Situated in Breckenridge, this attractive condo for $377 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This is the perfect place for your Breckenridge vacation! It is a ski-in/ski-out, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that is located directly on the Four O’Clock ski run. This is a first-floor condo with a rare, large patio where you literally walk down the steps, step into your skis or snowboard, and coast down to the Snowflake lift. It’s just as easy to come home for lunch or for après-ski on the patio with the afternoon sun. This condo is also on the end of the complex, which provides for lots of natural light and additional outdoor space. An extensive renovation of the condo was completed in June 2017. The many updates include an all-new kitchen with upgraded cabinets and new appliances, extensive lighting upgrades with ceiling fans, new tile flooring in most areas with an in-floor electric heat, all-new fireplace and new stone, updated master bath with walk-in shower, new entryway with bench and storage nook, and new doors and wood trim throughout. There is a large living area with comfortable seating and an open kitchen/bar area that provides for great entertaining options. The living area contains a 50” flat-screen TV and a cozy gas fireplace for relaxing after the day’s activities. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking and dining needs, including full-sized appliances and a dishwasher. Off the living area is one of this condo’s best features – the large and spacious patio area. This is one of the largest patios for a condo in Breckenridge and allows for great entertaining and relaxing options in winter or summer. There is a private gas grill for guest use, and being on the end allows for greater space and privacy. As you will see, the location of the condo and this patio provide for a more alpine-like setting than most other condos. The master bedroom contains a comfortable king bed, ample closet and storage space, and a flat-screen TV. The master bathroom is also connected to the bedroom and both can be closed off for additional privacy. The second bedroom contains two single beds, additional closet storage, and a flat-screen TV. Both bedrooms are located away from the living area, which allows for sleep and entertaining at the same time. There is also an inflatable queen air mattress that can be used to sleep a total of six. Some of the other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, large entryway for storage of ski gear, complimentary Wi-Fi access, large computer monitor for a laptop connection, and a large selection of cable TV channels. There is underground parking for one vehicle and surface parking for one additional vehicle. The condo is easily accessible on the first floor, and there is also elevator access from the ground floor and parking garage. In addition, all guests will have access to the share clubhouse, which has a heated indoor pool, one indoor hot tub, and one outdoor hot tub which looks directly over the Four O’Clock ski run. The clubhouse also has a deck area and gas grill for entertaining. Please note the indoor hot tub is normally closed during the months of May-October (it is the smaller of the two hot tubs). For those guests with toddlers or small children, this condo is also equipped with several special features. All electrical outlets are tamper-resistant, and there are also child-proof plugs available that can be used for additional peace of mind. There is also a retractable baby gate between the living and sleeping areas. Guests also have the use of a high chair and tray for eating, pack-and-play crib for sleeping/play time, electronic baby monitor, and assorted toys and games. The condo is located just up Four O’Clock Road and provides for a short walk to Main Street and the Town of Breckenridge. Because it is not a through street, traffic is very minimal.

Place was fantastic. Wasn’t sure what the ski in/out was going to be like. Then as I walked in I see people skiing in the backyard area….so yes, great ski in/out. Place was clean and perfect for me and my 2 boys. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Some things that prove helpful to others considering rent this property. This unit is well stocked and is as advertised. Unit provided 3 humidifiers which is a big plus. Just remember to check and clean with vinegar/water solution to sanitize as required. This is a slopeside location for skiing. The owner may give further info, but the shuttle does not drop off directly in front of Unit but it is just a short walk (slightly up hill on way back to unit) to catch free shuttle. Area is more private and away from the crowds with a great owner that communicates well. He even helped with the road conditions to assist on our drive back to Denver. Will definitely rent here again.

Beautiful location, right on the 4oclock trail. The space was clean and inviting, and owner was extremely responsive to questions before and while we were there. Five stars!

I would have given 5 stars on the overall. The main problem really isn't owners fault. But if the people above you have small children, then you are going to be upset unless you are deaf. Those kids did nothing but run around upstairs like a stampede all night long . I'm not talking about when i can here the adults' walking around, but literally running constantly. I honestly don't blame the kids just rude and inconsiderate parents with no common sense. I believe it is the duty of the tenants upstairs to inform others when they have children coming be cause it was like hell week. The only 2 other things were fire place didn't work and local cable was out the whole time, but no big deal we just used our Netflix account. To be honest if it wasn't for the children upstairs above us the place was great.

Everything was great. We will not hesitate to book again when we visit Breckenridge. We have allergies in the family and really appreciated how clean the property was. Everything in the apartment is well kept and that made us feel right at home. The kitchen is stocked with everything one needs. We were very comfortable staying there and the location is quite good. Thank you!
