About this house rental
Large Water Front, 2624425713 SE WI...3600 sq. ft., 3 King Beds, Sleeps 20, 6 BR's, 3 baths Summer weekly rentals ... off-season 2-3 nights preferred..long weekends always welcome. Rentals are for a week in the peak season only (middle June -mid Aug..) Summer peak weekly rentals are Sat.-Sat. One bedroom and full bath are located on the main floor. One step to enter the front door. 3 large decks with an additional covered pavilion including two ceiling fans with dimmer lights. The pavilion includes cushion furniture & a TV. The space will not be climate controlled. There is a cold water only at the wet bar. Sandy lake bottom and shallow for Frisbee and water volleyball. Large flat lawn for badminton, volleyball, wiffle/T-ball, ladder golf, etc. Outdoor tables/chairs seat approximately 20. Stack able lightweight chairs available for platform at end of the dock. Home is 35 min. from downtown Milwaukee, 1/2 hr. from Miller Park (Brewer stadium), 45 minutes from Gurnee, Il Large driveway for a minimum of 8 cars. One parking spot on the opposite side of the house or a spot to park boat trailer. Large fire pit along the shore. Washer/2 dryers included. Extra refrigerator in the Laundry room....main floor. Both refrigerators are equipped with ice makers. Ice makers and an extra water spout in the laundry room are equipped with reverse osmosis systems. These systems produce water 99% similar to bottled water. Stove/oven is a conventional size with two ovens optional. A warming drawer included. Includes 4 burners and warming burner available. Small fishing boats available for rental across lake Living Room is equipped with a smart TV/blue-ray DVD. Smart TV located in sun room too. Keywords: Single Family

Our family stayed in this home as we were attending our family's annual Christmas gathering in the area. It was so nice to have a rental large enough to accommodate our entire family in one place comfortably and enjoy time together, which we don't get to do very often. Sally, our host, was very gracious and accommodating and met all of our needs and concerns in a timely manner. We are hoping to stay in the rental again in the future. Thank you, Sally, for your hospitality and for allowing us stay in your wonderful rental.

Could not have asked for a better place to stay for my wedding weekend with my entire family. It was so nice to be able to have everyone comfortably under one roof. If you have a large family and you are hoping to stay in the area, this is your best option. Not only was it comfortable inside, but the beautiful views of the lake were breathtaking.

We have stayed here a couple of times as a location for an annual retreat for our nonprofit organization. The open layout of the dining and living rooms along with the very long dining table make a great space for meeting. There are ample large bedrooms and bathrooms along with a large deck & screened sunroom for outdoor eating. The long driveway allows for parking of multiple cars and the property is on a beautiful lake. A relaxing setting for a gathering of people.

The house is so clean and fun. We had plenty of space and the lake is clean so we spent time there. Good space for 15 of us and all of our food. Bring your own toilet paper as that wasn’t stocked. Overall excellent place.

Great location & backyard for our extended family of 13 + many visitors. Owner very responsive. Lots of chairs & grass area in the backyard to hang out. Enjoyed the local bars / restaurants. Feedback from our group was surprise to only have a short supply of garbage bags / paper towels / toilet paper. Bath towels could also use replacement. But a great place for a large group to stay.

Sally has a beautiful property! This is ou second time staying here and it was better than the first! Everything was spotless and organized with plenty of room for our large party. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there again.

Sally is amazing! We had a death in the family and needed a big place last minute and I found this rental. It was very clean and more then enough room for all of us. We were also able to have family over for dinner with no worries about space.
My sister also had car trouble and needed to stay an extra night. Sally worked with us and made this already stressful weekend so much less stressful.
I appreciated everything and I know my family did too.

My family stayed at this house over the new years holiday. The house was clean and had everything we needed, the kitchen is fully stocked and there was enough seating for everyone around the table. The main floor is spacious and allowed for everyone to enjoy themselves. We loved the views of the lake and would definitely rent this house again!

Overall, we found the house great for our needs. However-having to actually make contact with the host to check in was odd-- other houses we've stayed in texted or emailed us the code a day before but we had to wait until after check-in time to call the host for the code. Host wasn't immediately available when I called, which was annoying. Some of the furnishings were a bit dated; old towels; hand soap that has been "watered down" left us with a less than welcomed feeling. Also found it annoying that we could not leave clean dishes in the dishwasher but had to wait to put all dishes away before leaving at checkout. Other than these items, we enjoyed our stay.

Great house for large group. The open first floor was perfect for all of us to be together. We loved the outdoor screened porch. Even though it was too cold to go swimming the lake access was incredible. Great attentive host made for a perfect getaway for a bunch of friends.

We had a great weekend stay with our family. The house was clean, well stocked with anything we could need, and was in close proximity to restaurants. There were lots of nice touches to help keep the house organized as well as a binder of menus for local places. We had plenty of room and really enjoyed the screened in room. This property is nicely maintained by the owner Sally. The house is clean and immaculately maintained. We had 14 spend the time in the house. They all agree that the view of the lake was spectacular. We enjoyed cooking our own meals in the kitchen. Had plenty of storage for all the food and librations we brought. We were able to wash our laundry and beach wear prior to leaving and during our stay. The Windlake neighborhoods were friendly and quiet. The lake has clear water and is nicely maintained. We canoes and kayaked around the lake. Thanks to owner Sally for making us feel welcomed.

The house was just as described - super clean and well organized and Sally quickly answered any questions we had. We had 5 adults and 12 kids and we had plenty of space. The lake was quite shallow, but that was perfect for the little kids and with the hot days we had while visiting, we were really enjoyed the cool-off. The deck was also a favorite for eating meals! Waterford was a cute little town to explore when we wanted an adventure. We had a great stay - thank you!

We enjoyed our visit to Wind Lake. The water was very pleasant and shallow even the little kids were able to stand. Make sure to visit Sportsman's pub and check with them about renting a boat or kayak.

Our stay at Sally's Wind Lake house was great! The house was clean and just as described. We had plenty of room and really enjoyed meals around the large dining table, as well as outside. The closed in porch is a really nice addition in case it rains. We enjoyed our stay!

Our winter visit was wonderful. This lake home is spacious and so very cozy. It accommodates a large group. There is a separate bedroom and bath on the main floor for someone who might not want to do stairs. The kitchen, living and dining area is perfect for games and meals. We had plenty of room and enjoyed our stay immensely. I would not hesitate to visit again. I highly recommend.
