Condo has 2 master bedrooms, both with private en-suite bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 4-6. Your vacation retreat is within walking distance to the Old Town Scottsdale Entertainment District and countless restaurants, shopping and galleries. One half mile from our property is the top ranked Fashion Square Mall, one of the largest visitor magnets in the Southwest. Was the perfect spot for us to call home during our stay. East to get to everything, plenty of parking, comfy beds. The pool and hot tub were great. Would absolutely stay again if we come to Scottsdale.

I was in town for work and mostly loved the space, it was clean, updated and modern. Unfortunately the AC was not working so it was very hot in the condo. It’s a first level unit so leaving the windows open wasn’t a great option for safety reasons. Also the parking spot it in a different lot in relation to the building the unit is located in so that was a bit in convenient but not a deal breaker. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Overall pretty good experience.

This met and exceeded all of our expectations. The home was comfortable, lots of amenities and exactly as pictured. The owner was responsive to all of our needs and requests. We hope to stay there again when we are in Phoenix again.

This property was exactly what the descriptions and pictures show. Beautifully decorated and clean! The neighborhood was very clean as well. So much within walking distance. Everyone in the complex was very friendly, pool and hot tub were great!
Only problem was the laundry facilities were unavailable due to being upgraded, however Jana comped us for having to go to a laundromat! Also, my husband said the King bed is the most comfortable mattress he has slept on while on any vacation!
Highly recommend this host, we WILL be staying again!

All we can say is thank you to Jana for an amazing stay in a very special place. The condo was exactly as described and was impeccably decorated but still comfortable and homey. Everything was thought of. The location in the park was perfect and very close to the pool which we really enjoyed. The area was perfect for us with shopping, coffee shop, restaurants, and minutes from old town.
Jana was very present and quick to reply when we reached out, but during our stay we never had to contact her once because all was perfect.
Great vacation, can’t wait to come back to this awesome spot you can call a home away from home.

This cute little condo was more than adequate for our 4 night stay. While the buildings are a bit older, the inside has been updated throughout. The condo and pool area were very clean. We didn’t get to use the outside space during our stay, but only due to excessive heat (105-110 daily). We will stay here again when we’re in the area.

We booked for a small bachelorette party (3 people) and it was turned out great. Perfect size for us. Very close to the pool. Friendly neighbours. Nice security who was very helpful around the premises. Would def recommend!

We loved this place! Very clean and beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed for a great stay. The only cooking we did was coffee & bagels in the toaster for breakfast, but it looked like there were plenty of whatever you would need for cooking. The pool toys we’re appreciated for the day we spent at the pool, and it was great that the pool was so close to the condo. We appreciated the bottled water & popcorn in the kitchen when we arrived! Jana was quick to reply when we had a problem with the A/C and was very kind. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay here again if we come back to Scottsdale.

Our stay was wonderful and the condo is very clean and positioned right across from the pool. The owner was awesome to work with and always got back to me with any questions I had prior to our arrival.. loved how thorough she was both in her instructions to us prior to arriving as well as notes all over as to what switches operated what and how to operate different devices. Very nice property fairly close to Old Town Scottsdale. Spacious and comfortable with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. There are TVs in each bedroom and a very large living room TV. Everything in good working order. Kitchen was well stocked. We spent most of our time golfing so we didn’t take advantage of the pool which looked nice. Easy check-in / check-out. Would stay here again.

Condo was perfect for us and our grandson! It was well stocked , roomy and very clean.
If I had any suggestions it would be to put a grab bar in the master bath, Not real safe to take a shower in tub without one for older people. Could use one in shower in other bathroom as well. a small thing!

There were so many things that make this property a great place to stay. The manager/owner had superb communication throughout the booking and minor glitch at the beginning of our stay, you can walk in the area to the parkway just to the east, Giants spring training stadium is a 20-25 minute walk, multiple stores nearby and the pool is fabulous.
I swam early in the morning before the sun seekers and children hit poolside and could easily swim 1/2 mile. TJ Maxx, Sprouts and Fry's are short walks from the condo.
If you like no frills Thai massage, Royal Thai massage is by Sprouts. Massages were $65 for a full hour and we each went twice. The massages are done in a large room with curtains separating the futon type massage tables. Our therapists did fantastic deep muscle work along the the range of motion portion of the sessions. As they say, location, location, location. Thank you Jana for a great stay.

This property was clean and quiet. The interior of the condo was beautiful- was extremely clean, classy, and even smelled good. We were huge fans of the place; Jana was wonderful as well and communicative. Just an excellent time! I recommend 110%

Check in was very easy. Jana had detailed instructions on everything, so it made the process very simple. The condo was very clean and nicely updated. The pool was very warm and relaxing. Everything you could possibly want was within walking distance, so we parked the car and didn’t have to use it during our stay. I would definitely stay again!

Very nice condo close to Old Town and downtown Scottsdale. The condo is in the Maya Condo Complex - Camelback and North Parkway Ave. Very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Fry's Grocery store a couple blocks away. There are locked gates around the property so fobs are provided to get into the pool area and walking around the complex.
Nice appliances in the kitchen and stocked dishes, pots and pans, Coffee maker, etc. As you come in the door the kitchen is to the right and the king bedroom is to the left. Large walk-in closet, bathroom with tub and shower. Open floor plan with dining table to seat 6. Comfortable couch and chairs. The second queen bedroom is off the living room with French doors, bathroom with walk-in shower. Given that this is a ground floor condo, the patio is larger (deeper) than other condo's on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Nicely furnished and fun lighting. It was chilly at night, so we didn't use it much. But it's a nice, comfy space. There's a privacy fence so you don't see the street and it is quiet. There is a reserved parking space or you can use the lot closer to the condo if there are spaces. There are spaces for unloading and loading which is nice. We enjoyed our stay in the sun!

The unit was mostly clean and the set up was ideal for two couples. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary items. Our walk to Old Town and shops was easy once we figured out how to get out of the complex. It was great having Sprouts across the street. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

This property is in a good location, close to airport and activities. The condo is very clean and well maintained. The condo has everything you need from toiletries to salt and pepper. The owner was very easy to work with. We had one issue and the owner responded quickly and appropriately. Definitely an excellent experience.

Ground floor condo in a quiet complex. Newer bathrooms and kitchen. Perfect for two couples as each bedroom has their own private bathroom. The only addition that could be made would be more wash cloths and bath towels. One per person for four days is not enough. I would also suggest the addition of kitchen towels. Everything else was great!

Absolutely no regrets… Very clean, very centrally located - half way between the Old Town and the Fashion Square. Looks exactly like it did on the pictures. Spotless kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds. Fully stocked kitchen, including spices, water, hard seltzer. The property manager couldn’t have been more helpful or responsive. Very nice stay, thank you!
