Beautiful house, completely remodeled, in downtown Pagosa Springs! Walking distance or a short drive to the famous hot springs and San Juan river. The home comes with everything you will need for a perfect mountain vacation! With 3 bedrooms the house sleeps up to 8 people. All beds have brand new mattresses. Downstairs bedroom has a Queen bed with a closet and en-suite bathroom that has a walk in shower. Upstairs bedroom has a queen bed with walk-in closet and desk/work area. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed with a memory foam mattress, sitting area, TV, and walk-in closet. There are 2 bathrooms. Each bathroom has dispensers with all natural Shikai shampoo and body wash as well as a hair dryer. Downstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower, upstairs has a shower/tub combo. The living room has two chairs and a sofa with pull out memory foam mattress, TV with Netflix, DVD player. The coat closet has umbrellas, reusable shopping bags and misc. cards and board games for all ages. The dining room sits 6 and there are two bar stools at the kitchen island. There is a bench in the entry way with coat rack, boot tray, and a boot and glove dryer. Recently remodeled kitchen with granite counters and island that seats two. New stainless steel appliances: dishwasher, microwave, gas range and stove, refrigerator. Guests have use of a blender, Crock-pot, toaster, pots and pans, baking sheets, casserole dishes. electric kettle, french press, coffee grinder, standard coffee maker, spices and cooking oils. The utility room has access to a washer and dryer. Outside there is a locked storage area to keep all your gear plus a 4 burner gas grill with side burner and grill tools. There is also a fire pit with log seating.

We loved staying here! The house was warm and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Great location for an easy drive to Wolf Creek each day. It was perfect for our family of 4. We would definitely stay again. :)

Loved the house! It was a great place to stay for our weekend away in Pagosa. We came for the springs and enjoyed the house as well. The beds were comfortable too! THANKS!

We rented this as our first VRBO experience. Overall, it was great! The property was as described. It was definitely cost-effective compared to staying at the actual resort in town. We were able to thoroughly enjoy the facilities at the resort but had a lot more room to spread out and be comfortable for our 3-night stay. The only bummer was we lost internet/television services on our last full day. This was in part a working vacation for me, and I was disappointed that the service wasn't very reliable. Not just for work purposes, but for watching anything on the television. We did enjoy 2 movies on the previous night. The house is definitely equipped to enjoy that amenity from just about every part of the house, providing it works. This small inconvenience turned out to be a great evening of playing board games! Thanks for supplying so many choices!

This place had everything we needed. It was nice to get in late the first night and feel comfortable just going straight to bed. Some bulbs were out the the toaster was not the best at bagels. Also be careful, the downstairs bathroom does not lock! These small issue getting fixed would easily make the stay 4 stars.

We were in and out of town quickly but spent two nights here and it is a great place in Pagosa Springs. Proximity was perfect and the views from the front and side porches are hard to beat. Thanks for a great stay.

Lovely home , not exactly Walking distance to hot springs. I did not appreciate the listing of a rate for a stay, then the addition of basic property rental expenses, cleaning, and’service’ fees should be quoted out front. This feels dishonest.

It's about a 10 min walk from Pagosa downtown area. It was nice to have the 2 dedicated parking spots. It was helpful to have a few condiments available like butter, sugar, ketchup and mustard. Houses in that location are in close proximity to each other but the neighbors on a Saturday night were very quiet.

Wonderful remodel of an older home with three bedrooms and a fine sofa bed. Easily and comfortably accommodated ourselves, our three children and two grandchildren. Great place with nothing lacking. Mountain views, fire ring, gas grill, well equipped kitchen.

The property was as described and fit our needs. I had booked two homes as my family is quite large (10 adults and 6 children). This home was close to our 2nd home on 5th street. The upstairs bedrooms were very spacious. We enjoyed our stay.

Kitchen was great but living room too small for family of seven. Too hot in summer months upstairs NO AIR!!! Could have been cleaner. Lots of dog hair. Couldn’t get internet, but I never called owner about it, and I killed 3 spiders in bathroom.

The house was very nice and the bedrooms very roomy (especially the upstairs ones). The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The listing is for up to 8 people, but we were glad two of our group couldn't come, because the living room accommodates 5 people, the kitchen seating is for 6 and the outdoor seating is set up for 4 (4 on front porch, 4 by the fire pit). The yard space was smaller than it appeared from the photos, and also overgrown with weeds, making the firepit area not appealing to use during our stay. That was really the only negative. Overall a great house, but very close to the neighbors. It's a bit of a haul to walk to the hot springs, but doable (if you don't mind walking up some hills to get back). We chose to drive to the hot springs resort, even though parking was hard to find, rather than carry our things all that way. The walk down to the river trail is very nice though, and it will take you all the way into town if you like.

The attention to detail in this home is great. All the amenities you can think of. Very nicely decorated. We never could get the living area tv to work but we didn’t try very hard and we didn’t call anyone. Just went and built a fire in the pit instead. Will definitely stay here again!
