About this condo rental

Nestled in Park City, this lovely condo for $438 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. We looked for a condo that was in the perfect location and central to everything you could want to enjoy in park city for all seasons. Just recently replaced all flooring, new slate around the fireplaces, new ceiling fans, new quartz counter tops in the bathrooms, under mount sinks, faucets, a new tiled shower in the master bathroom, new modern toilets, all new windows and slider doors as well as installing an AC unit to cool the unit in the summer months. Brand new gas fireplaces were installed for easy immediate warmth. WINTER: World class skiing/snowboarding is right out our back door. With the Park City Mountain Resort one short block up from us you can choose whether to walk or grab a shuttle that picks you up right in front of the condo at frequent regular times. Also being on Park Ave puts you in the heart of Old Historic Downtown minutes from Main Street. You will love being on main street with all the action and the streets lit up with lights in the winter. SPRING and SUMMER: With Park City Mountain Resort being right out the back door you can ski into the spring months and as it warms up enjoy, an extensive trail system for mountain biking and hiking in the summer. These trails connect to the entire trail network throughout park city (including deer valley and canyons resort). Park city resort also offers many summer activities for children, including an alpine slide, alpine coaster, rock climbing wall, mini golf, zipline, scenic chairlift rides, and more. Main street is a short walk or free bus ride from the condo through charming old town, and offers many options for dining, shopping, art galleries, and nightlife. Main street also hosts the silly market every Sunday (local craft vendors, music, and food), and many festivals throughout the summer (Kimball arts festival, international music festival, gallery stroll, wine festival, jazz & food festival, etc). The huge city park is across the street from the unit, which includes free tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, softball/baseball/soccer/football fields, a playground, a skate park, and grilling areas. Park city golf course is also within walking distance, which offers reasonable greens fees and an amazing mountain backdrop. There is free live music to be found in town 5 days a week, including the popular Wednesday summer concert series at deer valley. The free town bus system has a stop that picks up outside the front door, which will take you anywhere in town. The Jordanelle Resorvoir is a short distance away (offering boating, paddle boarding, picnic areas, and sand beaches) as well as multiple rivers offering fishing and whitewater rafting. SLC international airport is easily accessible with a 45 minute drive or a shuttle ride. Fall: The changing colors are breathtaking and the trails and mountain sides take on new beauty. It is our second home so it is fully stocked for your every need as well as decorated with an organic modern feel. Comfort was key so you will enjoy the open airy feel of the great room with a soft large sectional with a wood burning fireplace, large 60” smart tv w/cable that you can swivel to see in any part of the great room and kitchen and dvd player. You will enjoy internet access to your netflix account to round out your viewing options. Walk out sliders from great room and master bedroom take you out to the large, private balcony area where you can enjoy the large trees right outside the door. There are two master bedrooms. The first one has a king bed, wood burning fireplace, and walk out to the deck, flat screen smart tv w/cable, walk in closet, and newly tiled shower in the bathroom. The second master has a queen bed, flat screen tv w/cable and dvd player, walk in closet, and bathroom. The third bedroom has two sets of adult rated bunk beds with comfortable 10" mattresses (4 twins), and door to third bathroom which also has another doorway to the common hallway. All of the beds are made to be comfortable with down comforters for adults or children (the bunk beds are suitable for adults and rated 1000lbs per level as well). The kitchen is fully stocked with all the things you need to stay in and cook. The restaurants in park city are many but you can also stay in and spend time in this kitchen and great room area. The appliances are all brand new stainless with granite counter tops. Dining seating for 8 at the table and 6 at the counter. You can also enjoy a 10 person hot tub, ping pong and sitting area in the common area of the condominium. Large towels are provided in the condo and we also have a washer and dryer in the unit if you should need to do any laundry. The unit comes with one dedicated covered parking spot in the underground garage, and additional parking is available in guest spots outside on a first come first served basis. We also have a ring doorbell for added security. We are owners who care will and will do everything we can to make it an exceptional experience. We had a wonderful time at Cherie's Park City home. Our group consisted of my husband, our three college students (ages 21, 21, and 19), and me. Our stay was for 8 nights over the holidays. We chose not to rent a car, but used Four Seasons Concierge to take us to PC from SLC and back again (great experience both ways). We either walked, rode the bus, or on a few occasions used an Uber. Cherie's home is in a great location for getting to the slopes and it was an easy walk to the Park City Historic District. The condo is very well-equipped (toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, spices, etc. are all provided). We cooked breakfast at home every morning (eggs, bacon, etc.), packed lunches for the slopes, and most nights ate dinner at a restaurant, though the kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner at home. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was quiet. We were glad to have a washer and dryer and used both several times. There was no noise from surrounding neighbors (Cherie's unit is a top floor unit). Both of my boys commented to me separately that this was their favorite place we have stayed on a ski trip. If you are going during a peak time, you should make dinner reservations in advance. We especially enjoyed 710 Bodega (tapas) and Saltbox Catering (our NYE dinner). Communication with Cherie was excellent. We highly recommend Cherie's unit to anyone traveling to Park City!

The rental was clean, very well equipped. We were in Park City for a family wedding. The location could not have been more perfect for all our events and easy to get to town.

Charie was wonderful to work with…incredibly accommodating and communicative. The condominium unit was consistent with the photos. It was homey and was the best equipped (supples, etc.) place we have stayed in to date. We enjoyed our week here and would readily do so again.

This property was wonderful and just as listed. Perfect location to walk most places or catch a free bus right outside the front door. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

We loved everything about our time in Park City. Our vrbo hostess was one of the best EVER and she even ordered up EXTRA SNOW! 😉what?! The location and furnishings of this place met all of our needs. We look forward to a return stay!
