Our unit features rare floor to ceiling windows the entire length of the beach side of the Condo; unlike most units that only have beach view windows on the short width of the condo. We have an amazing and extremely private wrap around balcony stretching the entire length of the unit, a fully equipped kitchen, and complimentary beach chair and umbrella service during the season. Sprawl out sunbathing on the balcony and watch 1 kid at the pool and the other boogie boarding on the beach! We are located on Scenic Hwy 98 a short 15 minute drive west to Destin's fishing harbor and 15 minute drive east to the communities of 30-A. This is an absolutely amazing condo with amazing views and exceptional amenities! Our only issue was that it had not been cleaned very thoroughly prior to our check-in.

The condo is beautifully decorated yet very comfortable. The views are just amazing and the pool is big enough you don’t feel crowded by strangers. We have been coming to the Destin area for 25 years, but from now on we will be coming to this specific property.

6 adults and 4 kids and not once did we feel tight on space. The views were what we woke up to every morning and went to sleep with each night. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. Access to beach, pool, and stores was excellent.

Outstanding location for a fabulous family vacation. The views from 2 bedrooms and great room are hard to beat. Super easy access to the beautiful Miramar Beach and pool area. Good restaurant right next door and very close to grocery. We will definitely be rebooking.

This 4 bedroom 4 bath beautiful condo "room 201" has two master suites with plenty of room and amazing views of the beach and pool. The condo is in a perfect location that is within walking distance of your local food market and a huge shopping outlet full of name brand stores to meet everyone's needs. The staff was courteous yet stern with their rules and policies so as to keep this place safe and secure. I highly recommend this place.

Very nice condo. Clean. Our family very much enjoyed staying there. Would suggest getting more silverware, as it is used up quickly with multiple guests in a 4 BR condo. The pool was inconsistently heated also. Overall we had a great stay.

Wonderful condo - beautiful sunrise and sunsets right on your balcony. Would highly recommend this condo for a family vacation. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The heated pool and hot tub were very relaxing. The condo was clean and comfortable. Had the best vacation ever!!!

Overall the condo and property are great. The proximity to the beach is the best. The restaurants and grocery stores are close by. The condo was well stocked and appreciated the starter kits they provide. The dining room chairs need pads or something, they are wood and heavy and are abnoxious when moved.

The location of the condo is excellent with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. We selected it for easy access to the beach. However the stairs to the beach were blocked off so we always had to walk through the pool. The beach was beautiful and we had excellent service with the chairs. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The living room and dining were spacious and comfortable for 5 adults and 3 children. There were many problems with the unit. The ac unit froze up and I had to contact Solely to have it fixed. The coffee maker was broken missing the basket. I had to go to Target and buy one. The dishwasher was broken and did not drain the water. The Soley rep took the bottom piece to have it fixed. He said it had just been fixed the week before. The oven temperature sensor and dryer sensor were not working properly. The deck was lovely but two of the chairs had broken lower supports. I was disappointed and frustrated that we encountered so many items that were broken or needed attention. Overall we had a fun family week at the Crescent.

We celebrated our 60th birthdays (4 friends from grade school) and could not have picked a better location! Wrap around balcony, ocean front and so easy to get to. Two fabulous oceanfront bedrooms and beds that felt like clouds. Sooo pleased with our stay and the staff was the best!!!

Outstanding views of ocean! Patio furniture excellent! Unit was very clean and had no problems. Pool and beach access were steps away and very easy getting there. Just a fantastic property! We most definitely will stay there again!

The Crescent is a great location and Soley beach folks are very customer focused, but beach service is a major pain. Its a daily free for all to claim your beach chairs/umbrellas. Its the Condo Owners associations problem to fix. They don't allow the nice beach service guys to reserve your spot at checkin like in the past. Be prepared to get up early to claim a spot or you’ll be on the back row each day! Please Fix this Crescent owners, you have such a great place to folks vacation.

We were looking for a place that offered my disabled husband a shady balcony with a grand view of the ocean. We found it here and this was our second stay. This condo's view is an east to west sweeping panorama, plus a view of the pools (2) and hot tub. The pristine white, soft sand beach is literally steps away and the condo provides "beach service" with 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas, plus towels and toys. Two master suites overlook the beach plus two other bedrooms with bathrooms. Decent beds. The great room (living, dining, kitchen with laundry room) make it ideal for 4 couples. Lots of restaurants just down the street and one right next door, plus the grocery is a block away. Great vacation. No problems. Good communication. We will be back.

The condo was better than expected! It was very well equipped and the views were gorgeous and conveniently located to all kinds of shopping. Since the weather wasn't super warm, the different temp pools and hot tub were a great bonus. Highly recommend
