Adequate hotel in great location - avoid hop on bus stuck in traffic wasted a lot of time. Lovely trip need comfy shoes

Location very good on a busy but pedestrianised street close to the Gate and Parco Commercio - seafront square. We were able to walk to the castle, lovely Alfama district and Barrio with ease. We found the traffic in the city awful and buses and taxis just get stuck for a very long time - walk where you can ! Rossio mainline station is close to the hotel so we were able to use it to have a day in Sintra which was fabulous.

Our room was very small - we did not mind this as we were out for most of the time but no room for a chair, difficult to put our bags away and a tiny cupboard for clothes, could barely walk around the bed. Upgrade if you want any space or are claustrophobic! We were there for three nights - water and coffee capsules not replaced we were told we had to buy more after the first night - not had that anywhere before ..

Super Lage, aber viel zu klein

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Der Kollege an der Rezeption am Samstagabend war wirklich extrem hilfreich und freundlich. Die Auswahl an Fernsehprogrammen war gut.

Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer sind einfach viel zu klein. Man kann sich nicht gescheit bewegen und das Bad dadurch auch nur schlecht nutzen.

Lisbona in coppia

Posizione eccellente, comodo sia arrivando con la metro dall'aeroporto, che come punto di partenza per visitare la città. Proprio adiacente a tutti i punti più frequentati della città, stanza silenziosa e letto comodo, bagno piccolo ma con una grande doccia. Caffè, the e pastelas di benvenuto! Direi sopra le mie aspettative per girare la città . Receptionist cortesi e sempre disponibili a soddisfare le necessità. Ottimo.

Amazing

The hotel is extremely charming everyone was super sweet and friendly we checked in really late we are talking about 1am check in and the staff was super welcoming even that late at night . We were so happy with our stay. Breakfast was delicious, room was super clean, the views are Spectacular. Amazing Hotel

Locatie is top, maar verder viel het erg tegen

De locatie was erg gunstig, midden in het centrum. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Fijne badkamer en natuurlijk de Rituals producten erg fijn.

MEGA veel herrie van de straat. Doordat de airco niet koelde, bleef het bloedheet op de kamer dus er zat niks anders op dan met raam open te slapen. Hierdoor hadden we geluidsoverlast en was het supervroeg licht in de kamer. We hebben de laatste twee nachten in een andere kamer kunnen doorbrengen. Wel jammer dat we na de wissel van kamer ineens geen badjas, slippers en Rituals producten meer hadden en zonder kennisgeving een kleinere kamer kregen. Had het op zn minst even aangekaart. De bedden waren veel te hard.

Hotel ideal para disfrutar de Lisboa

El personal era muy amable. Nos dejaron regalos en habitación, nos invitaron a copas de vino en restaurante. Desayuno buffet bueno y variado. Muy céntrico, al lado de Plaza del Comercio, Rua Augusta y metro.

Hotel é excepcional, tudo de excelente qualidade - atendimento, simpatia dos funcionários, limpeza dos cômodos, além da localização que fica no coração de Lisboa. Só tenho a agradecer toda a equipe pelo excelente atendimento que tivemos durante a estadia.

Un lugar para volver.

Instalación moderna, agradable y bien decorada. Zona céntrica muy cerca de las zonas importantes de la ciudad.

Al ser una zona céntrica el tráfico y aparcamiento están restringidos. Hay parkings de pago cerca pero son carísimos. Mucho cuidado con eso.

Great stay in a beautiful city!

Very nice style, great location. Comfy bed.

Rooms are tiny, cupboard space is lacking. Rooms can do with some better upkeep although loose bathroom finishing were rectified upon request which is great.

Like staying in Times Square

Nice staff

For those looking to rest midday or on the weekend, this hotel is on a very noisy street with Times Square-like performers and bag knockoff hawkers. The surrounding restaurants are aimed at clueless tourists. It really felt like staying in Times Square, a place I actively avoid as a New Yorker. My bad for not doing enough research on the area, but I hadn't encountered this side of Lisbon during previous stays. I recommend staying a few blocks away from this particular cross street. Nothing the hotel can do except further soundproof or work with the city to move the performers to the boardwalk area. The room and bathroom were also extremely tiny and difficult to move around in.

The room was in the best location possible. It was clean and spacious. We would definitely book here again

The location was perfect, right in the center of all the food stores and shopping and 5 min walk to the pier. They gave us complimentary pastelitos de nata which I enjoyed. The room was spacious, came with bathrobes, and the TV had English channels. The main entrance locks at night time so you need a key to enter the premises which made us feel safe. The room was very clean and had everything we needed.

The shower was big and open. However, the water would collect on the bottom and if you open the door to go out and grab something and come back inside and close the door again, it would push all the water outside the shower. Even if you close it slowly.

brilliant location, very central and walking distance to key sights. very friendly staff. quiet air-con and quiet from the streets. Lovely little touches to celebrate our anniversary left in the room.

we had a lovely hotel stay in this hotel everything was close to the hotel city centre Santa justa lift metro line shops with shopping centres I will recommend to have This hotel as your stay in Lisbon also the staff was so friendly from the reception it was rafael and from the restaurant side it was Ruben and I will give 10 out of 10 for this hotel. as it was a perfect get away for us

the location was superb.

it was old, many things were broken (lights in the bathroom, shelf in the shower, etc.). The shower door does not function well, so the water leaks put of the shower box and makes a pool of water in the bathroom.

Good location and issue-free, but I would not stay here again.

Great location, nice Ritual toiletries, most staff were nice and helpful.

The room is tiny. It’s not the hotel’s fault as it clearly says 9 square meters, but I just wasn’t expecting the room to be that small given the price. One staff was beyond useless at booking the taxi.

the staff (Rafael, Ruben and Ines where amazing) for the breakfast I think they could add more variations thinking of people that will stay more than 2days

A great hotel near everything. I couldn’t fault it in any way!!!

Right in the Centre of town. The staff explained that the triple glazing was very special and it was. Very very quiet in the room. They charged €10 for a fantastic breakfast. The property is very well kept, in immaculate condition. The staff were really well trained and very very helpful.
