Excellent location to Park City Mountain Base! Five minute walk to Crescent lift. Walk or Uber to downtown Park City for restaurants/shops/bars.

Powder Point condo was an excellent choice for our 4 day ski trip to Park City. The location, at the foot of the mountain, was incredible. The unit was clean and had all the necessary amenities and our VRBO mgr was extremely communicative. Would definitely return.

My 12 year old daughter and I had an incredible stay/ski cation in Park City, 2/17/23-2/22/23. The apartment we rented was the most ideal - incredible location, literally across the street from the base of the mountain with quick, easy access to five separate ski lifts, and the free city bus line which runs frequently and gets you to Main Street for shopping, food, etc. The apartment itself was incredibly clean, well stocked (towels, blankets, kitchen utensils), comfy bed, quiet and cozy. Literally everything you need for a great vacation!
Susie is a terrific resource and a very responsive and helpful host. Can’t see enough positive things about this rental and Susie. Book it, you won’t be sorry!

Right next to Park City resort, the location was perfect. The host provided detailed information for every aspect of our trip, and the experience was 10/10!

Great experience. Property was clean and as advertised. Highly recommend.

The place is well renovated and has sufficient space for two people. It’s only 5-10mins walk away from the lift. Susie, the property manager, is very helpful and took good care of our stay.

This was not my first time visiting Park City but was indeed my longest stay there. I enjoyed it so much!
From before arriving until the end of my stay, my Mountainside Treasures contact, Susie, was absolutely wonderful & helpful - every step of the way.
The location is excellent, just a few blocks to a Starbucks and Fresh Market to the north and a few more blocks south to the main downtown area. Every morning I woke up to the beautiful sight of one of the local mountains and could readily hike up there too.
Both Park City and my suite were super nice places for my extended stay!

If you love wood burning fireplaces especially after skiing as we do, this is for you! Plenty of nice burning, seasoned firewood was provided right on the deck. We did have to buy fire starters at the grocery store but that was easy. There are stairs but we rented skis and a locker at Jakes Rentals so it was not a problem. Nice deck to enjoy après skiing - it was warm and sunny in the first week of March so it was very enjoyable to enjoy a cocktail in the sunshine on the deck. Nice location with bus stops in either direction very close by. We walked to the slopes but you could catch the bus to the Canyons or Deer Valley if you wanted. Sometimes we walked to Park City downtown, other times we took the bus. We like to cook some nights and there was a small but good selection of spices and cook ware. In my opinion this would be tight for 4 adults but for the two of us it was great. Susie is very responsive to questions and provided a number of helpful emails.

Perfect ski trip to Park 'City
This is a fantastic location for both the 9 minute bus to deer valley resort and short walk across the street to Park City Resort. Although the bus stop is a short 1/2 block walk, we often walked to downtown which took about 18 minutes. Bus runs every 7 minutes or so. Susie, the host was great. She was very complete and responsive. She certainly makes it easy to check in and out. The information about the place is very accurate and the condo was clean and kitchen very well stocked. There is no dining table but ample counter for relaxing eating. The fire wood was outstanding to burn and added a nice touch for our eat in nights. The unit is two floors up stairs. The hot tub was popular after skiing and nice to meet others from out of town. Would definitely stay again and recommend for a simple get away.

Perfect Location
The condo was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The location was fabulous, directly across the street from the mountain and lifts. The upstairs neighbors may have been a family of tap dancing elephants, but they quieted down at night. Not sure if they are permanent residents or temporary guests. Even with that, we wouldn't stay anywhere else with two people. Any more than that and it would have been crowded. Lovely!

Fantastic property
Fantastic property and perfect location for a ski trip!!! Susie was great to work with and very responsive to any questions we had before the trip. Everything was as depicted in the rental and absolutely loved the bed and comforter!!

