Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath condo on the 9th floor. Located directly on the beach in Breakers East gated community. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your private 30ft balcony with spectacular beachfront views. Fully furnished kitchen. Master bedroom features king size bed; flat screen cable TV/DVD; blackout drapes. Master suite bathroom has bathtub/shower combination & single vanity. Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds; new queen mattresses April 2023; cable TV. Second bathroom has bathtub/shower combination & single vanity. Living room has flat screen cable TV/DVD, queen size sleeper sofa Full size washer/dryer in the condo. Linens/towels furnished. Complimentary WIFI (March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - $45.00 Daily Value (Monthly rates do not include beach setup) Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments. 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent. Damage Protection is mandatory. Options: (1) Purchase CSA Damage Protection (not refundable one-time purchase) or (2) $800 refundable damage deposit will be due prior to check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after departure (if no damage occurs). No Pets Allowed No Smoking inside condo Condo is managed locally. We rented the condo to spend New Year’s Eve with family and we really enjoyed our stay. The view was perfect. The rental manager (Carolyn Bobbitt) was extremely attentive to our questions and needs. A few things I will point out that I was disappointed was the heated pool was broken, therefore we could not use it bc it was very cold. One of the elevators was down which was a bit inconvenient. Lastly, the mattresses were not very comfortable left me with some back pain. Overall, we made memories with our loved ones and made best of it.

This rental was wonderful for our young family! Gated community with pool and gated brach access. Unobstructed, breathtaking views of the Gulf. Access to long balcony from master or living room. Fully stocked drawers and cabinets with eating and cooking utensils in kitchen. Generous supply of linens. The condo felt spacious and clean. Washer and dryer located in unit.

We enjoyed our stay. No complaints. I would encourage owners to purchase a new recliner. The one in living room was worn out! Two recliners would have been nice. There was room for another. Beyond that-condo beautifully updated. Beds super comfy. View is fantastic!On a lighter note... get a pizza cutter😁

Loved our stay and will definitely be using them again in the future. The description and pictures are exactly as described. i was worried it would be smaller than the pictures, but it was so roomy. Something happened with the stove so i messaged Ms. Carolyn and immediately she responded and maintenance was sent the next day. With our rental the rental of the umbrellas/chairs were included the staff at the rental hut was very helpful and understanding. We were very pleased with our stay, communication with Ms. Carolyn, and everything in between. We will definitely be back next year!!

Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect. The pictures for this condo are on point but still doesn’t do justice to how perfect it is. We were blown away at the beauty of where we were staying but the beach/ocean made it even better. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could imagine (even a crockpot) The open concept was great so we could all be together at all times. It was spotless and immaculate. The balcony was over sized and all of us could set out and play games, watch the waves and beautiful sunsets.
I am a big review reader and my husband laughs at how much research I do. However, I want everything to be perfect.
Carolyn was easy to reach out to and responded quickly. You won’t be disappointed to book this unit and enjoy it as much as my family and I did. We can’t wait to come back and visit again.

The condo is very well equipped for those who prefer to travel light. Everything you need is there. Perfect location to Shops, Restaurants, and places to have fun. Yes, a great view of the beach from the balcony. Private access to the private beach was great, over crowding wasn't an issue. I would definitely stay here again, if available, when I return to Destin.

This condominium was just what we was looking for. Everything was exactly what the pictures showed and more. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that you would need and there were plenty of towels and amenities for everyone. The view was fantastic. There was plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance to the room. The condo was very well cleaned and ready for us to start our vacation. We will definitely be staying again. We highly recommend Breakers East Condominium.

This unit was very clean, updated and had everything we needed and then some! It was so nice to have added blankets, towels and ample kitchen equipment. Everything was also so spacious. The communication with the property manager was excellent. We loved the peacefulness at the Breakers and look forward to returning.

Everything was perfect and the veiw was like a picture. However, heavy traffic around the location. (but quiet inside) If you are not used to drive then it could be tough.
Also, if you want to cook, you better to come with own knife. The knife was too blunt

The unit was as explained. Very clean and well stocked with all that you need in the kitchen. Everything’s worked well and was quiet as it was the off season in Feb. just the way we wanted it. The only complaint we have is the beds, mattresses, bedding and pillows need an update. We were thankful we brought our own pillows. The beds hurt our backs. One bed had a nice concave in the middle so you rolled down into the middle whether you wanted to or not.
But the view is amazing, and getting to the beach is very easy.
This unit is on the 9th floor, I would not want to be any higher.

Well kept unit, everything is neat and clean. Minor complaint is that water isn't hot enough in the shower. Also, unit floor had a layer of sand which could be attributed to improper housekeeping. I would recommend.

Loved this place. This was our first time to visit and Breakers East did not disappoint. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. My favorite was the giant island. We will return for sure!!

Unit is scheduled for a remodel. Management let us know up front that it was dated and scheduled for renovations but it was spotless clean as promised. We have been regulars at Breaker East for 20+ years so locations is top priority for us and Breakers East will remain our "go to" spot. Ladies were accommodating and great to work with. We will be back soon.

The property was very nice and clean the unit we stayed in was clean and nice. The only issue I had was that the carpet is in need of being replaced because it was old and dated. It may not bother anyone else but having carpet in a beach condo just doesn't go.

This property was right on the beach so it had easy access and beautiful views being on the 9th floor. Came with 2 chairs and an umbrella which made sitting on the beach everyday, perfect! It was super quiet, nice people & not crowded at all. Condo also has a fully stocked kitchen with all that we needed to cook as well as a washer & dryer. It was one of the best vacations we’ve had in a long time and we would 100% stay here again! If I was to give any negative comment it would be that it’s a little outdated. But for the price & location it’s perfect
