Located across the street from a Folly Beach public beach access point, Hang 6 is a one bedroom condo with a rocking covered balcony, hardwood floors and bright & cheerful furnishings. With two pullout sofa beds in the living room, Hang 6 is the perfect condo for a beach getaway for a couple, a small family or a group of friends. Once you enter the front door of the condo, you will be entranced by the ocean views visible in the living room area through the French doors onto the covered balcony. You will also find an open floor plan layout with hardwood floors between the living room and kitchen areas. The condo has a large, well-stocked kitchen; a large screen streaming TV and French door access to the covered balcony with outdoor seating. The bedroom, bathroom and full sized washing machine & dryer are located down the hallway from he kitchen & living room areas. Off-street parking in the carport area beneath the building for up to 2 cars is included in the rental rate. Please note Hang 6 is located within a condo building, which means you may experience crossover noise during your stay. Just 15 miles from downtown Charleston, Folly Beach is its own universe - with its own sense of time, enjoyment, and a laid back, friendly energy that has earned it the lifelong affection of locals and visitors alike. Its wide beaches, solid surfing, eclectic neighborhoods, and community of locally-owned restaurants and shops make it the perfect place in which to revel, relax, and reconnect. Hang 6 has a terrific location -- you'll enjoy mesmerizing ocean views from the covered balcony and a public beach access point across the street from the condo while still having quick access to the world famous Bert's Market, Chico Feo and the Center Street restaurants & shops. - For TV apps personal subscription required. If anything, the listing doesn’t do justice to how great the location is! The place was clean, spacious, well-stocked and very comfortable. We'll definitely be coming back.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great location with a great view of the ocean. We spent lots of time on the wonderful balcony. The condo was very comfortable and had all the amenities needed. The only negative to our stay was the noisy upstairs neighbors. We could hear them laughing, yelling and stomping around in the middle of the night. But we would stay here again and hope for quieter neighbors.

While there are so many great things to say regarding Hang6, here are a few. Hang6 has a great feel to it and is just the right size. The location is perfect for access to the beach and town, which has fabulous restaurants. Hang6 is impeccably maintained and clean. It is well stocked with everything you could want. We can’t wait to return!

I loved my stay at Hang 6. Everything is as described. The perfect week to celebrate my birthday. The only issue we had were the guests staying in the Penthouse above were a little loud, but it did not interfere with our stay. Hope to stay again next year!!!

Visiting Folly is always a treat for is. In the past we have always stayed in the condos across the street on the beach. We were very impressed with the ease and access of this property, communicating with the owner has been one of best experiences we have had in using VRBO in the 10 years we have utilized the service. This property is clean, has well up to date appliances, all the amenities you need for any length of stay. Will recommend and put on our places to stay again.

We loved our stay at Hang 6 on Folly Beach. The condo has a cute beach vibe. It is walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. And, of course, it’s right by the beach! I have never seen clean, air conditioned public restrooms right by the entrance to the beach. Good job, Folly Beach!
We spent our mornings and evenings on the covered porch, overlooking the ocean. Very comfy furniture! This was the perfect spot for us and we highly recommend it. We will be back!

This place is perfect for a romantic week/weekend away! My husband and I went for our “babymoon” and loved every second. Although the hurricane pushed us to leave early, the accommodations were nothing short of amazing and the responses from Steven were quick and helpful. Will definitely be back in the future. 🙂

This rental was so cute. You cannot get a better location. It's steps from the beach and right by our fav local spots. There's also a market on the corner we walked to for sandwiches and anything we needed anddd it's open 24/7. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was just what you would want in Folly! The apartment was very clean and close to everything. We were able to enjoy breakfast on the balcony then travel a few steps to set up for a full beach day. At night we could walk to all the restaurants. If there was a wait, some headed back to the apartment while others checked out the shops because we were 2-3 minutes walking from anywhere on Center street. Of course this meant we ate way more than our share of sweets too! Our kids knew how easy it was to go back out for ice cream on the Pier or Dolce Bananas or even closer for pie at Bert’s! Check in was effortless. The key code made it perfect for anyone to run back upstairs from the beach without worrying with a key. The hosts were very informative and left us a sweet treat too! We would definitely recommend and go back!

Great location to walk to the beach (across the street), the pier two blocks, and all the bars and restaurants on the main drag. No need to drive, once you are there! Good condo for a couple. Loved the outdoor area too.

Super cute apartment right across from the beach. Very comfortable furniture- loved the quirkiness of the color scheme. Awesome porch with great outdoor furniture as well. Location can not be beat- market and liquor store less than a block away and two minute walk to all the action. The booking and check in process was a breeze. Can’t wait to come back!

Had a wonderful time. Charming clean well maintained. Gorgeous view of the ocean. Only feedback that's not positive is the door lock. It takes three hands to get in: 1 to punch in the key code and turn the deadbolt, 1 to turn the doorknob and 1 to hold your phone to read the code.
Overall I would highly recommend and will stay again in the future!

The house was very cleaned and super close to the beach. There are a lot restaurants within walking distance plus Bert’s Market and the liquor store. Beach equipment was provided along with towels. The hosts even left us a little gift!

It's the perfect location for feeling like a local at Folly Beach - you would never need to get in your car, everything is within walking distance.
Traipse over the beach, saunter back for a snack. Walk into town for breakfast, lunch, dinner or drinks (or all of the above) - OR whip something up in Hang 6's stocked kitchen (fabulous refrigerator, btw).
With the keyless entry, you don't ever need to worry about grabbing keys for the unit - very much appreciated.
The unit was clean and cool and comfortable - we WILL be back!
