About this apartment rental
This perfect winter retreat is nestled in an aspen grove on quiet Crescent Road adjoining Park City Mountain Village base. Only 2-3 minutes easy walk (~200 yards) to the end of our road is the edge of CB's run, where you can step into your skis or board and the First Time/3 Kings lift base is just a slight downhill (10 seconds) ski away. (check out photos that include maps and diagrams that show perspective) Silver Star lift base is a 7-8 minutes walk ( 6 = $10 per day due to laundry charges). A Pack n' Play and high chair are also on hand if you have a little one with you. We hope you'll enjoy our place as much as we do! Please Note: This is a NO SMOKING/NO VAPING property. Minimum age to rent: 30 Stairs info (all with good rails) -down to our building from street level: 3 sets of 8 stairs-not steep -inside our building: 1 set down to door (8 stairs), one set within unit as well. Great time. Great spot. Great host. Awesome ski conditions. Ski are a little more crowded than expected but overall a great time.

Had a wonderful weekend with my family of 5 in Park City at this nice condo. It juts out into the woods from the surrounding buildings so that it feels very private. 2 bedrooms with three bathrooms gave us plenty of space. Very well appointed with all the kitchen items necessary to prepare meals at home. Info packett on the counter was exhaustive with every aspect of the home and surrounding services delineated in great detail.
Complimentary coffee, wine, linens and paper products were an added touch. About a 200 yard walk to slopes to ski down to nearest lift and we got great snow. Ski was in was a little hampered by the fact that they were grooming the slopes closest to the condo the weekend we were there. The whole family enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location for Park City Skiing! Todd was great to work with and very communicative. The Condo was even bigger than expected with incredible views. Easy walk to the First Timer and terrain park lifts. 10 minute drive to downtown or an inexpensive Uber ride. Would and will definitely stay there again.

Cozy condo in a great location! Loved the floor plan and plenty of room for our family of four. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! Garage made it convenient. Loved having the backyard space for kids to plan in. Great place and would recommend !

We came for a ski weekend and this property was perfect for us. Communication in advance was great and meant there were no surprises. Had a few questions durning our stay and got quick answers. Easy walk to slopes, quick access to everything else. Thanks for everything Todd!

Our family 4 had a great stay at Todd's condo over the winter break. The condo was extremely comfortable (especially the well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds and the awesome fireplace) and the walk to the slope was easy as advertised. We also appreciated the 3rd bathroom and the in-unit washer/dryer. If/when we return to park city for skiing again, we hope to return to Todd's condo.

For us, this condo was perfect. So close we could walk every day to the slopes. Condo is in great condition and clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Todd was a pleasure to work with and the property was exactly as advertised. If you have loud upstairs visitors, the creaking can be a bit loud but overall, I would stay there again. Great location and kitchen.

Loved our stay. Easy access on and off the mountain. House had all the amenities you would need to feel comfortable and at home. Views are amazing out back looking at the Aspen trees. Short drive to Main Street and grocery stores. Communication with owner was very easy. Would stay again.

We loved our time in Park City. Todd was excellent to work with. He was very thorough in communication and the condo was wonderful in every way. It was a great location as well. It had everything we needed. We would stay here again! Thanks for a wonderful family spring break trip.

The property is in a perfect spot—walking distance to the lifts and the Park City Shoppes. The condo is larger than the photos let on. The owners are responsive and helpful.

Great winter getaway!!!
We had a fabulous stay at this condo! Todd was always available for questions and provided all of the information we needed for a great stay! The unit was super clean! It felt like home the moment we walked in! Super stocked kitchen! Amazing location for skiing. It was a three minute up the road to get to the Eagle chair. Easy walk home at the end of the day. Definitely recommend this anyone who is looking!

...this place would deserve it. The location was excellent, only a 2 minute walk from the slopes at Park City. The condo was perfectly clean, modern, comfortable, and well-stocked. All of the amenities were top-rate, and our host was took special care in making sure our visit exceeded our expectations. I couldn't recommend it any higher.

Ski In Ski Out
A short one block walk puts you on the ski run toward the Eagle lift. This was a great feature of our stay here. The townhouse is beautifullly appointed and comfortable. Owner is well organized and helpful. We’d stay here again!
