The condo is amazing, just as advertised! The decor could use a little facelift but otherwise it had everything we needed for our stay! It’s in the Phase 2 of the resort and has the most amazing views of the pool and the ocean. I would definitely stay here again!

This has got to be one of the most beautiful VRBO properties we’ve ever stayed in. The condo is beautifully appointed and furnishings don’t look like an afterthought as they do in so many VRBO condos in Mexico. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Internet was speedy. The deck had wonderful furniture, which isn’t always the case. Stupendous view. Highly recommend this property.

This is a great property, and it lives up to all of the pictures. The deck furniture was so comfortable, we spent lots of time out there napping. The proximity to the ocean makes early morning sunrise walks a great way to start each day. The pools are cleaned daily and well maintained. We ate several lunches at the poolside bar, and everything we ordered was delicious. Drove into town for dinner each night, selecting a different place from the host's map in his information packet. This was all around a GREAT family vacation, primarily because the condo and property were so nice. Thanks, Jim! Two suggestions for travelers: If you want a float ring for the lazy river, you're better off bringing a cheap one with you (there is an air hose on the wall by the beach). The resort doesn't provide them, but you can buy them at their market. Whether you buy them in town or at the resort market, it'll run you between $25-$35 for a $5 tube. That can add up if all the kids want one. Also, while the kitchen is well stocked with pans, dishes, utensils, etc., there are no kitchen staples at all - so if you plan to do any eating in the kitchen, you'll need to bring some cooking spray, salt, coffee, etc.

The Las Palomas resort all around is a great place to stay. Very clean, great customer services and has everything you need if you never want to leave.
The condo is positioned for perfect views of the ocean during your mourning coffee on the large balcony.
At night we relaxed on the balcony and listened to the live music at the pool.
The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are really large.
Our family of four enjoyed every minute of our stay.

This property is just how it appears in few listing! So beautiful and the view is amazing. Staff very helpful, host responded timely to questions. Loved the sun up bar. Be sure to try Wrecked on the reef, Mari Blu, Chef Mickies place, Moo, Boo Bar. Exceptional dining, though Wrecked and Boo Bar fun bars to visit.

My family and I stayed for four nights at this beautiful condo. The condo is beautifully decorated and the kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The balcony is huge and has awesome patio furniture to hang out and enjoy your view. Jim was awesome to deal with and answered all questions right away. We had a great time staying at his condo and will be staying here again in the future!!!

My favorite part of this rental was the beautiful views from the apartment. The condo was very nice, spacious, and clean upon arrival. Unfortunately, there were not black out shades in the living room where my daughter was sleeping and also the pull out couches were not comfortable. She was small enough to just sleep on the sofa as is and we got her a face mask to block out the light so it worked out ok. There was one blackout shade missing in the master, which the owner was aware of, and said he is replacing. Check-in was slow despite having pre-checked in and not many people at the desk. Unfortunately, there was terrible construction happening on the property throughout our visit that could be heard inside the apartment, and throughout the day disturbing our time on the patio. It was not fun to wake up each morning to the clanking, drilling, etc. Of course, this was not the owners fault. In addition, my children found the property to be very restrictive and rule driven. Ex: even though there were no people in the pools they weren’t allowed to throw a ball. We found the food at the pool bar to be just fair. The sunsets were incredible and we enjoyed long walks along the beach every morning. The temperatures were cool, but the heated pools and especially the hot tub were wonderful. If I lived in Phoenix, I would certainly return often and would be lucky to rent this condo again.
