Part of The Compound (Search for "Charleston Compound") The "Piazza" suite is appropriately named after the 400 square foot porch that provides a beautiful panorama of Elliotborough/Cannonborough. This newly renovated luxurious Charleston Single offers every amenity guests need to experience all the best Charleston has to offer. Our home sleeps 8 comfortably and is decorated in a crisp midcentury style fusing the charm of old Charleston architecture with modern decor. The ample Living Room offers seating for 6-8 in a spacious layout perfect for having cocktails with friends or relaxing after a long day shopping. The Dining area seats 6-8 and the fully stocked Kitchen with stainless steel appliances has place settings for 8 making this the perfect home to enjoy with friends. We offer guests the finest luxury linens and towels for a relaxing and restful stay. Our Malouf Egyptian high thread count linens, plush pillow top mattresses and plump pillows are 5 Star hotel-worthy. The gracious Master Bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet and large en suite bathroom. Bedroom #2 is upstairs and has 4 high-end beds and wonderful light. Bedroom #3 is also upstairs and has a queen bed. The two upstairs bedrooms share a full bath room located in the hall between the rooms. There is a pull out sofa in the Living Room which sleeps 2 comfortably. I've also added a twin EZ Bed, which I encourage guests to use. We have extra linens, towels and pillows to ensure you have everything you need for your guests. Our location is very desirable as we are located within 2 blocks of all of the popular attractions in town and are located in Charleston's Restaurant District neighborhood Elliottborough and Cannonborough. We are just steps from the city's award winning chefs, art galleries, bakeries, yoga studios and more. Right outside our door is a local favorite Sorghum and Salt serving fun dishes in a cool environment. And just down the street is the new and very popular Chez Nous-the city's best kept secret restaurant. This home is fully renovated, has three off-street parking spaces reserved for guests, is professionally decorated and boasts a full gourmet kitchen along with washer and dryer. Our beautiful porch capturing lovely breezes is perfect for entertaining and our full dining table graciously seats 6-8 for in home dining.

It fit our needs perfectly - walking distance to King St - nice, well-equipped kitchen - spacious living room - loved big porch - would work well for a longer stay - very accommodating owner

Unable to to travel to Charleston due to hurricane… owner would not refund our stay or allow us to rebook for another weekend…was told we could rebook for a weekday…would NOT recommend this place based on owner management style…appears to be only interested in money not anything else…we were willing to rebook for a sat/sun stay as we originally booked only to be told he would only consider a weekday stay…

We booked this unit for a bachelorette weekend. The location couldn't have been better! Home was very clean, beds were comfortable and host was very easy to communicate with. Check in and out was extremely easy - no crazy list of tasks for the renters to complete like at other properties. Couldn't have asked for a smoother visit.

This home is beautiful and perfectly located! Kings Street is just blocks away with all the wonderful shops and delicious restaurants just waiting to pillaged with vigor! 😉 the porch was the ideal handout spot after a long day. A perfect sleepover room with four twin beds was super fun! Speaking of beds, they were wonderfully comfy. Andrew was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely rent again!

Girls Weekend!
This home is beautiful and perfectly located! Kings Street is just blocks away with all the wonderful shops and delicious restaurants just waiting to pillaged with vigor! 😉 the porch was the ideal handout spot after a long day. A perfect sleepover room with four twin beds was super fun! Speaking of beds, they were wonderfully comfy. Andrew was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely rent again!

By far, one of the best places my family and I have stayed, while on vacation. The house is well situated, within walking distance of a lot of things, it is spacious and cozy, I will definitely book a stay here again

This is a lovely old house that has been beautifully updated. You should bring earplugs because it is located near the downtown and there is a lot of traffic noise. ( That is the trade off for the downtown location). I wish there were extra toilet paper rolls in the bathrooms. Loved the Piazza and gorgeous floors

Check in was easy, property was spotless, everything we needed for our stay was available, and checkout was super simple. Very comfortable stay—beds were comfortable and linens were nice. The apartment had a great outdoor patio where we ate breakfast and dinner each day. The apartment was also only two blocks to Charleston’s free shuttle bus (and 3 blocks from Brown’s Court Bakery and the Sugar Bakeshop—both excellent stops). Would definitely stay here again.

The property was very clean and well kept. The upstairs was unique and interesting because of the slanted ceilings. If you are a child or teen, you will like the upstairs. If you are really tall, you won't. The best part of the rental was the shower in the downstairs master bath. We took pictures so we could recreate the shower in our own home. We would definitely consider renting the space again.

The property was very clean and well kept. The upstairs was unique and interesting because of the slanted ceilings. If you are a child or teen, you will like the upstairs. We had a wonderful trip and highly recommend this property. From the small touches making us feel welcome to the accommodations littered throughout the property... it was nothing short of perfect. Owner was super nice and helpful as well!

Fabulous!
This is by far the best property we've stayed in (and we've stayed in many) in Charleston. The apartment was beautifully renovated, clean, spacious and everything we needed was provided. Ample parking in Charleston is a rarity and we were pleased that we were able to park so conveniently to load and unload our car.
There was a glitch (my mistake, not theirs) with my original reservation and the owner/manager was very kind and accomodating to make things work out.
This will be the first place I try to reserve the next time I'm in town!
