Situated in Panama City Beach, this charming house for $907 per night is a great option for your next trip. Stunning 4 brdm/4 bath right on the beach! Enjoy the beautiful emerald waters and white sand beaches from this gorgeous townhome! We have carefully decorated this home with coastal décor and wonderful custom furnishings. Just added PACMAN arcade game (multiple games).There are three bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom on the main level. All bedrooms have a king bed and a private bathroom (main level bedroom bath is just outside door). Laundry is in the townhome between the bedrooms upstairs. Townhouse includes granite countertops (kitchen, wet bar, baths), stainless steel appliances, upper and lower Trex decks with cable railing, Hardy siding, Marazzi wood plank tile, HDTVs with Netflix, custom coastal furniture and decor, custom headboards, washer/dryer, shiplap, and much more! A new shower system on the back deck was just added. There is both a coffeemaker & Keurig. The location is perfect as it is nestled between the gulf and Signal Hill Golf Course on a quiet street. Pineapple Willys and many other restaurants and attractions are nearby. Legendary Pier Park is just 5-10 minutes away along with all the restaurants and attractions Panama City Beach is famous for. We do allow well behaved dogs as we are dog lovers and there is a perfect path along the golf course to go for a long stroll. The beach and sunsets are truly breathtaking from this townhome! We want everyone who stays at our beach home to enjoy it as much as we do as we are committed to doing everything we can to make your experience a memorable one. There is one step up to enter townhome and one step down into main level bedroom for guests with difficulty with steps. ****NOTE: We have purchased 4 gulf front 1 bedroom/1 bath condos within walking distance to Pier Park. House is exactly as in pictures. Had everything we need for a three day stay and it was very clean. Really enjoyed the sunset views. Would definitely stay again if in that area of Florida!

What a beautiful home and beach area! We absolutely loved our stay here. Very quiet area. Communication with Jeff and Jill were seamless. Loved that this is dog friendly as well. Very close to the Pier Park area, 15 to 20 minute drive. Thank you for allowing us to stay and make memories!

Loved having our own beach. The house was very comfortable. There were lots of beach toys, chairs and even an umbrella. We didn’t even unpack ours. Hope to be back soon.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Emerald Seascape. The location was great as it still felt private even with the couple of high rise condos in the vicinity. Great proximity to anything you could want to do while visiting PCB. Extremely dog friendly location with a well lit walking path along the golf course. Straight shot to the beach from the back deck with great accessibility. A downstairs bedroom is extremely hard to find in oceanfront townhomes and was convenient for our senior pup. Jeff and Jill were the perfect hosts. Excellent communication. We had no issues but I did have a couple of questions for them and they responded very quickly. They have the townhouse well equipped with just about everything you could possibly need during your stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this property or any property they host as you will be well taken care of.

This was a great location for our yearly family vacation to the beach! It was just a short walk out the back door to the beach and Pineapple Willy’s is just a short walk away if you don’t feel like driving. Overall, loved the place and the hosts had excellent communication!

This was a wonderful property. It truly had everything we could have hoped for; the beach was great, the house had a lot of beach items including chairs and toys, the kitchen was stocked with a lot of pots, plates, cups, etc. The beds were comfortable and it was close to a lot of stuff to do. Overall, we highly recommend this stay.

Loved the townhouse, location, proximity to businesses & the quiet nights. My only faults I could find are the windows upstairs front & back bedrooms with no window coverings that let in so much early morning sun & no child friendly dishes, such as melamine. We hope to rent this townhouse again next year.

We all had a wonderful time staying at this townhouse. It had lots of room for 5 adults. We loved the back deck & balcony. It made morning coffee perfect. We were only there to attend a wedding but with tvs, games & lots of beach equipment there is plenty for all ages to do. The view was spectacular. Beach front is always a plus. I’ve always loved the beach off of Thomas Dr the most. Only negative thing, Pineapple Willy’s wasn’t open so I could show my 30 yr old kids one of my old haunts! Go and enjoy!

This property is the closest our family has come to being on the beach. Though the Condo is zero lot line, privacy was achieved with excellent floor plan design, and the access to the ocean front made it even more private. My family certainly enjoyed introducing the two great grandchildren to beach life.

We had a great trip renting from Jeff and Jill. The location is perfect in a quiet neighborhood. The home is cozy and well stocked. We had three families with small children and were well supplied with pack n plays, lots of room plenty of beach toys and chairs. We will absolutely be renting again!

Wow, this was the perfect location for my family who came from all over to celebrate my 50th birthday with me. The property had everything we needed. If your flying in, they do have beach towels so don’t bother wasting luggage space!!! Also, we added binoculars to the stuff already provided for our use. Please book this property because you will not be disappointed. I absolutely can not wait to come back again!!!! All of my family are already planning individual trips with their kids to come back here!!!

Perfect 4BR 4BA beachfront home has everything! All bedrooms are very spacious. Checkin was delayed due to cleaning company issues and sand was on sofas and living room. Owner was very responsive. We had an issue with the dryer, and he was very helpful! Great vacation.

We had a great stay in Panama City Beach. This townhome had room for everyone and plenty of space. The kitchen was packed full of gadgets and supplies for cooking. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. The beach location was great, secluded away from large condo units, but within a short walk to Pineapple Willys.

The townhome was fantastic! Cant say enough good things. The home, location, view, all of it was amazing. My family of 11 had a blast! Will definitely be staying here again!!! The owners are so nice and easy to work with. Went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!!

This location was perfect for our annual family getaway. It was off the beaten path and provided an enjoyable atmosphere. The house was very spacious with plenty of large beds and bathrooms. It was a simple, private, path to the beach. It was nice to just sit on the deck and watch the ocean. I would definitely stay here again!

You will not be disappointed with this beautiful spacious townhome. Has all the amenities you could possibly need. Beach toys (skim boards, boogie boards, etc etc), chairs and even beach towels. Very clean unit with great view of the ocean. Owner is as pleasant and detail oriented as they come! Would definitely stay here again.

There was more than enough room for 8 adults, 1 child and our dog. The condo is very nice and just as advertised, clean, roomy bedrooms and good sized bathrooms. The kitchen was equipped with everything you'd want. We found plenty of chairs and umbrellas on the deck for the beach, nice surprise! We added to the collection of beach floats and sand toys when we left. The view from the master bedroom balcony is amazing. I already miss it. The best part though is the location of course. It just can't be beat. We basically had a private beach for a week a few hundred feet from our back door. It was absolutely perfect! Jeff was very pleasant to work with the entire process and quick to respond to all of my questions. We hope to visit again! Thank you Jeff and Jill!
