You can't find a much better location. Our condo is convenient to everything you want. We're on the 14th fairway of the Park City golf course tucked into a quiet area across the street from Park City Mountain Silver Star chairlift and Village. Very comfortable 1700 sq. ft. condo with two separate Master Bedrooms. Each one has it's own newly remodeled bath and Sealy pillow-top queen size bed with down comforters. One Master is on the ground floor, one is on the second floor. A third queen size pillow-top bedroom is secluded on the third floor. A separate sleeping loft with a twin-over-queen bunk is also on the second floor.There is a high-tech Euro washer and dryer in the main bath area, and a 50' flat screen TV with Cable and blue ray DVD in the living room area. WI-FI, and Video streaming is also available. You can walk across the street and access Park City Mt. in less than 5 minutes. Pick up your lift ticket at the Silver Star lift and avoid all the lines! Using the free Park City Shuttle (shuttle stop across street), you can go to almost anywhere you want to go. Including ski Deer Valley (rated #1 by Ski Magazine),The Canyons, or ride up to Main Street and enjoy the fine dining and shopping. Pine Mountain touring runs a groomed cross country ski track on our golf course all winter. If the kids need a safe place to play in the snow, our unit has plenty of common open space to enjoy right next to it. After a rewarding day of skiing, come home and relax those muscles in our private in-deck Jacuzzi, and look at the stars! Keywords: Condominium

Hot tub was nice to have at the end of each day. Good layout for two families. Condo is a bit dated and would have been nice to have toiletries provided, like shampoo. Loft bed very squeaky. Good location and easy access to town and resort.

Great ski condo for a group. Plenty of room to relax on the couches by the fire pit, around the table, or by the hot tub. Host was very responsive answering a few questions that we had.

This condo is perfect for skiing Park City. Right up the road from Silver Star, for quick access and a great hot tub for when you're done.
Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had what we needed. Gas fire place was a cool feature. Would recommend!

Loved staying at this condo. We went with a group of 7 to go skiing and to check out the Sundance festival and it was perfect for us. We fit all 7 of us comfortably in the hot tub, living room, and dining room table. The 2 porches are an awesome spot to relax and check out the mountains. The condo was very clean, easy to access, and had everything we needed (towels, plates, silverware, blankets, etc). A very cozy place to be in the mountains. It was very short walk to the PC base and even shorter walk to the Silver Star lift. We will definitely be staying here again next time in Park City! Thanks Rick!

Wonderful!! We got a snow storm while we we there and it was truly appreciated that there were tons of available spices for our use to cook in. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pan and essentials. Close to grocery store as well. Really clean and comfortable beds. The top floor is good for kids since the stairs leading to it are kind-of steep. I would definitely stay here again if we travel back to Park City.

The property was great for two families with one kid each. The third floor loft has really steep stairs so not the best for everyone but it is really quiet once you are up there.
The property itself is a little dated but has everything you need and is the right price. The huge private hot tub alone is worth the booking!
Don’t expect to walk to PC base. It looks closer than it is. The shuttle stops across the street and is only one (maybe two) stops away. We just had family members take/pick us up each day.

We had 3 couples and 2 younger guys and the space was perfect for us. The location and proximity to the skiing was unbeatable. The hot tub was a huge hit. Would definitely love to stay there again. Rick was very responsive to the one small issue we had. Snow was epic and our time at Payday was perfect.

This is our second time to stay in this property. The location is great and it has all of the amenities that our family needs for a successful winter trip. Additionally, the hosts are amazing people and so easy to work with. We are looking forward to our next stay.

The condo was well stocked, had a beautiful fireplace, big screen TV, and super great hot tub/jacuzzi on the back deck, and a beautiful view!
It snowed from the day we got in to the day we left so we were really glad we rented a car!
The location was close to Park City Mountain ,restaurants, and a 5 minute drive to Old Town Park City
The condo has 3 levels and plenty of room to spread out. Lots of extra blankets, which we really appreciated since we’re from Houston and aren’t used to cold weather.
We ate at Grub Steak, The Eating Establishment, Sammy’s Bistro, and Versante Hearth. All very good! I recommend getting reservations for any restaurants you want to dine at, as the crowds can be overwhelming to these places

When we go back to Park City we will try to reserve this place again

Rick was amazingly helpful in aspects pertaining to his rental property. He went above and beyond to help us navigate and unfortunate loss of my husbands ID's while skiing one day and we cannot thank him enough for being kind and going above and beyond to assist us.
Our two families of four thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor hot tub, ample sleeping space, and convenience of this property. It was PERFECT! The Silver Star lift is a very short walk (even in ski boots) to access the mountain and avoid large groups in Park City Mtn entrance and the Canyons locations.
If we are fortunate enough to return to Park City, we would absolutely try to reserve this property again.

My wife and 3 other friends rented this location for a ski weekend. Unit was clean and well stocked. The information packet you receive after booking is very helpful. The in deck jacuzzi was awesome after a day on the slopes. The silver star lift was practically across the street as well as the silver star Cafe which is great for apre' ski and dinner as well. Your close to town so I recommend uber for trips into town. I will definately be booking this condo again.

Overall, we enjoyed this condo (after an issue upon arrival -which the owner worked to resolve very quickly). Owner responsive & fair. Great location. Kids loved hot tub.
