Welcome to Zula Dreams! Our house address is: 70 Pompano St, Destin FL 32541 Our beautiful Zula Dreams Beach house has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and sleeps up to 16 guests (with queen sleeper in the living room) plus a pack n’ play crib (optional). The beach is literally steps away from our house. We are the 3rd house from the beach access so it’s not even 1min walk to Pompano public beach access. No Age limit, We welcome any responsible group (Damage Deposit required if under 25yr - see below). Well behaved dogs are welcome with $150 pet fee for the first 2 pets. If you plan to bring more than 2 please let us know (additional fee apply). We have a beautiful private pool in our large fenced yard for those times you need a break from the beach. Pool can be heated for $50/night. Pool heating fee paid separately after you book. We can not offer partial stay heating. We can heat the pool up to 88f. Chaise Lounges, hammock, pool floats and a 5 burner gas grill for great cookouts are also provided. Upstairs Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utilities, blender, toaster, coffee maker and more, ready to prepare yummy meals with a large dining area and breakfast bar seating. A large Florida room with a kitchenette and a bathroom watching over the pool so you don't even have to go into the house for refreshments or a quick break. 65” HD TV and sound system in the living room and Smart HD TV’s in all bedrooms & Florida room. Ready to play? PlayStation 4 is available for your enjoyment. Don't forget to pack your favorite games and blu-rays for some downtime at the house. The kitchen, living room, dining room, large deck, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are all in the SECOND level of the house. In the ground level (where you enter the house) there are 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, Florida room near the pool with a kitchenette (small fridge, microwave). Rooms description: 1st Bedroom (Upstairs): - King Bed - Shares upstairs hallway bathroom 2nd Bedroom (Upstairs): - King Bed - Shares upstairs hallway bathroom 3rd Bedroom (Downstairs): - King Bed - Shares downstairs hallway bathroom (door from room & hallway) 4th Bedroom (Downstairs): - 2 x Full Over Full bunk beds (sleeps 8) - Shares downstairs hallway bathroom or use pool bathroom 1 Queen sleeper sofa in the living room as an extra bed A pack and play for your tote is also available. We do not provide linens, pillow or blanket for the Pack n Play crib. Bathrooms: Upstairs: full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. No Parties or events are allowed. Absolutely no smoking or vaping at the house or near open doors or windows. The house is located in a residential neighborhood and quiet hours of 10pm-7am are strictly enforced. No loud music or amplified sound that can be heard outside of the house. If the majority of adults in your group are under 25yr, we require $750 refundable damage deposit paid separately after you book. Well at first glance it’s just as the pictures looked. Once inside we found not all tvs worked, whoever cleaned have cleaned as the stove and refrigerator were dirty. The beds are very uncomfortable and squeak, there was hair all in the bathroom along the toilet and floor even in shower. This place was very unkept and and not comfortable at all. I even called about the tvs not working even though the owner offered to send someone there why would I want to have to deal with someone on my vacation. The nicest about the place was the pool. For such a hefty cleaning fee you would think it would be cleaner.

This home is super close to the beach and in a cute neighborhood. The house felt very spacious and had more than enough sleeping areas for 12 adults. The pool was very nice. The house could use a bit of repairs but overall it still worked for us. The backyard was slightly run down with most of the lounge chairs being weathered and not functional. The big picnic table by the pool was awesome.

Nice home less than a block from beach. Great for families, in a safe neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes ( we have stayed in many vacation homes this one has more than enough dinner ware for large family). Make up wipes, body wash, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent etc was such a nice touch! There’s plenty of chairs,umbrellas,sand toys etc if you forget yours. Would definitely stay in one of The Zula properties in the future.

We had 3 families in this rental and it was a perfect fit. The rental was just as described. The location was perfect, near grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, and the beach. The heated pool kept us warm during colder weather for the first part of our vacation. The service was perfect and we received helpful reminders throughout the week. Thank you for being great hosts!

We had a mixed group (adults, teens, children) meet up at Zula Dreams and the place was perfect for the 9 of us. Perfect location so close to the beach and the outdoor space had everything we needed for a great vacation! Hope to stay again in the future!

We stayed here with a group of 16 adults 21-23 and everyone absolutely loved it. The location is beyond amazing (a short distance to restaurants/shops, and a block from the beach). The backyard was our favorite part and the all-seasons room was great for hanging out at night and during the day when it was raining. The grill and kitchen were great and the pool heating was awesome. The backyard was also very private and perfectly sized. For 16 adults, it was a tight squeeze but very doable. Every single one of us would love to go back!

Great Trip!
Great communication and quick response from owners. House is very close to the beach. Clean and well stocked. Comfy beds. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. Backyard is PERFECT!! We spent most of our time there instead of the beach. We will def. recommend this home to others and would stay there again!

Zula is the place to be!!
The property was in a great location. It is well appointed. Four bedrooms, one is a bunk room. Plenty of seating available indoors and outdoors. My favorite part of this house is the sunroom and outdoor pool area. It was extremely relaxing and laid back. I will let people know that the main kitchen and living area are on the second floor so this may not be the best option for people who can’t do steps. Will definitely book property again.

Destin- beautiful beach
We rented this property with 3 other families and enjoyed our stay. The beach was a minute walk and it was so clean. The only down side is the Pool access was through the bunk bedroom. There was not a single entry to getting to the Pool, other than through that room. You could access the Pool by going outside and around the house but that wasn’t too appealing for younger children. Also, there are 2 rooms up stairs and 2 downstairs which is fine but the kitchen was upstairs. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves and would book again! We loved the private Pool and the lights on the backyard were beautiful. Our families loved the stay!

