Enjoy this 2 Bedroom/2Bathroom Condo, located on the ground floor of the Diamante building Phase 1, over 2000 sf of patio overlooking pools, lazy river, steps from the bar pool and beach. Diamante 105 features an open design kitchen overseeing the living room. The entertainment center has a 60 inches flat screen TV with soundbar, Netflix and DVD. The living room has also a dining area confortable for six guests. All 2 bedrooms have King bed and 48 inches flat screen TV with Netflix and DVD. The spectacular patio comes with a dining table for 6, chairs, lounge chairs and an extra round table at the end of the patio overlooking all the amenities and beach. Diamante 105 is conveniently located by the grill patio, free to use for all guests, enjoy the free underground parking, all the pools and restaurants that Las Palomas Resort offers. We listen to our guests and for your comfort We added a Keurig 2.0 coffee machine. Replaced all 2 AC January 2024 We added two new lounge chairs and some Mexican tile art work. Overall this rental is in a excellent location. We really enjoyed our time here as a family. The property itself is absolutely amazing. The apartment has most of the essentials you will need and is perfectly located next to the pool, pool bar, and beach. This apartment is in phase 1 and the only hot Jacuzzi that was open was in phase 2 which is just a short walk away. The large pool in phase 1 is heated and was very comfortable to swim in even at night. Our oldest son who slept on the hideaway said it was horrible so if you have more than 4 people staying here keep that in mind. Other than that everything was as expected and in very good condition. Fabrizio is a excellent host who went above and beyond to be accomodating. We would definitely stay here again if we had a group of 4 people or less.

This room at Las Palomas is everything!! The location is perfect. The bed in the master does cave in in the middle and the cup options in the kitchen could use a replenishment. But nothing beats the closeness to the beach and spacious size of the condo. We definitely hope to stay again!!

We loved this property, highly recommend! The location is the best part, it is close to the pool, the bar and the beach with out the need of an elevator. It was clean and spacious and we had access to netflix for movie watching at night. It was also safe for our 2 year old to roam with out breaking things. 10/10 recommend.

We have been coming to las Paloma’s for over 15 years. We enjoy all their amenities, the hot sun, the beach, the pools, phase 1 has always been our favorite. Now with three phases, it’s nice to have all the options for pools and lounge areas. Having a first floor condo, is definitely the way to go! My teens and family loved it. One of our favorite places to stay for sure. Would like to come back and book again. Clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds and amazing patio, with lounge chairs, tables all that you need to enjoys the beautiful views and get a great tan. Great communication, easy booking and registration process. Thanks for a great time.

Overall the stay was good, the kitchen had almost everything we needed and it was the ideal location to beach access, pool w bar and slide for kids. However my husband and I had the worst sleep ever and we have stayed at many of these resorts. The mast room bed caved in the middle to it would pull you into middle and was not comfortable. We stayed 3 nights and woke up aching each time, thankfully the hot tub helped however that was down one of the days for paint. We did inform the owner of this issue, he was not very helpful or understanding so unfortunately we won’t return .

First, Fabrizio (owner) was amazing. Very responsive and communicated everything we needed to know before arriving. He even sent a video showing exactly how the AC system operated. The location of this unit is amazing, it is literally STEPS from the beach and pool bar. The patio is massive and has perfect sunset views. The rooms were clean and well kept, the kitchen had everything we needed (with the exception of seasonings, but we forgot ours at home so we can take the blame for that). We would 100% stay here again.

My family really enjoyed our stay at Las Palomas. We especially enjoyed being just a few steps away from the beach. The walkout patio makes accessing the beach and pool so easy! The property is immaculate, comfortable, and welcoming. Fabrizio (the host) did a fantastic job with providing us with all the information that we needed for our trip. He was very prompt in answering any questions that arose. My family is already looking forward to returning to Las Palomas, and we hope to stay at this property again!

Great condo in a prime location on the resort steps away from both the pool and the ocean. The rooms were clean and included everything you would need for a nice stay (bought local fish and shrimp and cooked several times). The patio is great and one of the biggest I have ever seen on a resort. Enjoyed sitting outside and looking at both the ocean and the resort. The resorts is great as well. I have stayed in Puerto Penasco several times and Las Palomas is the best resort in the area. Nice swim up bar as well as a great work out room for the adults. My 8 y/o daughter enjoyed the lazy river and the water slide. Look foward to staying again. .
