Nestled in Hilton Head Island, this attractive condo for $130 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This condo was renovated with new kitchen cabinets, crown moulding, ceiling fan, recessed lighting, high quality sleeper /sofa (queen)in the living room, porcelain tile floor in winter 2020. The condo is conveniently located on the first floor and just steps away from the beach (the 5th villa from the beach) -- 3 minutes and you are on the sand!. For your added enjoyment we have installed ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room as well as a flat panel tvs /cable access in both rooms. Free Wireless Internet Access Provided. There is a small deck to relax on outside the villa and listen to the ocean waves and feel the ocean breeze. The deck faces Admirals Row (very quiet). The resort has the Island's largest oceanfront pool. There is also a Tiki bar there to relax and have a drink while listening to Island Music (In Season) The resort also features an exercise center, full service Sports Bar / Restaurant, a store, TEN tennis courts, shuffleboard, a playground, and daily activities for the children (in season. Overall, I would have to say the condo was good. Minus the second day we were there returning from my sons bootcamp graduation, a long day… we get to the condo and find we cannot get in. Noting that the deadbolt was locked and in the details of our contract it stated that could only happen if someone was inside the unit, which there wasn’t. We contacted maintenance workers, HVAC, housekeeping two ladies at the front desk and the condo owner. No immediate solution was available. Finally, after some time and my friend having to jump over the balcony railing to check the door, a key was magically found that unlocked the deadbolt. All of this was very frustrating and drawn out. I never heard back from the condo owner after that or was given an apology or offered any compensation for our vacation time being interrupted due to no fault of our own. I forgot to mention the pest control people had been in the building that day and apparently THEY had locked our door… no one else’s, just ours… which is odd.

the property was very clean and safe. there is everything you need in the resort. you have wonderful views of nature and the beach. The condo was also clean and the owners were very nice, answered questions promptly, and the condo was just as described. I also liked that the owners recommended local stores and restaurants

We were very pleased with our stay. The owner was very communicative and friendly and has done a great job updating the place. It's close to the beach which is a must with kids! We will definitely be back at this same location!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was literally steps from the beach, very clean, and quiet. It was everything that was advertised. The pool area was clean and nice. I highly recommend this condo as it was so affordable for what it offers. A great location as well, on Folly Beach. Thank you.

Communication with the owners was excellent. The unit is in a great community, parking was simple, the neighbors were quiet, the beach is steps away. The unit was sparkling clean, fully stocked with cooking equipment and utensils, the balcony is a great size with a view of the ocean and there is a public space right across the parking lot with public grilling spots and picnic tables. Would definitely stay here again—very peaceful and relaxing!

My so and I had the best time. Close to beach. We rented bikes right on the property. Fun restaurant. Great beach walks. Cozy bed. We loved the patio! 5 stars all around!

The property was clean and had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. The owner was super friendly and easy to contact/help with questions, etc. One note - the walls are very "thin" and you can hear everything above you. Also, if you are using the gym, while it has what you need for a workout, it is very dirty.

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. We have small children so the space worked for us. It would be tight with older children. Our favorite thing was the proximity to the beach. It really was just steps away from the condo. There was lots to do on the resort for kids- bike riding, tennis, playground and pool. The condo was clean and the check in process super easy! Some supplies in the condo were in short supply( toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap) but the grocery store is not far away. Would come back again!

Comfy condo right off of the beach. Just a minute or so walk and you are on the water. Close to fun family outings like mini golf and always in range of the various shops and restaurants that pepper the island. Would highly recommend checking out Hilton Head and this condo if you enjoy the ocean, good food, and fun times!

This property has it all we needed. And on top of it, smart tv was the life saver for my 2 year kid as it was not hassle to connect the tv. It was al ready connected to wifi and ready to go. Very close access to beach. Would surely be coming back.

Our vacation was smooth sailing from the booking process to check out. Everything was accurately described, check-in was a breeze, and the property was everything we expected and more. Right on the beach, a very short walk across the parking lot to the pool, and great food recommendations from the host. Being 30 weeks pregnant, I could not have asked for a better setup! We greatly enjoyed our trip!

Due to the constant reports of the next landfall being Charleston and Folly Field, we decided to get out of the path of Hurricane Ian and it’s next storm surge. Litchfield, where we were staying and Charleston were both flooded. Folly Field fortunately avoided the disaster, but we would have to put ourselves at serious risk. We were long gone and had to pay for the condo anyway,

Marko was a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, my husband and I had to cancel day of due to inclement weather and an illness, but Marko went above and beyond to work with us. He was very responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. He provided very thorough information and instructions and I can only imagine that if we’d been able to check-in everything would have gone smoothly. We plan to book with him next time we are in the Hilton Head area. Thank you again!!

This is our third year at HHB&T. My family loves the resort for the engaging summer activities at the pool for the kids and us parents love the easy access to the beach, security within the area and the amenities offered by wonderful hosts, such as Marko and his family in unit A133. This condo was SO clean. I am a bit of a clean freak and this condo lived up to my expectations. The cleaning of the unit, air purifying, and laundering of all linens between guests give this momma piece of mind when tucking my children in at night. The floors felt so clean right from the get go on bare feet (let's face it, that can be a difficult task when surrounded by a beach!). Brooms are provided for the guests if needed. I was very willing to use to help reduce the amount of sand entering the condo upon our return from the beach. We like to cook in for breakfast and at least one night during the week with fresh seafood. The unit is very well equipped with cookware, untiencils and a dishwasher! The bed is very comfortable and my children always look forward the bunk beds which they say sleep well! The first floor location is wonderful with small children, easy access to the vechile from the condo. Honestly, we really enjoyed our stay and will be renting this condo in the future. The owner is very kind, accommodating, quick with responses and very clearly wants to make sure you are enjoying your getaway! Thank you, Marko and family! Highly recommend!

We have stayed in this condo twice and are already looking forward to the next time. The location is perfect - just a short walk to the beach, pool, and restaurants. It is always very clean and we love the extras, like beach chairs and boogie board, that are provided!

The place had everything we needed was located by the beach. The resort had stuff going on during the week the kids loved it. The dj by the Pool and movies by the pool were one of our favorites. We definitely plan to return back to this resort.

This rental was a great experience. It was so close to the beach. The entire resort was is very walkable. Hilton Head Island is beautiful and there are tons of activities and restaurants. The property manager was very responsive.

We loved our stay at Michael’s property! It was incredibly clean and cozy and the perfect location for all of our Hilton Head adventures. The beach access and pool were huge hits for us. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice getaway.
