My two college friends and I were thrilled with this rental! It was clean, it was well appointed, it was darned near luxurious. The rooms, including the bathrooms and bedrooms, are very spacious. Everything you could need was provided, and everything we wanted to visit was within easy walking distance. The garage is a bit intimidating to park in (narrow spaces and columns), but because you can walk everywhere, you don't need to get your car out. I would have liked ice, and I wasn't sure whether to turn on the ice maker or not. Overall, as I said, we were thrilled. It was like staying in a 4-star hotel. Thank you so much for a lovely week in Asheville.

Great location and very clean! Had all the necessary items, other than ice. Could walk to everything. Perfect for a girls weekend, we had 5 in our group. The event venue across the street was a bit loud, but a white noise machine was an easy fix.

This was the perfect property for our family getaway. The location was perfect, close to downtown, yet still quiet. Highly recommend!

Great location and easy communication. The instructions for using the pin codes is pretty easy, we had no problems entering/leaving the property. I would definitely stay here again!

Weekend getaway to celebrate my birthday with 6 of my friends. Spacious. Well appointed condo. Beds were very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Close to great restaurants and shopping.

My husband and I took our daughter and a few of her friends away for her 18th birthday. The property was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The kitchen could use a larger toaster and a couple of glass or pyrex bowls for use in the microwave.

Really nice apartment and very convenient/walkable to the breweries and restaurants of downtown Asheville. Everything was clean and it was easy to check in/out. My only negative was that parking was a pain. There is only 1 on site parking spot for guests, so we had 2 other cars that had to park elsewhere. The outdoor lot next to the building would only allow 8 and 12 hour increments, so they had to constantly go out to get a new parking ticket. There is a parking deck a few blocks away that will allow full day on a single parking ticket, but it would just be difficult to carry lots of luggage that far (we had a baby and allllll that comes with that).

Property was in a great location and very nice and I liked the security.

The accommodations were perfect for our family’s get away.. location was great. I hope to stay again.

Lovely, roomy, very updated condo. Beds very comfortable. Great appliances. Very accessible to town walking. Very prompt handling an issue with the sofa/hide away bed. Maybe add a new toaster. We all thought that the entry codes need to be simplified…ways too confusing with all the same numbers and switching asterisks/pound sign around. Had to refer to written info every time when trying to enter the complex and elevator. This was our only negative. We did enjoy our stay there.

My friend and I came to Asheville with our two 12-year-old daughters for the weekend. The unit was very nice, very clean, well appointed and true to the listing. Garage parking was a nice amenity as well. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Would highly recommend this unit.

The wife and a friend stayed here as I was sick and unable to travel. The ladies were very pleased with the cleanliness of this rental. They were a little intimidated of the parking as they’re both elderly and the wife took her SUV, but was overwhelmed with paring in the garage.

Condo was in excellent condition with a layout that was perfect for 3 couples. Logistics work well with parking garage and downtown shops/restaurants being a very easy walk. Only downside is the bus station across the street but all of the other positives outweigh that minor issue.

We were there over the Thanksgiving holiday. Everything was nice and clean . When we went to unpack we found that there were no hangers in any of the closets. Not the end of the world but a little inconvenient. We would stay here again though!

Upon checkin we were immediately told not to walk at night to and from the condo. This particular condo was very secure, code to get into lobby and garage, so we felt safe but were discouraged at not being able to walk to and from restaurants in the evening once it was getting dark. The location is directly across from a bus station so there are lots of homeless people (think like 20+) hanging out and sleeping right outside the lobby entrance. There was also an outdoor music venue right across the street which didn’t really bother us but if you were trying to rest or didn’t enjoy music it was extremely loud. The parking space was also pretty small (we drive a suburban) so be mindful of that. Overall these weren’t deal breakers snd we felt safe in the condo and had a great time! I just wish we had known a little more about the location and am surprised no one else had commented on it
