we didn’t feel like we stayed long enough!! we definitely want to come back in the future. the house was absolutely insane and each room was immensely themed and crazy cool. the house also came with all the amenities making everything so easy with meals, tv, and the pool and spa. the backyard was so colorful and immersive (the themed for outside was under the sea). everything about the house was perfect, and we didn’t even go to any parks or beaches. we stayed home and we’re entertained by the house itself the entire trip. not to the mention the owner, janalynn had great communication and responded very quickly. she was so kind and thoughtful to each little detail. the house was thoroughly cleaned when me and my family arrived and everything was in perfect shape. we had no problems with check in at all because the janalynn was absolutely amazing. the house is so much cooler in person, the photos don’t do it’s justice. the neighborhood felt safe and the houses around looked nice. would definitely stay here again! thank you sooo much!!!

We came with 6 grandkids and 5 adults. There was more than enough room for everyone. Each room was a theme room with all of the costumes and toys to match. The kids were thrilled to get back to the house at the end of the day to play and swim in Ariel's heated pool and hot tub. The directions posted in the house as to how to use everything made it so easy we didn't need to contact the owner. However, she checked on how we were doing several times. We definitely will stay there again. Perfect Disney and Universal trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our two little girls spent endless hours playing dress up with the beautiful outfits. I even had fun dressing up to wake them for breakfast as a Disney Princess. Excellent communication. We would definitely stay again and will be recommending to all of our family friends.

This home has it ALL. We had 18 people staying in the home, and we all fit very comfortably. JanaLynn was very easy to work with. We have stayed in many vacation rental homes and this is one of the few where they have thought of everything!! We had a great time, there was toys and games for the kids, and plenty for the adults to do too! We used both the spa and the pool (the evenings were cooler); the pool is heated and was warm enough for everyone to swim in even at night as well, which was really fun at the end of a long day at the parks. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that you need for a big family to stay, and the home was VERY clean. The house itself was so charming just to go room by room and enjoy all of the beautiful decor...we loved it!!! It's within a few minutes drive time to Disney World, and about 10-15 minutes from Universal and Sea World. We spent Thanksgiving here and they already had the tree set up for Christmas!!! It was such a magical stay. I would HIGHLY recommend this property, you won't regret it!!!

Family Vacation
My family took a vacation to Disney for my 10-year-old nieces' first time at Disney. We had 5 children total with us and we did not tell them anything about the house. When we got there, they instantly fell in love with the house. They loved the dress-up clothes, Harry Potter movie theater, and the pool. The house is in a great location near all the parks, so you don't have to hit I-4 at all. We would stay here again.

Our stay here was absolutely magical! Everything was as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures! We didn’t tell our grandchildren anything about the house….when they walked in, they were blown away with all the Disney and Harry Potter themed rooms. We were only 15 minutes from WDW. The owners attention to detail was amazing!

Family fun at “Happily Ever After”
Staying at this property was a highlight of our time in Orlando. The house was just as you see it in the photos… The rooms are decorated in the themes down to every detail !!! Our granddaughters felt like it was their very own giant playhouse !!! We had fun with the dress up clothes and doing photo shoots. We were in Florida in August so the pool was a highlight !! We swam twice a day !! Our stay was during Covid so to have a home and pool to ourselves helped us to feel more comfortable. And I can’t say enough about the property manager - she is fabulous - she answered all of our questions before/during/and after our stay… I forgot my phone at the property when we left (I had to get that one last pic) and when we were at the airport and realized - I contacted her, she notified the staff and contacted me quickly to say that she had it and would express mail it to me the next day….That was so very kind. We would stay at this property again !!!

We loved this home! We have three boys 4, 12, 15 and there was something for everyone. The pool was warm and the hot tub was great in the evening with lights. The rooms were beautiful and the Harry Potter bed and Star Wars bed were pure art! The movie theatre room was awesome and with 3D movies and glasses for everyone. I did provide. Rate of 4 for check in and communication because we arrived at 4:00 pm for check in and there were multiple and cars and people present. They were “housekeeping” so we had to wait in our car for 20 minutes. Upon approaching the owner instead of apologizing asked our name and said they were going to bringing a new couch that didn’t arrive during our stay, I was unpleasant from waiting in the car after a long day and tired boys, so I stated we didn’t want bothered on vacation. She said she would bring it when we were not home. I did apologize for not being understanding via text, she accepted and she did state she would wait until we Checked out to bring the couch. I do wish she would have sent a message stating they were running late or approached us more inviting but I assume she was just stressing to leave for us to come in. I did message that the upstairs WiFi wasn’t working she messaged the next day stating she just got the message. This is all minor and did not affect our stay however this is why I would give communication a 4. The cleanliness also recieved a 4 as there was food splattered on doors, counters not cleaned, and floors in living area not swept. However again the housekeeping appeared stressed upon our arrival for us to enter the home so these may have been missed. The pool also could use a good cleaning but didn’t stop us from swimming. Overall this home really is beautiful and the owners put a Lot of thought into it. The items I mentioned were very small and I would recommend for families small are large to stay here.

We had a wonderful time, the rooms offered everyone privacy, the pool was the perfect temperature for kids to play in it all day, the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals each night. We would absolutely go back!

We rented this property for a week for a multigeneration family vacation. The property was perfect. The decorations and attention to detail are really impressive. The kids loved the themed costumes and toys while the adults had comfortable beds and ample restrooms. The pool was a lovely retreat at the end of each day. The property is a quick drive to all of the area parks. Everything you could think to need is available in the home and instructions are available for everything! Celebrating with Family!
This trip was planned two years ago to celebrate our twins 21st birthdays, niece turning 3 and honoring two newly graduated cousins...as well as just having family time together as our children growing up and lives are taking new paths. This house was a wonderful place for our large group (23) to gather and laugh. Had a minor issue with the hot tub and JanaLynn was very quick to respond to us and send the pool people out to fix it...and the hot tub was much needed after long days at the parks!! Thank you for the memories, they will be treasured by myself and 3 sisters our husbands and children!! They will be thought of Happily Ever After!!
