Additionally the 4th bedroom is on the main floor of this townhouse. This 4th bedroom includes twin bunks plus an additional single bed, a small dresser and TV. Off this bedroom is a private / en-suite bathroom including a shower, toilet and small walk-in closet. The upper level includes three bedrooms and three private / en-suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and the third has a queen bed. Vaulted ceilings, TVs, dressers and premium touches make this floor a wonderful place for multiple families or generations to stay with privacy. One bedroom has a fireplace. The lower level includes an oversized double garage which provides ample room for a car or two (although you don't need one!). We do have air conditioning on our second floor, but it may or may not be needed — many homes in Park City don’t have it, as the days are warm and evenings are cooler.
