We had a wonderful time on our first trip to Pagosa Springs! Diann and Greg thought of absolutely everything to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The home was perfect for our family of five. We had plenty of room and the floorplan left nothing to be desired. The beds were comfy and cozy and there was plenty of storage space for our belongings. During our weeks stay, there was not one thing that we needed that was not provided for. After a long day of skiing, we enjoyed cooking a meal in the stocked kitchen and playing board games by the fire. We would love to come back during the summer and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. Perfectly located and Diann and Greg gave great recommendations! Could't be happier! Thanks for helping our family create wonderful memories!

I brought my 3 grandsons to Pagosa Springs for one last get away before school started. This property is well located and very well maintained. There are plenty of restaurants within a mile, as well as a golf course, grocery store and Walmart. The downtown and hot springs is only a 5 minute drive. The house was well stocked including everything needed to cook with as well as additional linens and toys for outdoor activities. It is decorated nicely and instantly felt like home. The owners were fabulous to work with and the cleaning deposit was promptly refunded. I would highly recommend this property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pagosa Springs and found this property ideal. The townhouse was well equipped and lacked nothing. We were there with our son and 2 grandchildren. Having the master suite upstairs and the other 2 bedrooms downstairs worked perfectly. The children could get to bed early while the adults socialized upstairs a bit later. We look forward to our next trip to Pagosa and would happily stay here again.

Our family of 5 had a fantastic stay in Pagosa. We've traveled to this area many times over the years and for some reason always find a new place to stay. This townhouse might be my new favorite and I truly hope to stay here again. The townhouse was clean, had a well-stocked kitchen, the beds and pillows were all very comfy. It is a split-level layout - you walk in the front door and go up the stairs to the main living, kitchen, master bedroom, then go downstairs to the 2 guestrooms and garage access. Not a big deal for us, but something to note. The views are amazing -- which is a definite must for us when we visit the area. The owners were great to work with and we truly appreciate the thought and care they've put in to making this a great vacation home!

This home exceeded our expectations! The location is great - close to shopping, downtown Pagosa, Wolf Creek, and Durango. This was our first visit to the area and we truly had a wonderful time. The home has every amenity you could need, and the owners go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. The home is beautifully furnished and clean. It truly felt like coming home after a day on the slopes. The area was almost void of any snow, but that did not stop us from enjoying what snow there was at Wolf Creek. We also took our kids to see the Polar Express train ride in Durango and had a blast. We will definitely be making plans to return and when we do, this will be the first place we look to book! This house had everything that we wanted. The living room and kitchen are open. We loved hanging out in this area with our family and enjoyed being able to go out and sit on the deck from this area too. All the bedrooms rooms are very spacious and also have great bedding and mountain mountain touches! We loved being able to go on walks/bike rides in the neighborhood on the rec path or head over to the Community Rec Center that is across the street to go swimming, workout or go to group exercise classes! The area is also very quiet and peaceful! The owners of the house also take great care of you while you are renting. We will be back for sure!

The townhouse was very nice and perfect for our family of 4 that includes two teenagers. The location is convenient to everything and you can walk to many places. Diann was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Could Not Have Picked A Better Place to Start the New Year!

Myself and four other young professionals spent five nights here and all agreed that this is the quietest place we've ever slept! The kitchen/dining/living room was plenty spacious for all of us and the large dining table was perfect for "family" dinners. The Moerbe's have decorated and equipped this townhouse to feel like a true home. It is obvious that they thought through every possible hiccup, necessity, and even some desires in preparing their house for renters. From board games, to sleds, to extra bedding, to kitchen spices/cookware, and more - they truly had it all! There are several restaurants nearby (we enjoyed Rosie's Pizza, Wolf Creek Brewery, and Riff Raff Brewery), a grocery store (3 min), and a Walmart Neighborhood Market (5 min) which were super convenient. Everything mentioned in the property description is as it is; there were no surprises and no complaints. I think we were all actually really shocked because we can ALMOST always find something to complain about! ;P We were very thankful for Greg's local recommendations and high level of responsiveness to our minor questions. So many great memories were made during our visit! Should we return to Pagosa in the future, we will most likely stay here again! I would highly recommend this home to family and friends.
