About this house rental
Situated in Grand Haven, this lovely house for $549 per night is a great choice for your next break. Grand Haven, MI with top rated public beaches. Private Pickleball court and over 20 public Pickleball courts in close proximity. We built this home to accommodate our own visiting family and friends and are now offering it to others. It is 2.5 miles (4 minute drive) from the Jack Nicklaus designed American Dunes public golf course, which opened in 2021. It is also located less than one mile from a beautiful public access beach on Lake Michigan and 2.5 miles from the downtown area and Grand Haven State Park. A 22 mile paved bicycle path connecting Grand Haven and Holland, MI crosses our driveway. The home is located on a private road and is situated on a 1.25 acre private wooded lot. There is a paved driveway, with space for parking. There are two very large bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, and full laundry facilities. A completely stocked kitchen opens up to the massive dining/great room area. Numerous windows make it a sunny atmosphere. Multiple trees surrounding the property provide a comfortable interior. The outdoor deck is perfect for coffee/cocktails. Gas grill/tools provided. All bed linens and bath towels are provided. An ideal arrangement for a family or for four (4) adults. NOTE: Not handicap accessible. ATTENTION! Locate this property on GOOGLE MAPS. The road and address are quite new and may not be found on some GPS devices in autos and phone apps.

Check in process was very easy. The house was very clean and smelled wonderful. We especially enjoyed the use of the beach chairs. Oh, and the little welcome gift that was left. If we come back to the areas we would definitely stay and recommend to others.

We enjoyed our stay thanks to the great amenities offered within the home, the proximity to the beach, downtown grand haven, and the beach! The house came with items for our ~1 year old. There was a booster seat, crib, toys, and even a baby gate at the top of the stairs. The house was clean and spacious. The hosts (Terry and Sandi) were really nice and responsive to any questions. We would love to stay here again the next time we visit Grand Haven!

We had a great stay at this house. It was very clean. Check in was easy. There were so many toys and my kids were entertained for several hours. The driveway is also large and the kids loved playing on it. It is a great location- only a quick drive to downtown, less than 10 minutes. The only thing to note is that the second bathroom is on the first floor with the garage. We didn't find it until the end of our trip. The host also provided basketballs in the garage, which was great! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

Words can't express how happy we were with our stay here. This was our first family vacation and I had a lot of anxiety about it. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. We walked in and our sons immediately ran over to the toys. They were so excited and we were able to unpack and organize while they were safely occupied. The unit was incredibly clean, with a welcome binder with a labeled map, places to eat, things to do, etc all laid out for us. I spoke with Sandi multiple times and she was very friendly, helpful, and I felt an instant connection with her. Staying here was perfect for a family with kids. We could be in the kitchen but keep on eye on the kids playing with the toys or watching a show. The bedrooms were very spacious and had good sleeping arrangement options. The couches were very comfortable and roomy! They had different sized booster seat options for little ones as well. It really made our vacation go so smoothly. Our son wanted to leave the beach to come back and play at "the house." We felt very safe as well and it was only a couple minute drive to the beach, shops, and dining. Also, Grand Haven beach is lovely! Very clean and the town has a lot of fun options of things to do. I am so pleased with my stay! We already discussed how we want to come back and we will be staying at this house again.

Great stay in Grand Haven
This was an absolutely amazing find in Grand Haven. Located close to the beach and downtown while just south, which allowed for a “home” feel when returning at night. The house was beautiful, clean and accommodating. The hosts were so wonderful to communicate with and were willing to help if it was needed. The house was so clean and prepped that we did not need to contact the hosts about a thing. Traveling with two children, there were even toys available-huge hit for my kids. Especially since some were the same as we have at home. Put the kids at ease immediately while keeping them busy instead of watching TV. Trundle beds were also a great touch in the rooms. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Perfect house for a family trip to Grand Haven
This house was perfect for my family to stay in! It was extremely clean and felt spacious for the four of us. The view out of the windows was beautiful - lots of trees. The house was fully stocked from kitchen items to alarm clocks, night lights, hair dryer etc. My 5-year-old really enjoyed playing with the toys every morning while the rest of us slept in. The owners are such kind, friendly people and made sure we had everything we needed.
We loved the location. We were able to ride our bikes to the beach and into town. There were lots of bike paths and sidewalks everywhere making it easy to bike with kids. We would definitely stay here again!

Having toys and books that we didn’t have at home was an extra treat for the kids, and therefore for mom and dad! :).
