Located in Boerne, this lovely house for $544 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Come visit the Texas Hill Country and stay in this huge completely renovated 3000 Sq Ft 2 story Guest House with Pool on 5 Gated Acres. We have two large living areas, 4 bedrooms-1 King, 1 Queen and two twin-over-full bunk beds (All beds have a memory foam topper--inflatable Queen air mattress sleeps two more, if needed.) . 2 Full bathrooms (and an outdoor shower!) and fully equipped kitchen for everyone to gather. Right outside your door is a pool and spa. Relax by the fire pit and cook some 'smores. And our open air outdoor shower is a great way to end the day. Amenities include 2 Flat screen TVs, wifi, basic cable, DVRs, washer/dryer, trampoline, play fort, BBQ grill, plenty of extra parking, and so much more. There's even an office or those who have to do a little work (BOO!) 2.5 miles from downtown Boerne, 12 miles from Six Flags, 22 miles from Sea World, 30 miles from the River Walk in San Antonio, and minutes from local wineries. I have two dogs who roam the property, both females, both friendly, but one is territorial, so sorry-no pets.. Property manager (that would be me) lives in his house 80 feet away, so response to any issue that may arise is very quick. No smoking, please. *Please note that the owner/guest contact lives in the main house on the property, and may be present during your stay* Update 7-24-19: Downstairs bathroom is now a tub/shower. Total of two showers inside, and an outdoor shower.

We really enjoyed staying in this property while we visited family in Boerne. It was very relaxing and the house had everything that you could want. Kitchen was big and well stocked with the basics. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Not that we needed anything since the house had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again! Thank you again!

We stayed here as a family for a wedding. We used the space for a family dinner outdoors. We had family visit wedding day to change before wedding. It was perfect got out group and we enjoyed every bit of our time. Thank you!!

Was not happy with the idea of two bunks for 4 people. We are all seniors and no one wanted a top bunk. Only had 2 to stay in bunk rooms, so bottom bunk was fine, (full size) bed. This was a golf outing, so we didn't take advantage of pool or hot tub, but they were beautiful. Our host was courteous and very helpful.

Great oasis outside of San Antonio. Surrounded by amenities and downtown Boerne. The guest house comfortable fit all of us with a wonderful open downstairs area and a great arrangement of sleeping quarters upstairs.

When looking at this property for our vacation rental we were impressed with the pictures, but pics have impressed us before and we ended up underwhelmed. So we read the reviews and suspected they were too good to be true but we but the bullet and rented it and were so glad we did. This place is beautiful in every aspect, the pics and reviews don’t lie! I loved looking out and seeing deer among the live oaks on the neighbors property, the pool was clean and crystal clear, the house was spotless. The owners communicated well via email and phone and were very pleasant. They have items stocked in the house in case you forgot something and even some medical supplies of the need should arise. I would gladly give this property a rating exceeding 5 stars if it was possible.

Pool was perfect for young kids and adults. Highly recommend. One of the kids lost a remote and was hey were very gracious about it. Flexible as well when we needed to modify.

This is an amazing property. We took our 3 grandkids and my mother for a family reunion. The grandkids loved the pool, property and dogs. Honestly, we did not leave except to go to the family reunion. Everyone had a great time and would have loved to stay longer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The guest Ouse was perfect for our family. We had 4 adults and three children. The pool is very nice. The property of in a beautiful location in a very quiete country setting. We loved watching the deer and wildlife and spending time in the beautiful Texas weather! The landlords dogs are especially friendly and our kids enjoyed watching them patrol the property. The landlord is on site and available to help in an instant! Despite them being there we had to a of privacy and enjoyed our stay! We will definitely recommend this to any family needing a nice getaway. Lots to do!

DJ + Robert were so kind + the property was the perfect setting for our girls' weekend retreat. We had the BEST time, feel refreshed + relaxed, + are already making plans for our next trip. Boerne has a small downtown worth visiting. The Rim (shopping in San Antonio) is about 20 minutes away + Fredericksburg about 35 minutes. 10/10 highly recommend.

This vacation house was beyond terrific for our family of 10 plus a dog. The home had plenty of bedrooms with comfortable beds, linens & pillows. There were 2 bathrooms with great showers. Toiletries & plenty of towels were provided. Our family of varying aes had plenty of room to be comfortable. The property also has a beautiful pool with hot tub & waterfalls. Pool toys, lounging chairs, & umbrellas were available. The owner was available by text throughout our stay (even though we didn’t really need anything). We would highly recommend this vacation house to everyone. You won’t be disappointed.

I stayed here with my wife and 4 young daughters , ages 3-8. The house and the pool seem to have been made for big families with small kids . The pool is great, not much else to say about it other than we used it every single day of our trip . The house is spacious . There’s one bedroom downstairs for mom and dad and the kids have the entire second floor to themselves . Of note, the stairs are very safe for small kids . Very wide, handrails on both sides, carpeted , and a landing at the halfway point The owners allowed us a great deal of privacy . There are an immense amount of wasps. They pretty much leave you alone, but it’s worth mentioning for those more intimidated by them. One of my kids has a stinging insect collection, so it was actually a plus for us. We also found a dead scorpion for her collection , didn’t see any alive. And there were no insects found inside the house at any point. Amazing property. We would go again for sure

This location is perfect and the home is beautiful. Is what slightly further than we wanted to drive from San Antonio but once we landed we enjoyed our time. Most everything was provided that we didn’t bring. Two families with 5 children total. All boys had a blast with the toys and the play areas. We even saw a snake by the trash and had a small egg hunt out front. We were able to explore nature and just relax. I was given the gate code but everything else was provided and taken care of.