This condo is centrally located between Park City Mountain Resort and Park Ave (within 1/2 mile or less to grocery shopping). The proximity to the lifts make you feel like you're on the resort property. The decor is updated and very comfortable. The patio was stocked with plenty of firewood. Susie was a great host and provided lots of useful tips. The only con was the noise coming from the unit above. We were unfortunate to have what appeared to be a toddler running constantly above us. Despite that, I would still recommend this unit. It was a great price for the location and size.

Good location but disturbed by group staying above us
Location and setup of unit is as advertised and we found it comfortable and very convenient for skiing Park City. But when a rowdy group of (young?) men moved in above us, our peace and quiet ended. With the loud music, loud voices and crashing about from late afternoon until after midnight, it was not pleasant to say the least. Manager was responsive but the suggestions were to confront them or call the police, neither option was appealing. The lack of rules for the building on noise limits and courtesy did not help the situation. Check first to see if the building has instituted a noise policy. If they have then I can recommend the unit.

Great Property & Excellent Location
Fantastic condo and a great location. We had everything we needed when we showed up. Communication was fantastic and an easy check-in process. Living room window overlooks Park City mountain. It's a short walk across the parking lot to the nearest ski lift and a short walk/uber to Main Street. Would definitely rent again.

Location, Location, Location
Condo is well represented in the pictures. The condo is updated and very comfortable. Tons of storage space, comfy king bed and most of all across the street from PCMR parking lot. Building doesn’t have elevator, be aware luggage must be carried up 3 flights. Everything you need is available in the condo and is in great shape. The building is a bit tired and worn. Not many amenities or hardly any at all but it’s all well explained before you book. All in all a good stay but a bit too expensive in my opinion for what you get. Then again it was Christmas holiday.

Very nice and convenient. Cozy interior. Amenities in line with price point
This was a great condo for my husband and I. Interior well represented in the photos. We stayed here for our annual ski trip this year. Plenty of space. The location was very convenient if you want to ski Park City/Canyons. We actually had a car and drove to some other ski area's. Each night we caught the bus right around the corner and quick ride to Main St. for dinner/shopping etc. We even walked home one of the nights. The condo was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen and plenty of linens in the bathroom. Overall the price point is line with the amenities for ski season. Our only MINOR issues-it lacked ability to store skis conveniently (had to haul up/down the stairs each time), no laundry or ability to dry our ski wear at end of day within the unit and the bed pillows were uncomfortable (for our preference). We appreciated the binder on the coffee table with tips and info as well as the Best of Park City guides. We had a great stay, it was all we needed and we would stay again.

Nice unit 10 minute walk to the lift
Nice unit that had everything we needed. Walking distance (10 min, slightly longer with skis) to "First Time" lift or a couple more minutes to other Park City base lifts. Susie was very responsive to our requests and we enjoyed our stay.

Clean and cozy and great location.
My husband and I stayed here for a ski trip. The condo was very clean, kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, etc.. so I was able to cook, and it was just across the street from the lifts. We were also able to hop on the public transit bus to go to Main St. and walked to Fresh Market. We were very happy with it.

Well located and walkable to PC base ski area.
My wife broke her shoulder on first full day of our 4 nite rental. We only stayed in the condo 1 of our 4 nights since we had to transfer to SLC for surgery. Susie was very helpful in sending us some things we left behind. Condo is well appointed and very clean. FYI, on third floor and no elevator. Very close to shuttle.

Cozy, Clean, Convenient
Loved staying in this cozy condo at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. Very spacious one bedroom layout. Lots of closet & drawer space in the bedroom and a very comfy king size bed with super warm duvet. Clean bathroom with great water pressure and water heats quickly. Spacious living room/kitchen combo with fireplace & balcony. The sofa bed was very comfortable and the fire place worked great. We especially appreciated the kitchen with all modern appliances and fully supplied with cooking utensils for preparing meals. The heat in this place works incredibly well. You will never be cold. The management company was very attentive and available with providing check-in instructions and making sure we knew the property manager was available should any issues arrive. All in all a convenient and comfortable stay. We will be back next winter!
