You will be absolutely be mesmerized by the beachfront gulf view.... The view is 'to die for', and you can see the emerald green waters of the gulf of Mexico from every angle of the kitchen, living room and balcony! You will walk directly from your patio out the beach! This beautiful home features a totally remodeled kitchen with quartz counters, tiled back splash, stainless appliances, new, updated designer comforters and linens and the baths have been upgraded with new granite counters, faucets, fixtures and an amazing walk in Shower! . There are new Smart TVS and free wi fi! This home is perfect for entertaining with family and friends, and the kitchen is fully stocked for all your needs. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. This unit is very spacious and sleeps a total of six. The bedding is as follows: king in the master with a new mattress, bunk beds in the hall and the new couch pulls out to a queen size bed. The resort is now smoke free!. This home is very special and designed forr those who want a 'special' vacation! It is located in the crystal beach area of Scenic Hwy 98, just minutes from Destin commons, the outlet mall, downtown Destin, the harbor and Sandestin! We loved everything about the stay. The location was perfect, we were next to plenty of restaurants and shopping. The unit was nicely updated and the kids loved the bunk beds. We loved being on the first floor, very easy to walk down to the beach with all the kids. Also, beach service was always set up early in the morning and since the complex we stayed out wasn't very big, we always had beachfront access. Would recommend this unit to another family with small children.

The condo was exactly as pictured. We enjoyed our stay as it was right on the beach. I felt comfortable staying here by myself for the first two nights until my husband arrived. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our spring break trip to Destin. The condo was very clean, and you can’t beat the easy access to the beautiful beach. The complimentary beach service was a perk as well! The only thing we didn’t like (and this is not a reflection of our actual unit), is that the outside front entrance feels very much like a motel. The back is beautiful, and has a totally different feel. Great back porch area overlooking the beach, just wished the front didn’t feel so much like a motel. Also the pool wasn’t the best. It is exactly what was pictured in the photos though (we just hoped it would be a bit better in person). Again though- our actual unit was great- nicely decorated and clean. Communication with the property manager before our stay was great as well. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced place in Destin that is RIGHT on the water (and not concerned with not having a resort-type feel), this is a great place!

The condo had an amazing view, and we really loved the easy access to the beach. It was clean and there was plenty of space for our family of three. We’d stay here again.

This has been my favorite condo in Destin. Beautifully updated and decorated throughout. I love the open kitchen and the beautiful tiled shower. The view out the sliding glass doors is perfect. My kids enjoyed the bunk beds and being close and the outlets and their own lights.
There were a couple of issues with the beds. The king mattress is way too worn out and sinks in the middle BAD. Thankfully we had our own sheets because there were two top sheets and no fitted sheet. I slept on the foot of the bed all week and my husband slept on the couch due to the bed being so worn and uncomfortable. The kids beds weren't clean and the bottom bunk had sand in it along with top sheets only as well.
We heard lots of stomping. Not just normal noise. Loud wall vibrating stomping. It will keep you up all night.

We had an amazing time. We would love to return next year. The view is great. Perfect place to watch the sunrise and set over the Gulf. The condo had everything we needed. It was quiet and peaceful.

Very nice condo. It was well equipped and perfect for me and my husband. The second half bath was so convenient. Can’t beat the location… beautiful view and steps to the beach. Loved the beach chair service! Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance or a short drive of less then 3-5 miles. Highly recommend! And thanks to our host Donna for making sure we had everything we needed prior to our trip.

Beautiful porch views
My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. We have 3 children so the easy access to be beach was so helpful. Daily beach service was so convenient with the two chairs and umbrella. The house was nicely furnished and it had everything that we needed.

Perfect location and ease of access to beach!
The location cannot be beat and the ease of access to the beach with little kids is worth it’s weight in gold. The complex was quiet and well kept. The condo itself could have been a little cleaner when we got there though (floors and baseboards were pretty dirty) and the master bedroom mattress was very worn. The positives outweighed the negatives though!

Great location and condo!
My family recently stayed at your condo for spring break. We absolutely loved the location of the condo and being right on the beach. There is something special about being able to sit on your back patio in the morning and have coffee while we watched the dolphins swim through. The condo itself had all the things that we were told it would be stocked with as well as comfortable furniture and beds. Another thing that we really liked was how safe we felt in the neighborhood. Being a ground level condo we weren’t sure booking it how we would feel about that, but once we got in and got a feel for the area we had no hesitations about being there and feeling safe and at home. Thanks for a great week!
