House is very spacious and clean. Carpet is worn but understandable since it is a rental. Furniture is clean and comfortable. One of the beds downstairs broke when one of our family members tried to get into it when we looked to see what happened it was apparent that someone had tried to repair it previously. Kitchen is fantastic-2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators. Plates,cups,glasses and silverware was nicely stocked. Mattresses are a little worn but still comfy. Bath towels and wash clothes were limited- 2 each per bathroom. The downstairs dryer didn’t work and the upstairs dryer took a while to dry laundry. The repairman came to look at the dryer but never returned to fix it. We paid for heat in the pool and hot tub which didn’t work the first 2 days, we reported it and caught the pool guy to discuss the issue. The pool/hot tub issues were thankfully resolved. The water pressure for showers was not the best and took a long time to get warm. Information on shuttle service times were not correct in the house information book but the clubhouse gave us one with the correct information.

This place was great for our family trip of 14 to Disney World and other parks! Like others have said this house was big enough to keep us apart or together whatever each family wanted to do while there. The only real complaint I have was new people came on Thursday behind the house to the left that were so noisy I ended up calling security at 3:00am so we could all get some sleep. I picked this place because we have little ones and they had a noise ordinance at 10 pm so I thought they went around and enforced it. I waited and waited but no one shut it down then after I called security they did get quiet but still could get music and singing. But the next day at 4 pm they started up again. So my advice if they don’t stop by 10pm call security don’t wait like we did or you won’t get sleep. I don’t know if they actually live there or just rented like we did. But the last couple nights there were very loud ones. Host was great answered questions I had in a timely manner. Will definitely stay here again if I come to Florida. I would suggest a big pot for the kitchen though we wanted to do spaghetti but did not have a pot!

This is a beautiful villa in a great location. We were a party of 18 in total (13 adults and 5 children) and there was more than enough room - and bathrooms! - for everyone. We booked this over 12 months ahead of our vacation and, throughout, Chenning has been the perfect host - timely communications and answered all questions.
We had some issues during our stay but the important point here is that Jeeves, the management company, were exemplary in their responses and everything was resolved very quickly.
A bonus was having access to all the onsite facilities of the Encore Reunion resort - the water park is especially good and we made extensive use of the bar and restaurant. The resort itself is also very safe, with plentiful security patrols in evidence.

Property just as pics show. Large bedrooms each with own bath. Kids LOVED the decorated rooms. Everything was very clean. Beds comfortable with clean linens and comfy pillows. Kitchen fully stocked. Tons of storage space. Loved family movie time on big screen. Neighborhood water park was fabulous only there on a weekday but not crowded at all. Kids area was very large, they loved it! Secure neighborhood. Laundry on both levels so convenient. Only issue with so many bathrooms was waiting a little for hot water and good water pressure, but understandable with a big house. Would definitely recommend the neighborhood and property!!!

We have been to Orlando many times dating back to 1999 but not since 2014. Covid affected plans as did the arrival of grandchildren and other factors. We needed a property with disabled accessibility so researched many properties Chenning was a fantastic host and reached out to help us make sure that we had all the information we needed before we booked.
This property is in a fantastic location for Disney and has the added benefit of Encore’s facilities which were first class great water park and some of the finest fries in Orlando.
We had a couple of issues and Chenning was always on hand to make sure that she sorted things or ensured that Jeeves the property management company sorted things.
I cannot praise her enough she is very hands on and tries to ensure that all her clients have a great experience.
The house is a first rate rental it is huge with enough room to swallow 10 adults and 3 boisterous kids. As with any rental there are likely to be the odd issue but Chenning and Jeeves will respond and sort things promptl.
We had four cars and were able to park all either on the drive or in the garage.
The pool is great just perfect for a cooling dip and fun with the kids and with encore just up estate they can pop up there to have even more fun with the slides and pool.
The estate is immaculately kept and beautifully manicured and the house is ideally located for accessing Disney world.
We had a fantastic holiday and loved our time in Orlando

The house was amazing! Clean and well equipped for a large party. Its only 5 minutes walking to the water park , basketball and volleyball courts. We live in Orlando and thoroughly enjoyed our time away.

