Our Condo is in the Heart of Orlando! Just 10 minutes to Disney World, 5 minutes to Universal Studios, 2 minutes to Sea World. You can literally walk to the Orlando convention center, the second largest convention facility in America. Our condo is the largest floor plan which offers single floor living, 2100 Sq Ft, 3 Beds, 2 Baths and can sleep up to 10 guests. Our living room is spacious, making it perfect for a group trip or a large family gathering, wireless internet access and a lot of board games. Our kitchen is fully furnished for you to choose when to eat in and when to eat out. The master bedroom has a luxury King Size pillow top mattress. The second bedroom features a new high quality Queen Size mattress. The third bedroom offers 2 Full beds with comfy memory mattress; a Queen Sofa-bed in the den. All beds have luxury cotton sheets to add that extra comfort to your stay. All bedrooms have their own flat screen televisions so everyone can have their own space when needed. (65' HDTV in the living room, 50' HDTV in the Master Bedroom, 42' HDTV in the den and 32' HDTV in two other bedrooms. Cable TV, lots of channels )

This property was beautiful! The owner was very accommodating. We loved hanging out on the porch and pool. Very convenient if you are doing anything at the convention center. I would definitely stay here again!

My family and I rented this property for a weekend stay in Orlando. We could not have been more pleased. The entire process, from initial rental to checkout, could not have been more smooth. The condo is beautiful, and is exactly as the pictures reflect. It was very clean and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens and bathroom amenities top notch. The owner was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this location, and hope I can return for a longer stay.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was very spacious, and the amenities were great, too. The kids really enjoyed the pool, there was even a DJ and hula hoop contest. We will definitely be coming again next summer.

This was our third time in Vista Cay and by far the nicest property! We were here for an event at the convention center and it was a super easy walk each day. Clean, comfortable and perfect for our stay! Would definitely stay again!

Emma's condo was exactly as listed! The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and appliances for cooking, the beds are comfortable, the amenities at the location are great, and on top of all of that Emma was really helpful with local recommendations. I'll definitely book again when in the area! Thanks for a great stay!!

We stayed here with our two teenage sons and my in-laws and it was very roomy. It was great for us to all have our own space but also be able to be together in the evenings and for meals. We went to Universal Studios while there and it very easy to get there. It was also conveniently located to a grocery store and several restaurants. The host was very easy to communicate with and the place was super clean. I would recommend booking this place to anyone coming to the area.

Great place. Very clean and welcoming. Well stocked with supplies needed to get a trip started. Walking distance to the clubhouse, Walgreens, a pizza shop and bakery/breakfast shop. Very short drive to Publix, DD and other others. Would rent again.

Condo was very spacious and looks like photos in listing. Emma granted us early check-in and the management group was very responsive. Will stay again!

This condo was spacious, nicely furnished, tasteful and immaculate for our family of 6. Were very glad we rented it for our universal studios visit. An easy location to get an Uber of taxi or walk to the grocery store. The pool was smaller than suggested in photos. It was very crowded and had little shade in the heat. But the bartender was very professional and friendly.

We were not able to utilize everything on the property as we were not there for much of our stay. We were there to visit Disney and Universal so our days at the park were long, however, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to come back to each night. Description of property online was accurate. Beautiful property. We would definitely consider staying again.

Our stay at this property was AMAZING!!! First off, the place is HUGE!! We couldn’t have asked for any more space. There was plenty of room for my little ones to play and the apartment was very clean. Definitely on my favorites list and will be staying here in the future.
