Totally renovated, beautiful 3 bedroom town home located in one of Orlando's newest luxury resorts, Vista Cay! This vacation home is conveniently located next to all of Orlando's major attractions. Disney, Universal, Sea world, Wet n Wild and fabulous International Drive are all within minutes away. For the business executive or the avid golfer, the Orange County Convention Center and Shingle Creek Golf Course are both located less than a 1/4 mile from Vista Cay! Our town home has been professionally decorated including upgrades in furniture, lighting, window treatments and the media package. The living area features a 50' LCD TV with DVD. Each bedroom has a 19' flat screen TV with cable. Our home can comfortably sleep 8 with a master KING suite, a second KING suite, and a full suite. For extra convenience, there is a fully stocked kitchen, a laundry closet with a washer/dryer, iron/ ironing board, and a garage. Free high speed internet access and HBO are provided. Vista Cay resort is an upscale gated community boasting a state-of-the art 10,000 square foot clubhouse. The clubhouse features a movie theater, resort style swimming pool with multi-level deck space, hot-tub, children's pool and a basketball court all with a beautiful view of Lake Cay. Additional amenities include a video arcade, pool tables, fitness center, and an internet library. Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each guest. Come in, kick-back, and relax. Very nice stay at this property. Easy to get in and clean inside. Driveway was a little tight for 2 cars but we made it work. Loved all the bathrooms in each room and the condo worked perfectly for us to go to Universal Studios.

We enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was clean, well stocked, and beds were comfortable. It is a short drive to Universal Studios and there were several places to eat at Icon Park which is about 1 mile away. Check in was a breeze, no issues at all. It was a bit cold when we were there and the thermostat requires a code from the owner to turn the heat on, I gave him a call and he had it adjusted within minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location for Universal, a little far from Disney. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Pool far from unit and workout room way too small for amount of units in complex. However, nice running path and fun bar near pool.

It was the perfect size for our family. The location and gated community was excellent. The owner was very nice. However, the a/c was not great and was locked without an access code so the place was warm and musty smelling

This is our second stay in this beautiful updated townhouse. Anthony is great at communicating and extremely responsive. The home is lovely and very clean. Location is perfect for us as we were attending an event at the nearby Convention Center area. We would highly recommend this place and look forward to staying again in the future! Thank you.

6 people spent a pleasant holiday in this house. Nice area with parks, swimming pool and many entertainments. 5 days turned out to be not enough for rest. We recommend this house, which is very comfortable for adults and children. Next time we will be happy to rent this house again. All the best to everyone!)

Two families stayed in this spacious townhouse. The communication with the owner was easy and quick. The kitchen was well stocked. It is close to Uviversal Studios. It is a clean and comfortable townhome. Check-in/out directions were clear.

We had a group of 6 stay here for Labor Day weekend activities. We went to Disney and then also the FSU Vs. LSU football game. It was a great location in the middle of the places we wanted to go. The property was easy to access VERY clean, and had the perfect space for 3 couples to all have their own rooms and bathrooms. The price was SO affordable. We will definitely book here again if we need a space in the Orlando area!

Stayed for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. We were right across the street from the tournament which was extremely convenient. The community pool with bar/food was a great amenity. The unit was perfectly split with the one bedroom on the first floor and two bedrooms on the third with bathrooms connected to each. The kitchen was effectively stocked and host communicated all the needed information ahead of time making the whole stay a breeze!

Originally was booked for a unit but it had a plumbing issue, owner contacted me before my arrival and worked out moving to another unit on the same property. Only draw back was the new unit had 2 bathrooms vs 3.5 the original had. Not too big of a deal due to the reason we were visiting but everything else was good. No complaints. I appreciate the owner calling another owner to resolve our situation.

Orlando can get crazy. We were down for a cheer comp. Last year we stayed at the parks and did the whole thing. This year we decided to be more low key. And this place fit the bill. We had two adult and three girls. Everyone got their own room and bed. Plenty of room to spread out. Lovely neighborhood. Wish I had had time to get out on the paved trail by the lake. The pool area was fun and relaxing. The little shops on Universal Blvd were so good - I highly recommend Mama’s for breakfast and Smallcakes for a treat. Would stay here again.

The rental unit was exactly as described in the listing and the perfect size for our group. The furnishings were very nice and helped make for a relaxing trip. The property owner was excellent with communication and accommodating for one of our requests. The location was excellent, putting us close to Universal Studios, I-Drive, and farily close to the Disney parks. Very happy with the entire situation. Thank you!

This rental is broken up into 3 levels which made our trip great. My husband and I slept on the first floor with our own doors out to the patio. There is also a 1st floor bathroom and laundry. The kids slept on the 3rd floor with their own bathroom and two separate rooms which were both spacious and neat. The common living area is on 2nd floor with another bathroom. There is a small patio on the 2nd floor. It was a 5 minute walk to the pool and 2 minute walk to Walgreens, Chick Fil A, 7-11, gas station, a pizzeria, small pub, and a hair salon are all within a few minutes located outside the gated area. It is 10 minutes to City Walk Universal or Downtown Disney. Great location with a great pool that has a full service bar, game room for kids, and walking path around a man made lake.

Property owner is either too busy or too inexperienced for this sort of business. The information sent to me was not for the property that we had reserved and of course we had no way of knowing this and since the property owner did not include his contact info it took us until the day following before we were able to access the property. All in all i would not wish to do business with this host again

My family and I had a very quick getaway for a surprise scavenger hunt/marriage proposal. We were pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness. Our family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out. The beds were very comfortable. And the town house was so clean. I was impressed ! We also enjoyed the swimming pool and bar area. We will definitely stay here again in the future if we are back in the area. Thank you Anthony!

Beautiful unit. Didn't expect 3 levels, but it was perfect. I only cooked once, but it had plenty of cookware and cooking utensils... many more options than expected. It did take a minute to get used to the 3 remotes in each room, but figured them out soon enough. The owner was amazing. We had a few questions and he responded immediately. When I return, my hope is to be able to book this unit again. I only wish they had an earlier check-in and later check-out.

Great place to stay.
We are very happy with the resort. We experienced minor issues but was resolved quickly. The # 1 issue is that we weren’t aware that the property’s car garage is used by other people/ cleaning people. They can come anytime and open the garage while you are inside. At least put a sign inside the house so future guests won’t be surprised like we did. Other than that everything was great. We would have gave all 5 stars if it wasn’t for minor mis haps here and there.

Arrived into town early, the property manager gave us a code to drop our luggage of early. That was great. We got to the condo about 2 hrs early, dropped our stuff off and headed shopping for groceries. Got back around check in time. Ended up going into someone else’s condo with the same code. Pretty scary, so changed our code as soon as possible. Luckily we bought cleaning supplies because the condo was a mess. Mold in the showers and shower heads. Also mold in all drains of every sink. Floors are wood, and my husbands feet were black from walking in the condo. Ended up having to wash all floors with their horrible little mop. The washing machine wouldn’t fill up all the way, the water is never cold to get a glass of water, actually too hot of water coming from the showers, very dangerous. Toilet paper is so thin it actually sticks to you, instead of helping you to wipe. Had to use paper towel instead.
Pool was incredible, it is really big with with a hot top and stays open till 10:30.
Really could be a great place to stay is the managers would pay someone to clean it right.

This house had everything we needed, and was conveniently located to the convention center and just a quick drive to Disney and Universal Attractions!! The pool was perfect for relaxing!