Jean and I were impressed by the home it was everything the write up said. Our kids thought it was cool to have so many rooms to choose from. There were 15 of us so everything was being used. The kitchen was well stocked. Well!! it could have used a bigger pot for boiling spaghetti. It was a challenge for 15. The hot tub and pool were used daily. We only had a problem with heat 1 day and it was fixed in a timely fashion. Being rental owners ourselves we know the challenges of keeping a house in tip top shape. Channing did a good job.

The property was huge. The theme rooms were exactly what we were looking for as the kids loved them. The rooms were clean and large. We has a slight hiccup with the pool heat but that is no fault of the owners, more of the Jeeves company errors. The house sits within 15 minutes to every Disney park which made traveling really convenient. If your looking for a clean, large home to rent, don't hesitate to book this one!

Wow! I don’t even know where to begin. We had a party of 17, and this property fit us all easily. There was plenty of space and every inch of it was clean. Love the 2 refrigerators and 2 dish washers in the kitchen and a laundry room on each floor. I was most impressed by the cleanliness of the bathrooms and linen (which is a big deal to me), as well as the customer service by the owner! I was blown away by the service we were given. So accommodating and welcoming. Their kindness alone makes me want to book with them again. The nice house is icing on the cake! I would definitely recommend this property.

This is a large well-maintained property with lots of space for family and friends. One Key point between this and many other properties. Is that every single bedroom has its own bathroom which is key to everyone getting ready in the morning! The water park is super convenient and great for kids and adults as well. The location of the property is very convenient to all Disney properties. Even with the worst traffic it didn't take us much more than 20 minutes to and from each park. Early in the mornings it took us less than 15 minutes to some parks.
Property was well equipped with multiple strollers, high chairs, lots of towels, pillows and blankets. Everything we needed was provided for us! The kids love the themed bunk bedrooms and the adults all raised about how comfortable the beds were.
We had a large group of family and friends from my 2-year-old daughter up to my almost 70-year-old parents. Everybody raved about the property and had a great time. There are multiple bedrooms on the ground floor for those in your party to do not do well with stairs.
Highly recommend this property, for the price you can't go wrong!

The house was perfect for a group of 16 with ages from 2-72. Clean, easy to get to and around in. The community it is in is wonderful and the water park is great. Our host checked in several times to make sure we had everything we needed.

Great long weekend. Accommodations were amazing, enough rooms/bathrooms for each couple. The air wasn't working when we arrived but maintenance (Carlos)had someone out within 30 minutes. He had to come back within the hour and he was back within 30 minutes again and that time he sat outside in his vehicle then came back in 10-15 minutes later to check on us. The downstairs dryer didn't work, a different technician was out early the next morning. I will definitely recommend this property

Good location - house was as described. Kids loved the clubhouse pool and the smaller pool at the house. No need to heat the pool in the summer as it was warm our whole trip. Easy to check in and out.

Everything was nice and clean. The only problem we had was the washer and dryer need to be replaced.The washer downstairs didn't work and the dryer upstairs wouldn't dry the clothes. Need more pots and pans. Other then that we had a great time enjoyed the location pool and amenities.

Beautiful Home
This was a beautiful home that was equipped with all the basic needs. My Family and I really enjoyed the space the home provided being we had 22 guest; everything went smoothly with the exception of one of the upstairs bedrooms being extremely hot even after Jeeves was called out to take a look. The host were amazing and checked in to make sure things were to our liking upon arrival.

We stayed here with our children and their families and had a great time. The house is amazing, much larger than it looks from the outside. The grandchildren loved the themed bedrooms, and everyone loved the pool and theater room. The community water park was also a huge hit. Amazing Experience
This property lived up to all our expectations! We had a family vacation of 16 people and everyone loved the house and pool area. The home was very clean when we arrived and any questions we had were quickly answered and needs were met immediately. Both the Jeeves team and the owner were extremely responsive. The water park at the encore was a great way to break up our park days. I would certainly stay here again, it was a wonderful experience.

