This condo is located in the newest building in Phase 1, the Cristal building, which has the same interior finishes at Phase 2. Sit at the end of your patio in the afternoon shade and enjoy the beach, ocean and Old Port views. This condo's location is perfection! Las Palomas is a world class 4 star resort located on Sandy Beach, with gated entrance, manicured grounds, walking trails, and an 18 hole championship golf course with ocean views. The resort has 7 negative edge pools with waterfalls, hot tubs, lazy rivers, water slides, swim-up bars, restaurants, fitness center and spa. Las Palomas is the ideal destination for families to enjoy the beautiful Sea of Cortez in complete luxury. Families can enjoy parasailing, horseback riding on the beach, fishing, jet ski and ATV rentals, and wonderful dining experiences. Located 10 minutes from the Old Port area, enjoy the Malecon and local restaurants and shops. Return to your beautiful condo to relax in luxury and enjoy the sunset and Old Port views from your private patio. This condo is in the best location in the resort. There are beautiful tile floors throughout, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for cooking and entertaining. The condo has 2 bedrooms, each with comfortable king beds and flat screen smart TV's. The master bedroom is ocean front with spectacular views of the beach and Old Port. There is a 52 inch smart TV in the living room, which includes a Queen leather sofa sleeper and love seat. The beautiful dining room set and bar chairs are new as of 2016. WiFi access is available on the router in the kitchen. We have high standards for maintaining our condo and have it deep cleaned and restocked annually. . Please note that the resort will provide a maximum of SIX wristbands for this condo. One additional child under the age of 2 will be permitted. This condo is in the rental pool. When renting a condo at Las Palomas, please note the following: 1. The resort processes all rentals and provides a confirmation letter to you showing the details of your reservation. 2. Payment for your reservation is processed by VRBO/Homeaway and Las Palomas. You risk having to pay additional fees when you check in if your reservation is NOT processed by Las Palomas. 3. If you rent outside the rules of Las Palomas, you run the risk of not being permitted to enter the resort and/or being required to book a different condo and pay the rack rate, which is the highest rate. You may also be denied services, including TV, telephone, internet access and on site parking. Every reservation is monitored. Don't be disappointed. Rent only through the Las Palomas rental pool.

Unit was clean, comfortable, EXCELLENT location and views. I will look forward to rebook at Donna's properties for future vacations. **Also, on 08/18 to 08/19 I stayed at same location, other unit had too many issues and I was transfer to Donna's unit E105, it was amazing again.

We have stayed at Las Paloma’s multiple times but this particular location is our new favorite. The ease of the stairs right by the ramp to the beach and loungers next to the pool is the best location in my opinion. The inside is very nice, a little outdated but I’m not staying at the beach for the inside. We had a massive storm while we were there and the water came in under the front door, maybe something to look into. There are no beach items available for use so make sure you bring EVERYTHING you might need. Overall wonderful stay and we have already booked for next year.

We come back year after year because we have an amazing time every time! It is SO clean-the buildings, pool area, grounds, everything! The staff are welcoming and friendly, restaurants and bars are excellent, and we feel 100% safe in every way. Our two condos were beautiful and well appointed and perfectly located, with grills out front and access right out to the pool and on down to the beach from the massive patios. Thanks Donna for having such wonderful accommodations! We WILL be back.

Our stay here was perfect. The location couldn’t get any closer to direct beach access. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us. The pullout bed in the living room was actually quite comfortable and the in suite laundry was nice. We would definitely stay here again

We can't say enough about the stay. Direct walk from the patio to...everything. both pools, the hottub, the beach, even the grills. amazing. Thank you for letting us stay and we will stay again if we can book it in time.

We booked this condo along with the one bedroom next door and it was so easy and convenient to get to the pools and beach. The condo was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Our group was able to hang out on the giant patios together and enjoy all Las Palomas has to offer! We will book again!

The property was amazing, pictures did not do it justice. This is a place you just have to experience. The whole staff at Las Palomas was friendly and welcoming. Loved the whole facility and will definitely be back!

This location was fantastic! Plenty of space for our group. We have two in our party with limited mobility so the first floor location, close proximity to the elevator to/from the parking garage & low shower threshold we're great. Plus they could sit on the large patio & observe others in the pool or on the beach. Loved being steps from the pool & beach! Propert staff were very helpful. We found a couple of maintenance issues upon arrival & they were very quick to respond. They cleaned the room everyday. Restaurant on-site was convenient.

The condo is wonderful. The view of the beach and Rocky Point is so nice. It is right by the beach entrance. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the cooking tools needed to make a great meal. We will be back.
