About this house rental
Nestled in Panama City Beach, this attractive house for $828 per night is a great option for your next trip. Beachside Sealee is a large 3 bedroom 3 bath townhome that has been COMPLETELY remodeled in 2015. The rear glass sliding doors open up to a deck with a few steps to the most beautiful white sandy beaches Panama City has to offer! While the high rise condominiums boast their "spectacular" views, this townhome is located in an area where you can see uninterrupted scenery for miles in both directions. From the constant shimmer of the emerald coast to the breathtaking pastel sunsets, this will be a place you and your family can truly feel comfortable. The townhouse boasts many upgrades which include wide whitewashed ceramic plank tile, crown molding, beautiful custom cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless electrolux appliances, microwave, blender, tiled showers in the downstairs and master bath, tub in the upstairs bath, flat screen televisions throughout, Comcast cable and wi-fi, remote controlled shades. The kitchen is also furnished with dishes, silverware, glasses, crockpot, and cookware. The bedrooms are all graced with updated furnishings and have all the amenities you would expect of an elegant vacation resort. The master bedroom is graced with hardwood floors and has a king size bed. It also has boasts the best view of the townhome as the three large pane-free windows provide panoramic views of the emerald coast. The master bathroom has a custom vanity with granite countertops and a large tiled shower. The other upstairs bedroom has hardwood floors, a queen bed, and a shower/ tub combo along with custom cabinetry and granite countertops. The downstairs bedroom has ceramic plank flooring with a queen bed & full size bunk beds. The bath downstairs has a tiled shower, custom cabinets, and granite in the bath as well. Some additional inclusions are a 60" smart tv in the living area, a gated outdoor play area that is located just off the back deck (Great for small children!), an private outdoor shower at the base of the back porch, and the deck itself is composed of composite board (Cooler than standard decks and you don't have to worry about splinters or nails!) Sealee is located 3/4 of a mile to the west of the famous Pier Park shopping and eating resort. Also, you can enjoy festivals of fireworks during certain times of the year that are shot from the pier (which is visible from the back porch!) Great dining destinations within walking distance of the unit include a delicious local pizza restaurant and several mouthwatering seafood houses. Also a grocery store, fresh seafood market, CVS, and liquor store. Our cleaning service provides professional and friendly service. They are very thorough (The unit will be cleaned and ready for your vacation when you arrive.) Our calendar will be updated on a regular basis, please check the dates available. This was our second time staying at this property and it felt like our home away from home all over again. Communication with the owner was easy, the location of the townhome is exactly where we want to be, and the beach is perfect. We are already looking forward to next year!

Outside garbage can was already full when we checked in. Only provided 1 dishwasher soap pod (stayed there for 5 days). Provided a small amount of toilet paper, had to go buy our own. The floor was so dirty (our feet were black)! Don’t have cleaning supplies and very short of amenities. Somebody’s shorts, dirty socks and underwear was left in the drawers. Guest bedroom upstairs the shower didn’t drain when taking showers and the floor is bubbly. Don’t provide any hand soap for the bathrooms. AC sensor need new batteries. Water filter in the fridge need replaced.
Wonderful location and a few steps to the beach. Provide a big chest for the beach toys. Have a nice gazebo with curtains and patio furniture. Have a couple of water hose/shower to clean the sand off. Beds are clean. Extra chairs when needed. Kitchen is great.

We had a great time on the beach. Could set up our tent as close to the beach as we wanted. Hardly anyone around us so we didn't have to wake up super early and claim our spot on the beach; it was nice. It's in the perfect location to hop onto either Front Beach Rd or take Hwy 98 out and around. The deck and patio furniture are great. They're the composite stuff that doesn't hurt your feet or get too hot. This was our second time staying there and they've added an outdoor cover and fan which was nice to sit outside and stay covered during the days when people
wanted to be outside, but not on the beach. Only "complaint" was the downstairs queen mattress was not very comfortable; needs replacing. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Lovely Beach Townhome. Fully renovated with great high ceilings. Has a great outdoor space fully covered with access right on the beach. There is an outdoor shower and beach floats and chairs. Master bedroom has a million-dollar view. We will definitely visit again.

Beautiful townhome at a great location. Honestly didn’t want to leave the property with the beautiful beach steps out the back. When we did leave, it was because we needed groceries, and there was a Winn/Dixie right across the street and a fish market .5 miles away. Definitely want to come back next year already.

This was one of the prettiest vacation homes we have ever stayed in. The location is our favorite - close to the shops and restaurants but also quiet on the beach side. Our children absolutely loved it. We would love to book another stay. This place is perfection!

Property is well kept and a beautiful home .don’t know what else you could ask for this is about as good as it gets setting on the covered back porch and playing in the ocean . This is a beautiful townhouse with magnificent views and right on the sand. Miss Wilma is such a sweet lady and was there to answer concerns that I had about the possible hurricane that was forecasted to hit the panhandle. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Wilma and Jason's townhouse is exquisitely decorated and their attention to detail in the cabinetry throughout the house is impressive. Even more, the deck is the BEST I have ever seen in a rental. I love the gazebo with the curtains! Amazing! Direct communication with the owner was easy and hassle free! Always a quick and kind response as well. We will book this spot again next year!

We had a great time and loved the closeness of the beach. The kitchen doesn’t have a ton of cookware so plan on either BBQ’ing or eating out. The house was very spacious. While we were there we bought 2 pillows and 2 rugs for the kitchen because we needed it to be more fitting to our comfort level and we left them behind. Also there’s plenty of beach chairs and floating apparatus too. Thank you Wilma

Beautiful townhouse. Perfect for five ladies who have been friends since 1973 and going to the beach almost every summer. Location was great but wish the road construction had been completed. Only problem was the downstairs toilet kept running and there was no rug for the shower. Overall it was one of the best girls trip and the best place we've ever stayed in. Thank you

We booked for W-Su. This property is fantastic! No issues, everything was absolutely advertised. Truly relaxing, set your own pace. Although we were on the go checking out local attractions and had some business to address we found ourselves not wanting to leave the townhouse just to stay, relax and enjoy.

This is so much more than just a place to stay. They thought of everything. There were lots of little touches that made this absolutely wonderful. I only reached out 1 time but Wilma was very quick to return with an answer. The info on the booking was extremely helpful. We really had no questions left unanswered. The property was a huge success for our first time at Panama City Beach. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The back porch was the highlight of most days with coffee in the morning to playing cards with the kids in the evening. We even grilled several times and it was so relaxing.
