We stayed three nights in Breck during a ferocious snowstorm with high winds. The unit warmed up slowly, but once it did we were cozy. The location was amazing and we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood.

To be honest I was a little nervous with the initial reservation experience. The website and general features around the booking seemed a little dated which made me hesitate. Once I overcame my own issues the rental was great. The house was super convenient to town, stores and the bus stop was great.

Beautiful townhome, quiet. ski shuttle blue route just on the corner. takes you to the gondola and to city market. there is another market 1 black away. main street for shopping, eating, and ski rental is just 2 blocks away. Ski Country resorts staff is excellent

Perfect for Hiking and Bonding
We had a lovely 3 night stay. The location is great and walking distance from all the charming local stores and a variety of restaurants.
The highlight for us was the time we spent together as a family and exploring new beautiful hiking trails every single day. Blue Lake, Hoosier Pass, Saw Mill and many more.
The home is very well equiiped. Only feedback the beds could be a little larger for tall families 😂 and the bedrooms upstairs got warm in early June. We left windows open at night to be comfortable. Great memories of Colarado, Berkenridge and our vacation home. The car park is very helpful.

Way too hot and no AC. Noisy traffic outside all hours and just too too noisy to keep windows open for mountain air. Nice relaxing mountain retreat wasn’t. Antiques are nice but furnishings are daunted and stained. Ceiling fan missing a blade. Cigarette burns on rocking chair. Also a dirty odor maybe from old rugs. Needs a refresh!

Great property
The location can’t be beat. Just two short blocks from Main and a five minute walk to nearly everything in town. It’s also literally just steps from the blue route bus stop so getting to the slopes is fast and easy. Even if you don’t like the bus the walk to the closest lift is ten minutes. The unit itself is very spacious and well kept. It stays toasty warm even in the coldest nights. Everything works. Offstreet parking is excellent. Good wifi. This is a top notch place. The only drawback, as others have noted, is that the furniture is a bit uncomfortable. It’s perfectly nice but just not made for lounging around after a day of skiing. However, it’s not such an issue that it would make me stay somewhere else. This is still one of the best places in Breck.

Location great - comfort of furnishings was so-so
Overall we had a great stay in Breck and the location of this property (walking distance to town - 2 blocks) was excellent. The only negative was that the comfort level of the furnishings were sub-par to average. The couch, chairs, and beds were quite uncomfortable and not made for lounging after a long day on the mountain. Many of the furnishings were also very outdated.
