Located in Iowa, this lovely house for $827 per night is a great option for your next trip. This ranch plan with finished garden-level basement offers two bedrooms and two full baths on the main level and two additional bedrooms, a full bath, and large rec room on the lower level and a two car garage with extra-width driveway. Open kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances and large deck with stairs down to a patio opening onto green space. Cabin includes six waterpark passes each day. Plenty of sheets, towels, blankets, pillows, bath towels, and beach towels. Laundry and dishwashing detergent and paper products including bath and facial tissue and paper towels are all provided. This cabin features both a deck with dining furniture and a gas grill (propane supplied), and a lower level patio with additional seating and a firepit (bring firewood and fixings for s'mores!). Lots of space for your entire group with two bedrooms and two baths on the main floor and large rec room, two bedrooms, and a bath in the garden-level lower level. Bridges Bay is the premier recreational resort on Lake Okoboji with a waterpark, zip line, lakeside conference and event center, numerous outdoor pools, fishing pond, swim-up bar, play ground, and several restaurants offering lake front dining and firepits! With your reservation you receive six passes to the waterpark each day of your stay. As a guest at the resort you are welcome to use all the resort amenities including the work-out facility and the game room. As an added bonus, there are two swimming pools in the cabin area that are reserved for cabin guests. There are also restaurants on-site that are an easy walk from the cabin. All resort amenities are managed and operated by Bridges Bay Resort There are no refunds or discounts for any unavailability or restrictions on the availability of amenities. Maximum of 14 guests with a maximum of 8 adults. Boats and other watercraft are available for rent at multiple marinas in the area. If you have brought your boat or other watercraft (or rent one from one of the local marinas) you can boat right up to numerous restaurants and nightclubs.

We stayed with our daughters and their families for a week. This is a large beautiful, well maintained and stocked cabin. Our host Brenda would respond right away if we had questions. The cabin had all the information about the area as well as extras ( supplies to make S’mores :)) And the waivers to pre-fill for the water park to make us feel very welcome! We have stayed at this park many times over many years and this is now our favorite cabin and favorite host.

Love the Bridges Bay area! Brenda was super to work with!! Loved the cabin!! Great kitchen area with 6 barstools you can use at the counter, along with the dining table and 6 more chairs!! When you get a cabin that sleeps 14, it is nice to have that much seating!! Disappointed that the community pools were not open at all! They have never had lifeguards at the community pools, we watched our own kids, so why were they closed?? The indoor and outdoor waterparks were a hit and miss if they would be open and then very limited hours at that!! The lifeguards and people who were working at the Bridges Bay Resort we were very appreciative of!!

A group of friends recently stayed for a long weekend. With most of us having not been to the okoboji area the owner was so helpful and responsive to area questions. The house was stocked with all our needs and so clean. It was nice to have the garage and driveway for our personal use too! Would love to book another stay here soon! Thanks again!

This property was exactly what we needed for our family weekend! It is beautifully decorated and the spacious rooms were great gathering spots for meals or just relaxing. The access to outdoor pools (within easy walking distance), the waterpark, fitness center, and dock all made for fun for our family! The property was very well maintained, very clean, and the owner responded immediately to my questions- going beyond our expectations to help us. The kitchen was so well-stocked that we even had a hand mixer for making waffles and homemade ice cream. Thanks again for helping us make memories!!

We have been going to Okoboji since I was a kid and stayed at several resorts. Brenda’s house was amazing! It was perfect for our family. The house was immaculate, had everything we could possibly need and so comfortable! Brenda was so helpful with all our questions/accomedations. Can’t wait to go back next summer!

We had a wonderful experience at Bridges Bay! The house was a perfect fit for our family of 12. It was very spacious - the downstairs area was great for the younger guests. The children loved the Frozen and Minions decor in the bedrooms! Everyone had fun at the water park - was nice to have the 6 daily passes included! We would definitely recommend this rental!

This is our 4th trip to Okobogi area & 4th time staying in Bridges Bay area. This cabin was by far the best one yet. Very clean, spacious, well stocked, worked very well for our family. Owner was great to work with & very responsive to our needs. We will definitely be back!

This cabin was the perfect location for our belated family Christmas and New Year's Celebration. There were plenty of rooms, beds, and bathrooms to accommodate our group of 8 teens and adults. The cabin was very comfortable, spacious, and clean; and the owner was very helpful and easy to work with. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking supper and breakfast. We enjoyed the waterpark, which had plenty of activities for kids and adults. Overall, we had a great weekend stay, and would stay again!

Our child's soccer team was staying at Bridges Bay for a tournament and we intended to book a hotel room for the weekend. With 6 people in our family we either need two rooms or a large suite. I was delighted that we were able to rent this ENTIRE HOUSE for less than the other options. It is very new, clean, and plenty of room for everyone. There are TV's in every room and more than enough beds and bathrooms. The full kitchen is great too, I hate eating every meal at a restaurant while traveling. Plus, there is a laundry room which was so convenient. Next time, we will have to bring another family and better utilize this large space.

We enjoyed the new cabin which was large enough for our large extended family. The cabin was beautifully furnished and well supplied! The location is close to restaurants, amusement park, and lake access. The owner was easy to communicate with. We appreciated the many amenities including the water park. I would recommend this property.

New construction so there was no grass...just dirt and weeds...so not the best view but nice new house.
