Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your private 30 ft balcony with spectacular beachfront views. Master bedroom features new king mattress 2023; cable TV; ceiling fan; blackout drapes; attached master bathroom with oversize walk-in shower and double vanity. Second bedroom features 2 full size beds; cable TV; ceiling fan. Living room has cable TV, ceiling fan. Fully equipped kitchen (including small maker, toaster, blender, electric can opener, etc.) Full size washer/dryer in the condo. Linens/towels furnished. Complimentary WIFI (March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - $45.00 Daily Value (Monthly rates do not include beach setup) Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments. 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent. Damage Protection is mandatory. Options: (1) Purchase CSA Damage Protection (not refundable) or (2) $800 refundable damage deposit will be due prior to check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after departure (if no damage occurs). No Pets Allowed No Smoking (including Balcony) Condo is managed locally. We enjoyed our stay at Breakers East unit 510. The living room furniture wasn’t comfortable or the guest beds. But everything else was wonderful and kind of made up for those!! Very well equipped kitchen. Used the space over the dryer for my weeks pantry supplies. Worked fine for us. Definitely recommend.

Entering the condo I was taken aback by the view off the ocean at first,it was absolutely breath taking. The cleanliness of the condo was outstanding and had everything you could possibly need. Their were 5 of us ladies for a girls trip, the blender was outdated and not working,I sent a text went to the beach came back and a new blender was on the counter. I'm was beyond impressed!!! Customer service is very important to me and ya'll went the extra mile, I so appreciate that more than ya'll know, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!

Very clean and good location to everything. Check in and check out a breeze. Stocked well with utensils cookware dishes. Ample space for the four of us. Beach was wonderful not crowded and the complimentary beach setup was perfect. Only suggestion I have is the partition on the balcony did not close so for those sleeping in the living room had early daylight so curtains would be nice in its place. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Thank you!!

Breakers East unit 501 is wonderful condo. The large balcony offers amazing views of the beach and Gulf. The unit has all the amenities of home and is nicely updated.

Great location - closer to the water than most other condos on the shore - it was fun being able to watch dolphins from the balcony every morning. Communication was excellent, answered my questions in a matter of minutes by email.
Unit was exactly as described, very spacious for a family of 4. Clean and well stocked, the kitchen had everything you might want. Having assigned beach seating was awesome - no need to run down and reserve your space in the morning. Tennis/pickleball courts were in great shape and we never had to wait to use them.
If you've never been to Destin before, just be prepared for interesting driving. Maybe it's worse in spring break season, but you will need to be on your toes and a little more aggressive than a midwesterner is used to.

Honestly, we've stayed in ALOT of VRBO properties mainly on 30A...THIS was by far THE very best condo I've ever stayed in. Spacious, clean, gorgeous large kitchen, fully stocked, fabulous deck seating, large living area with tons of seating, bedrooms very comfortable. Honestly...not one issue. We brought my 91-year-old mother down for a quick vacation - alot of memories made right on the deck sipping mimosas each morning! THANK YOU for providing a truly fantastic experience!!

This is my favorite condo of all time. It was perfect. Let’s just start by mentioning the great location. The condo itself is spacious and inviting. There is plenty of comfy seating for all and the beds are like a dream. Perfect bathrooms, large equipped kitchen and easy access to the beach. The unit was amazing. Spacious, fully stocked kitchen, HUGE balcony on the fifth floor with an exceptional view. My only complaint is the gigantic cock roaches. Every night they were on the balcony, which is expected I guess, but then we killed two inside the unit. May need to hire an exterminator to keep them disgusting 3” pests out!

The only thing we weren't too fond of was the furniture in the living room and chairs in the kitchen. They were the most uncomfortable chairs and couches I have ever sat on and should be burned immediately (I can't stand wicker furniture) . Other than that, it was a great experience and would definitely rent this place again. Could use a bigger TV in the living room, but that's no big deal.
