You can be among the first to experience this spectacular vacation home that was designed for ultimate luxury and relaxation. The Lake District is becoming the most popular district in WaterColor. The “Frog Pool” is definitely everyone's favorite pool. The Western Lake Bridge is easily accessible to the Park District of WaterColor, which makes for a quick walk or bike ride to the WaterColor Beach Club and the Gulf of Mexico. Before entering the home, you are greeted with a furnished screened-in back porch – a nice way to enjoy your morning outside. Perfect for dropping off the beach bags on your way in, a nice place to read your favorite book, or take in the beautiful surroundings. Enjoy sitting on the front porch, taking in nature at its best. A well equipped kitchen with Viking Professional Stainless Steel Appliances, a large pantry, and plenty of counter space for you to prepare that perfect meal. The kitchen bar allows seating for four and dining table will seat eight comfortably. The open floor plan of this extravagant home allows everyone to enjoy each other's company. A master bedroom downstairs has a king bed and a relaxing private bathroom. This bathroom not only has a walk-in shower, but has a soaking tub for you to enjoy. With a double vanity, you still have your own space as you get ready for the day. As you reach the top of the stairwell, you are greeted with ample sleeping space. A bunk room is in the center of it all, with two sets of bunks that will sleep four. A master king bed to the right with its own private bath and balcony. This master suite is sure to please any couple. A queen bedroom is to the left of the stairwell, with a bath to the side, it is easily accessible from the hallway and the bedroom. Don't worry about disturbing anyone in the middle of the night as there is a door that separates the toilet area from the rest of the bathroom. This toilet area also has a vanity. A second guest bedroom hosting two twin beds has a private bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Need a little more space for the nanny or young married couple? No worries, this home has a beautiful well-appointed Carriage House. The kitchen has a small refrigerator, microwave, stove top, dishwasher, and is well furnished for your use. A small dining table seats two. A full bathroom with a tub and shower combination is located off of the living area. We have been coming to Seaside and then Watercolor since 1999. We like staying in different homes each year. Love riding bikes with my grandkids and family. Love the many things to do in Watercolor. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for the smooth reservation process!

What a great house! There was plenty of room for all 3 families. We discovered a short cut to seaside which made the location all the better. But, even if we hadn’t, we felt very centrally located. You do walk/bike a lot so make sure you bring comfortable shoes. It was the first time for all of us to visit this area. We will definitely come back! We felt fine about the kids going off on their own and they (all teenagers) loved the freedom. There is a curfew which was great. The management staff was so nice! Very helpful and will come at the drop of a hat to help you with anything. I can’t tell you enough how great our vacation was!

House and furnishings were not as expected. Kitchen did not have adequate glassware, flatware etc for number it sleeps. Carriage house had spoiled and stinky milk in refrigerator, it had not been cleaned. It is not a luxury rental and I would never consider renting it again or using the rental agency. I was told the day of arrival after calling about carriage house they would refund money and I could find somewhere else. Great customer service. Cannot change response at beginning

Perfect home for our big family! Everyone could spread out, gather in the kitchen and cook together or hang out on the porch. My only suggestion is to have the kitchen better stocked. It was a challenge to cook sometimes. Thanks! Bridget

80 Scrub Oak was perfect in every way!! The description was completely accurate. 5 Bedrooms in the main house and 1 in the Carriage House for a total of 6 . The Carriage house also has a kitchen and separate living area. All of the bedrooms are decorated beautifully. The house was spotless when we arrived. The oversized showers were definitely a plus. There is a golf cart shuttle that can take you to the beach if needed. That was my concern , but everything worked out great! They shut down around 5, but then you have the golf cart Taxi service that can take you anywhere on 30A that you would like to go . To dinner etc.... There are many fabulous restaurants as well like Bud and Alleys, Thirty A Cafe, Paradis, and Shunk Gulley just to name a few. The Publix grocery store is a just a 2 min drive . You can also cook in . The house has everything you need in the kitchen to cook the perfect meal for your family and friends. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends. It was amazing!!!!
