge to find a parking space to unload the car before driving the 1-2 blocks to get to the parking garage, but the entrance to the place is on a quiet street so even if we had not been able to get a short-term spot, we would have been able to stay in the street and quickly unload the car. The only thing that I can think of that is worth pointing out is that the 2nd bedroom has a skylight rather than a wall window. This was not a problem for us, though, since the only time we were in the rooms was when we were sleeping (and the skylight had a great wall-control blackout shade) but it would be a problem if someone is expecting being able to look out a window in both bedrooms. We loved the place, though, and will definitely try to stay there again on our next visit.

This lovely apartment is just as described in the listing. We really enjoyed our stay and having the parking pass was very helpful because the streets are narrow and parking is very limited. The television was really large and had all the options, which we enjoyed after a long day of touring. Highly recommend this beautiful home.