The grandchildren loved the themed bedrooms, and everyone loved the pool and theater room. The community water park was also a huge hit. House is great! Owner is great! A couple of issues that were fixed right away. 1. Check in- Jeeves Rental lied to us and told us that our EVC scooter was not at the office. We ended up renting one at the park while we spent time trying to find it. But it was in the office the whole time, all they said was sorry. But we were out about $50.00. 2. My mistake- I thought the owner would send me the door code, I had that agreement with the first house owner, (the house sold after my booking) because I had ask for no dealing with Jeeves (lawsuit against them), so I ignored emails from Jeeves and that is where the door code was. 3. Issues with both dishwashers, one had mold in it, with my communication with the owner, it was taken care of. Second dishwasher- the start light and button didn't work. They fixed it, but when we checked out and tried to run it going out the door same problem. 4. Batteries die sometimes...even at 4 AM Pool alarm battery died, no answer at Jeeves office, so I called security and they came to pull out the battery to stop the alarm and put in repair order for the morning. House is very large, plenty of room for the kids to play. Beds were very comfortable. Only one bedroom on main floor has a ceiling fan, us coming from Colorado and used to cooler temps it was hot for us to sleep with, the AC temp can not be set below 72 degrees. The 3 Kids loved the pool in backyard. Tons of TV's in the house, though we barely turned them on. Come to think of it, we didn't get around to using the movie room. Finn's restaurant was very good. The water park is great! 20-30 min drive to WDW. Great location. When we arrived the resort was packed, some kind of huge event was going on. The first night (Saturday) was a bit noisy, but they all left Sunday and the rest of the stay was peaceful. We used Door dash and it went smoothly through the gated communities. We had 10 people in the house, so having a bathroom for each person helped get people ready in the AM and helped get people to bed faster. Renting a home is worth it for the extra bathrooms alone! And the 5 yr old actually slept alone all night in the super hero room every night! Yes book this home!

The onsite resort waterpark is also great, I'm sad we didn't really visit it until one of the last days.
Communication was great with the property owner. Location was fantastic, you literally can't get any closer to Disney without being in one of their resorts. We were able to park 5 cars on site no problem, 2 in the garage and 3 in the driveway.
The only negative thing I have to say is that the resort limits the pass cards which allow you to enter the property through the side gate which is unmanned or allows you access to the resort waterpark and other resort amenities to 4 cards only. Which means if you have 5 vehicles or more that some will have to use the main gate or if someone goes to the water park you lose a card that could be used for vehicle access. I'm not sure why they limit the number of access cards but that's not really on the property owner, just the resorts policy to help control access. 4 cards in a 10 bedroom house just doesn't go very far if you are traveling with a lot of independent adults.

Family vacation
We really enjoyed our family vacation last week! Our group ranged from 21 months to 65 yr old. The children loved their character rooms. And the Harry Potter room worked well for the older teens. The hot tub was a big hit in the early am and again at night. We had issues with the internet and poor cellular signal. Jeeves management was not very helpful. This and a few other problems were quickly addressed by Chenning. She was amazing and very gracious to work with during our stay. I heard several remarks about “ next time “!!

Everyone loved our time at this home! Its super close to Disney World, has a pool to soak in, a jacuzzi if you need your muscles relaxed after a long day walking, a large enough kitchen for everyone, dining table for all to eat at the same time....what more can I say?
The theater room is large enough for everyone and a blast to watch Harry Potter movies!! (or whatever?!!)
Our vacation was Superb, and Chenning (the owner) was quick to help whenever I had a question or concern.

To start off i 1st booked this property at the same time as someone else and i was 5mins after them so they booked b4 me and they booked on an different site so i didnt want to wait for my refund because it would take days so i was just so frustrated.. because i know it was going to take a couple of days before i could get my refund bakc Chenning was so amazing she change the date for me and for my Inconvenience and because she felt so bad because its never happened to her that two people booked at the same time she sent me 400$ to help me change my flights.. Now do think she need to send anybody anything this was out of her heart !! she didnt have to do any of this and for that i will always come back! Now the house was perfect didnt have any problems getting in the gate into the resort and easy checkin to the house. We got in town a little late but the heated pool was perfect to chill out in the pool at night. The pictures of the house is Exactly how the house really looks. 2 Frigerator 2 dishwashers 2 washer and 2 dryers. 10 bedrooms 10 bathrooms 4 car garage 3 parking spots in the driveway.. i mean what more do you want in a home... so to end my trip i Propose to my future wife outside by the pool and it was one of the best weekends of my life thanks Chenning for everything! Only then i didnt like about my weekend is that i did book more days!
