My family of four stayed here and had a wonderful time. The check in and check out process was super easy, the condo was very spacious and extremely clean. Parking was easy and we had everything we needed for a great stay in Breckinridge.

Great stay for our family!
Pros: walkable to town, beautiful view and sounds of creek rushing, comfy king mattress, two spacious and private bedrooms with en suite, functional kitchen, big dining table, comfy living room furniture to spend time together as a family, a couple board games provided, portable fans available for guests, great use of space, clean, updated windows open from top and bottom, many lamps for lighting, nice bathrooms, coffee makers, hair dryers
Cons: no key code on the door (you have two physical keys to keep up with), very tiny televisions (maybe one large one would be fun to watch a show together), patio chairs are tiny and uncomfortable (would love 2-3 stacking Adirondack chairs maybe??), the upstairs room has windows that are EXTREMELY bright in the morning (anyone sleeping there will be up at dawn!!) and it would have been so nice if there were curtains to shut out that light

My family of 5 stayed in this condo at the beginning of August. Location could not be any better! Perfect to walk down to the river, perfect to walk to town, perfect to hop on a trail for a walk or run. The condo is dated - which I expected based on previous reviews. Bathrooms are very clean and updated. Beds are all very comfortable (the best VRBO beds we’ve been in). Kitchen had basics (no spices or anything like other VRBOs that we have rented).
Management company was excellent. They made sure we had everything we needed. Response time was excellent and service was great. We had one issue that needed maintenance while we were there. It was not able to be resolved but the management company could not have been better and it didn’t disturb our visit significantly.
I would recommend this condo, but just understand that it is worn and needs kitchen and carpet update and a fresh coat of paint.

Great location, beautiful views
Property is as listed. We like this location, a short walk to Main Street, beautiful wooded views with the sound of the rushing creek and close by trails. We enjoyed the hot tub one day, many adventures in and around Breckenridge by foot and bike, There was more than enough space for our family of 4 including 2 teens. One had the loft which has 3 beds and the other had a room which has 2 beds. Plenty of dishes and cookware for what we needed and it was nice to have multiple bathrooms. The parking spot was a plus and we appreciated having the elevator. The views from the breakfast room were peaceful and we were able to extend our stay a night.

Reviewer Comments:
Our group of 6 enjoyed our stay at Tannenbaum II; it was a great home base for walking around town, for hiking nearby, and for outings to Boreas Pass and Hoosier Pass. Our requests to the office for an additional parking space and a maintenance concern were met with friendly, speedy, and professional problem-solving. We would have booked it again for next year -- but it was already booked!

Overall this place was great! Accommodated all of us well. Sleeping quarters were as advertised. Bathrooms were updated. Kitchen doesn’t have a ton of cooking equipment. Master bathroom exhaust fan was noisy. But honestly those are small things. It was clean and as advertised. Lots of space and comfortable

The location of the condo is perfect, a short walk and you’re on the slopes or on Main Street. Checking in/out was seamless and the property has good parking. Our only complaint is that the elevator could use some work.

Long weekend ski trip
5 of us stayed for a long ski weekend. Property was true to listing and appropriately priced. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and appliances etc. Good location. Easy enough hike to ski lift or shuttle stop. Elevator made luggage and ski gear transport much easier than hiking up/down the stairs. We enjoyed our stay. Had a few issues in the unit (fireplace didn't kick on, pilot may not have been lit, not sure. Fan light in hall bath was crazy loud), reported to management, i'm sure they get that fixed).

Guys ski trip
We had 7 guys from all over the country for our annual ski trip. We chose Breck this year and the property was fantastic! Easy walk to grab out skis at the Marriott and jump on the lift. Couldn’t recommend this property enough. The unit also has a free shuttle service which is was an awesome surprise!

Our place had great proximity to Main St - downtown Breckenridge. It was also nestled in near the Blue River in which my kids loved to fish. It had a great mountain vibe!

Excellent spacious condo. It slept 6 people comfortably. It was nice having an elevator as it's on the 3rd floor. Easy walk to ski lift and back.

Beautiful place with convenient shuttle and great management
We stayed here for a work trip and it was a great size, really comfortable. There was a great shuttle service which made getting around town very convenient, especially for a large group. The management also changes our sheets and towels half way through the week (since we had 2 groups coming, breaking up the week) - really great customer service!

February 2018 Stay
Walking to slope was not too bad, but walking back uphill was little difficult. Private shuttle service was excellent. Pickup and drop off to lift or town is great services provided my management. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful family retreat
Was the perfect size for our group of 10. The girls had their own space, the boys had the loft. The space was clean and comfy. The kids had a great time playing games in the evening. Town was a quick walk and the nature trail along the river was fun to explore. The kids also enjoyed use of the pool. We did have two vehicles so two parking spots would have been nice, when we wanted to go somewhere by car we had to drive and get the second car up at the airport road parking and then drive back to load everyone up. Confused by that since the unit appears to rent out as 3 units sometimes so would assume there is a spot for each then, and the parking lot was never full the whole time we were there. Other than that we have no complaints.

You get what you pay for
The condo was decent for the price. It had everything that you needed from towels to kitchen items. Bedrooms were dark and it was a little outdated. We chose this place because we were on a budget. An added bonus was the shuttle which picked you up directly at the condo and drop you off at the ski runs.

Tannenbaum II Unit 34A
Condo met our expectations and was very convenient to downtown. The unit is older and could use some updates to the bathroom, including a new air vent that isn't so loud and replacing the very scratchy towels.

Very Pleased!
I planned a weekend getaway for me and a group of friends and we were all very pleased with the condo. There was plenty of room for all 10 of us and we loved that it was within walking distance from Main Street. The staff was also very friendly and checking in/out was a breeze. We will definitely be staying here again!

The pictures made the place look bigger; however, it worked for our group. Overall enjoyable place.

Roomy but pedestrian. Furnishings are inelegant. Good cable programming, but flat screens are small. The community pool/spa area is a hike. Hot water is short supply. Have no idea what it would be like with 12 guests in the unit.