We enjoyed eating out meals outside on the multi decks and overall had a great experience renting this home. We look forward to returning and would definitely recommend to future guests!

I think the bathroom upstairs could have the tub recaucked.There was some black mold. Some painting on walls and vents cleaner. I cleaned the ceiling fan in the living room it was full of dust. There were no pot holders in the kitchen. The hammack was broke.

The handicap accessible bathroom, next to the pool, was particularly useful for one of our family members. The kids loved the pool and gaming consoles. We wish we could have more time to enjoy all the streaming services available. The views from the upper deck is great. Seeing the sunsets from there is unforgettable. If anything, the grounds need a little bit more care to improve appeal, and the beach gear, although functional, may need to be replaced soon, since they are getting a bit old. If you are looking for a place close to the spectacular crystal beach to accommodate a large group at an affordable price, we recommend Zulla Dreams for your next Destin vacation.

Beach access and pool made for fun in the sun!
The owner of this property was extremely responsive to concerns we had and we appreciated it very much. The house is cute and homey! Really close to the beach and we LOVED having a kitchen and bathroom right by the pool. Our main concern that we're sure people with kids would like to know: the kids room is connected to the pool room by a door so you have to walk through the kids bedroom to get to the pool. The door from the pool room to the pool locks and the door from the kids room to the pool room locks. there was a chain lock on the upper part of the door leading from the kids room to the pool room. So that took away the fear of the toddlers getting out to the pool but then we had to trust that the preteens would stay put and not go out there without us. Overall it was a very nice, relaxing stay!

These owners are great. They respond to your request with courtesy and quickly. I do recommend this rental home and yes I would stay here again. Close range walking distance to the beach. Lots of shopping, eating and gas stores nearby. Very convenient area. We enjoyed our stay!

Our group of 14 had a great experience at this house. Great amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of pool/beach things. Very nice pool area and perfect location to the beach. Would definitely recommend this house.

Great family vacation!
Thank you zula dreams for hosting our annual family vacation! The pool was amazing! The kids would still be in there if we didn’t have to leave.
The beach was so close and easy to get to and there’s like a million food options within a 15 min drive.
This house was perfect for our family wanting to explore the Destin area.

Weather was crappy and cold but the heated pool took care of that issue real quick! House was clean and comfortable, we spent more time just hanging there than actually going out to do stuff!

Awesome house in a great location!
This house is very well maintained and perfect for entertaining. The deck is huge with 2 levels. The backyard and pool kept us entertained since the weather wasn’t cooperating enough for us to enjoy the ocean. The water is extremely close and basically right across the street. We were able to bring both our dogs which was an added bonus for us. We had a blast and will definitely be going back and bringing friends/family to enjoy the trip with us next time!

Awesome property with accurate details posted!
We had 7 people and our dachshunds and everything was awesome. The description of the property really does not do it justice. We rent houses for every vacation and this one had everything that we needed. There are more than ample towels, and cooking utensils. The beds are very comfortable and the place is extremely clean and well cared for. They even had multiple games and stuff for the kids to use to play. It allowed us to have a perfect get-away. Thanks for sharing such a wonderful beach house!!!

Great getaway for girls weekend or any larger than normal group!
We had an awesome time! We went to Destin, my hometown, for my bachelorette weekend. There was 10 of us & we all had plenty of room & bathrooms. The pool was great & totally walking distance to the beach. Everything else was conveniently located also, shopping, grocery & liquor stores as well as restaurants! We would definitely stay again with a group like this!

We had an absolutely amazing family vacation at Zulu Dreams in Destin! Plenty of different areas for everyone to spread out and do what they wanted to. We had a 2 year old with us and everything was safe and toddler friendly. Having the pool was perfect when we didn't feel like the beach. Tons of pool/ beach toys available.
Erez was absolutely amazing with responding to any questions, always within a few minutes!
Thank you for everything, it was truly an unforgettable family vacation and this house was a huge part of that!

Great house,kitchen fully stocked for cooking. Very close to the beach,and it's great to have a bathroom off the pool so the kids don't have to run in the house wet! Only issues were that the beds upstairs were very old and uncomfortable, the pool felt like the heater was on in it and was so hot,though it did feel good at night and our beach pop up tent was stolen out of the carport(probably our fault we left it out). Other than that it was a fantastic vacation and would love to stay again.

What a great place to spend our vacation!
We stayed here with another couple in Feb 2018 and absolutely had a fantastic time here! We all agreed this was the best vacation ever! The private pool in the back turned out to be the main source of entertainment,especially since we spent the extra money to have it heated! Oh my! It was like a giant hot tub! And the beautiful beach was maybe 2 minutes away! What a gorgeous place! Plenty to do here for sure and it is all within 10 minutes from this beautiful beach house! Plenty of comfortable beds to easily fit 14 people without using the couch! The sun room is an asset for large amounts of people-with a small refrigerator and a big sink area! Plenty of seating for a rainy day! The small nooks everywhere give you a sense of privacy if you like! The sunsets from the upper deck are stunning! Just a lovely place to spend time!

The house is super convenient to the beach. literally a three minute walk. We loved the pool and the outside deck. The house needs a little updating. A few updates would make this House an all star. The owner was very helpful and attentive to our questions. The house had everything we needed for the beach and our stay.
