There are numerous national forest trailheads nearby for the summer hikers and mountain bikers in your group; each winter, you'll be a 28-mile drive from the glorious slopes of Wolf Creek Ski Area. Things to know: No trailer parking allowed Free WiFi Full kitchen Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). My husband and I stayed in this home for 6 nights with our 3 adult children, and we enjoyed it very much. The unit is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. We appreciated the proximity to City Market, and we also took advantage of nearby cross-country skiing trails, and, of course, Wolf Creek Ski Area. We would rent this place again.

The Perfect House

The Perfect House

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Pagosa Springs staying in the house. Upstairs our three grandsons had their own room, as well as our daughter and son-in-law. They also had a full bathroom upstairs. We were downstairs. The dining room was a perfect place for eating our meals and playing games. The deck was the icing on the cake for evening chats and a glass of wine.

This condo is well furnished and has great proximity to bike trails, playgrounds, mini-golf, and a 10 min drive into town. The kitchen is fully stocked for the needs of a family, including dishes for little ones, and great tools for cooking. There were games, cards and lots of books for the kiddos! We had a great time using the grill, sitting under the trees outback, and watching the provided movies and Netflix when it rained! We will definitely be back!

After driving 10 hours with seven excited grandkids to go skiing, we were informed all ski resorts in Colorado were to be closed. As disappointed as we all were, we had a fun time participating in a variety of activities available. The accommodations were perfect.

Great location, kitchen stocked well, & house is very accommodating. On the down side there is a water leak in master bath got my socks wet a couple of times. There is not a place to sled near the house but you can go down town close to the post office. The location is probably the best thing about this house.

As immaculate as the online pictures. Very comfortable. Stocked very well from the kitchen to the TV options, games, and all the bedding for the couch pullout beds. Nice patio. Quiet area. We stayed for 6 days and definitely recommend.
