Property is unique with beach AND river side accommodations with private boat dock and tennis/pickle ball courts across the street. So simply walk downstairs to the beach or across the street to enjoy fishing or boating! Quiet property that is well maintained and has won awards for its management. ****Directly on the beach Enjoy gulf views from the balcony and walk a few steps out of the door to get your feet in the sand on the beach or take a swim in the pool 2 Pickleball courts 3 Tennis courts Don’t forget to bring your boat we have a launch ramp and dock also 2 king bedrooms both with private bathrooms 1 private twin daybed Floor to Ceiling views of the Beach from the living room and primary bedroom No smoking No pets Walking distance to Florabama and several restaurants; Ole River Bar & Grill, Oyster Bar, The Yacht Club, The Crab Trap, etc. Cumberland Farms is a convenient store located directly across the street to conveniently supply your immediate needs ie: ice, fuel, groceries, drinks etc.

I have never experienced a home-away-from-home experience until I arrived at Renee and Alan’s condo! Its location is unreal - walking distance to the beach and the views from the main bedroom are heavenly! Floor to ceiling windows provide for unobstructed ocean views; the style of the entire condo is pure paradise - from the decor colors and wall hangings to the comfort of every piece of furniture. My mom suffers from severe rheumatoid arthritis, but she felt very comfortable in every room. My 9 year old daughter was blown away by the « hidden » bedroom she found and instantly made it her own :) I also appreciated Renee’s recommendations for all things local. That made me feel confident and inspired to explore the new area. Thank you again Renee & Alan for letting us enjoy your beautiful home! We had the most incredible girls-only vacation.

My family of four enjoyed a great time at the property. Renee was fantastic to work with and very responsive. The condo is beautifully decorated and has almost everything you need. The property is not a massive development so the pool and beach are not crowded and the parking is ample. Best of all, the elevators service only two units per floor…so you are never waiting on an elevator.

This condo was completely updated. It was open and airy yet inviting and comfortable. The view was everything we had hope for and more. There was easy access to the beach. My mom traveled with us and had absolutely no trouble walking the very short distance to the ocean. I give it 5 stars for accessibility. It was also very safe. I felt very comfortable taking my 3 year old to the pool and to the beach. I will stay here again when we go back to Perdido Key.

We just returned from our stay at this property for spring break. The owner was amazing even providing us a list of favorite restaurants nearby. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Located right on the beach in a perfect location to be nearby everything you needed but not directly in the middle of all of the traffic. Highly recommend this property to families for a visit to the gulf.

Such a beautiful condo on the Perdido Beach! Perfect location! Enjoyed long walks in the beach and sitting on the balcony listening to the water. Renee was super to work with to make the weekend perfect!

Condo was EXACTLY like pics online....actually even nicer! Property is extremely well maintained. Everyone we encountered on the premises seemed respectful of each other and the property. Owner was so eager to help in any way. Can't say enough good things about our experience!
