About this condo rental
Nestled in Folly Beach, this lovely condo for $424 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. The allure of Folly awaits you in this spacious upstairs flat. The nicely equipped kitchen includes a gas range/oven, large microwave, dishwasher, french door refrigerator/freezer and an eating bar for two views the living area for those quick bites. There is plenty of cabinet space along with a unique little cabinet exclusively for your beverages and an over-sized front loading washer/dryer. Spread out into the separate living/dining area’s double La-Z-Boy couches w/ ottomans or a recliner to relax; or dine in and play one of the board games in comfort at the table... After your done exploring Folly or visiting Charleston, which is only 15 minutes away; wind down and enjoy a night in with the 50 ' HDTV/Blue Ray DVD. WIFI available. A king sized bed is in the master bedroom along with plenty of storage to nicely house all of your possessions. The 2nd bedroom although smaller in size has a queen sized bed along with providing ample storage as well. Rest assured, since both the mattresses and all the pillows are encased in allergy/bed bug protectors. The linens are freshly sanitized and the beds are already made upon your arrival along with bath towels. Flat screens are also available in both of the bedrooms. There is a quaint little screened in porch off the kitchen and a wrap around deck connecting the front and back doors. Our downstairs flat is a separate unit, SO PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF YOUR NEIGHBORS. There is a designated parking space in the front of the house with a city of FB sign for you to park upon your arrival. Please park with the flow, all tires off the road anywhere on the island. YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT THIS PROPERTY. DURING CHECKOUT, PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE CONTRACT AND READ IT BEFORE CHECKING THE BOX. IT WILL ALSO BE AVAILABLE AGAIN IN YOUR 'PAID RECEIPT' E-MAIL COPY AS IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT RULES AND REGULATIONS. YOU CAN ACCESS IT AGAIN ANY TIME. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES, NO PETS AND NO SMOKING ALLOWED. FOR CANCELLATION TERMS PLEASE READ THE LEASE AGREEMENT. Place was as advertised. Well-stocked kitchen, great layout, lots of space, and everything was clean. Also, nice towels and beach chairs were available for use. Owner was also very responsive and gave great suggestions. Perfect time!

My husband, daughter and I stayed at Teresa’s upper flat for a long weekend and it was perfect for us! The space felt open, the kitchen has beautiful upgrades and the bed linens and bath towels provided were so clean and cozy. I’m usually dying to get back to my own bed after a vacation and I slept better here than at my house! Comfiest beds! The couches were also deep and cery comfy and I loved the couch covers since I know they’d be cleaned between guests. We are local to Charleston and my husband and I said multiple times throughout the weekend we would absolutely stay here again. Short walk into town, short walk to the beach - it’s the perfect place.

Very clean, fresh, nicely furnished 2nd floor beach town apartment, everything needed except food is there. Grocery store 1 block. 2 blocks from the beach, 2 blocks from city center. Great old beach town feel. Stay here, you won't regret it. Love the town, clean nice beaches.

My husband, teenage daughter and I booked this property for a few days while my daughter visited a nearby college. The property was exactly as described and pictured, well-maintained, and it was stocked with any and all amenities you may need to be comfortable! Everything was pristine clean (I could tell sheets had been freshly bleached and cleaned) and in order, with notes for reminders about different things on the property. The beds were very comfortable (and we're picky about mattresses!) We enjoyed the outdoor shower and how close the property was to town and the beach. Parking was very simple with plenty of space for our vehicle. Communication with the owner was extremely easy when we had questions about anything. When we visit again, we will definitely stay here again....we were so comfortable and "at home" in this adorable "flat"! Book it! You will not be disappointed!

Super helpful host! Perfect location for us to enjoy our beach time and town of folly beach. The short drive to Charleston allowed us to sightsee the city, but once we were on folly everything was walkable. We made some special family memories!

Awesome stay in folly

My husband and our two teenagers had a fabulous experience at Cooper Flats. The owner communicated well and was flexible. The cottage was very clean, a perfect size, and close to the beach as well the main restaurants, bars and shops. It was so easy to wash up after spending the day at the beach and the beach chairs and towels were a HUGE plus. I honestly do not have any complaints at all. I highly recommend staying at Cooper Flats.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook with w/ the bonus of high -end appliances. Washer dryer is a plus! Outside deck is a bonus. Plenty of space to hang out and enjoy some shade. Outside shower may have been my favorite - great reprieve after a long day at the beach! Location - hands down the best. 2 short blocks to the beach. 1 block to Chico Feo. A fun little outside restaurant/bar and live music. Across the street is Bert’s. A local grocery store that is open 24hrs /day. Very convenient. Great selection of sandwiches and such. Free coffee as well! 2 blocks down the same road ( Cooper) is Center Ave. Restaurants , shops etc.. my boys loved the freedom of being able to walk down a residential street to get some ice cream and do a little shopping. Nice for me also not to drive while on vacation. If I had a month off I would never have left!!!

We forgot our beach bag but there were beach towels and beach chairs to save the day. Beds were super comfortable and clean. The location is convenient to both the beach and Center St. The owner was super responsive and helpful for the one minor issue while we were there. She gave us tips on golf cart rental(which was super close) and recommended some nice restaurants to try. Loved the windows, the small screened porch, and the nice private outdoor shower.
