Recently renovated, this beautiful condo comfortably sleeps 2, and has everything you'll need for the perfect get-a-way. From a 5-minute walk to town and the base of Peak 9's Quicksilver lift, to a luxurious wellness area with four 12-person hot tubs, a heated pool, and sauna, this 1 bedroom is the ultimate hidden gem of Breckenridge. You won't find a more adorable, efficient space located so close to town. Cozy up in our mountain retreat! This condo was recently remodeled with many upgrades that include a remote controlled fireplace, soundproofing in the ceiling, and a propane grill! Pool is open Noon-8pm. Pool will be closed October 1 to November 10th, 2023. Business License #271070002 This home welcomes reservations with a departure date within the next 12 months. Please call or email us with any questions about availability. Amended cancellation policy - travel with peace of mind: A rebooking or full refund on cancellation may be issued for cancellation requests made at least 30 days prior to confirmed arrival. ---1st Floor – Ground Level Contains--- PARKING When arriving, feel free to park ONE vehicle in the lot between Building's B and C of the Motherlode condominium complex. SAUNA / LAUNDRY (BUILDING C) Take note, the sauna and laundry facilities are located in the downstairs level of Building C (to your left). HOT TUBS / POOL / LIFT ACCESS Walk across the parking lot past Building C, and you'll find the wellness area with four 12-person hot tubs, and large heated pool. Walk 4-minutes past this entrance to the South end of Main Street and on to the base of Peak 9's Quicksilver Lift! ---1st Floor – Condo Contains--- KITCHEN / LIVING ROOM / PATIO Enter the ground floor apartment into an efficient foyer with a closet to the right for your skis. Look to the left, and you'll find the fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, sink, microwave, oven, 4-eye electric stovetop, traditional filter coffee pot, Keurig machine, toaster, and more. With a 3-person breakfast bar, quickly enjoy breakfast before heading out to the slopes. Walk further into the condo and you'll find yourself in a rustic barn accented living room with large flat screen television, DVD player, fireplace, and pull-out sofa. The sleeper sofa does allow for additional occupancy of 2 more guests, though we don't consider it comfortable enough to advertise it as additional sleeping space. There's also a convenient patio space for a breath of fresh air, if needed. MASTER BEDROOM / MASTER BATHROOM Head to the right, and you'll find the Master bedroom with a King-size bed, 5-drawer chest of drawers, electric fireplace, flat screen television, and closet. Freshen up in the condo's bathroom with extra heating element and bath tub / shower combination. ---NOTE--- -The sauna is not kept on regularly. You'll need to let it heat up for about half an hour before it's ready for use. -There are absolutely NO cameras in the interior living spaces of the home for your privacy.

Great Little place. Well Stocked and close to town. Was able to walk to shops and restaurants. Bus station just outside of complex if needed. Will rent again.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice decor, furniture, comfortable bed, & very clean. Location was close to south Main St. So an easy walk to town & restaurants. Had an issue with figuring out how to lock front door, and remote didn’t work on lighting fireplace. We finally figured it out but would recommend adding additional instructions on these items. Property Management did call us back to offer assistance which was appreciated. Overall it wss a nice stay.

My husband and I stayed at the Motherlode and it was the perfect size. King size bed was comfortable, not too soft. The fireplace was easy to operate. Full kitchen was nice and modern. The pool and multiple hot tubs were awesome! Nice strong jets. Short walk downhill to Main St so that was a plus! Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I loved our stay at The Motherlode. Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. The location was great; it was a short walk into town for bars, restaurants and shopping. It was also very easy to get outside of town for nearby hikes.
We usually enjoy cooking when we travel, and there are a couple of nearby grocery stores. The kitchen had all the stuff we needed and the grill on the patio worked great.
The pool and 4 hot tubs felt very good after wearing ourselves out on hikes.
Check-in and check-out was a breeze and the property manager contacted us to see if we needed anything and made sure everything was good.
We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was great for a short weekend getaway! Very clean and close to everything. All of the codes we were given to access the pool/hot tub area did not work, so that was a bummer, but otherwise, it was a good stay.

My first stay in Breckenridge, I felt lucky to find this awesome condo. The place was updated, so cute, really comfortable king bed, with a gas fireplace to quickly warm the living room. Had everything we needed. We were a 2 minute drive to downtown, minutes from the Freebus stop, 2 minutes from Thomas Dambo's giant troll. I couldn't ask for more.

We loved this condo...with just a few decorating touches (wood beams on ceilings, wood paneling on walls, etc.) it feels like you're staying in a mountain home versus a condo near Main Street! Well stocked kitchen & bathroom with paper products provided as well as K-cups for the coffee maker...the bed is VERY comfortable with awesome linens and pillows. Overall it was a great stay...a couple of notes I feel I must add though: You absolutely MUST have the right vehicle to get in and out of this property when there's heavy snow as it is NOT plowed. Secondly, this is a downstairs unit and during our stay, we were very aware that they were people above us, so if you're a light sleeper, this is something to consider. The condo owner has no control over that though and I can say with confidence that this particular owner has put a lot of care and thoughtfulness in to providing a comfy, cozy space for their renters. Management was awesome as well with a request we had...they took care of it right away! Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

This place is just as advertised. We will definitely stay again. The only negative comment I have is they need softer bed pillows. They are memory foam and not very comfortable. Luckily I brought my own. We had to cut our trip short by one night (family emergency) and were sad to leave. We didn't get a chance to try out the hot tub. We will be back.

It was a wonderful place to stay and very clean. Tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The only negative thing is that we thought the hot tubs were going to be open and they weren't. Everything else was wonderful.

You will not go wrong with the Motherlode condo! We were looking to getaway for a short trip and this property did not disappoint. So close to all the shopping and restaurants. We spent plenty of time just relaxing with the fireplace and reading a book. Kitchen has everything you would need. Best part was being able to walk out and see the beautiful mountains, walk along the river, and we even got to see a cow with two calves and a bull moose right at the river in town. This property is beautiful inside and out.

This property was the perfect spot for a getaway with my fiancé. Clean, great location, and really enjoyed the hot tub facility. Would definitely recommend this rental for a trip to Breck with 2-4 people.
