Overall we loved the house! You cannot beat the location and views. We did notice a few things could be updated. The couch in the downstairs bedroom is broken and the dishwasher did not really clean the dishes. Also, the property was clean but two of the downstairs beds had hairs on the pillows and sheets.

This house was perfect for our group. Was luxurious enough for the adults to feel like they were on vacation but laid out simple enough to let the kids roam without worrying about them. Beautiful location on the golf course yet still close enough drive to Main street. Check in process worked flawlessly. Overall very pleased!

We had a fantastic week in Breckenridge as a family - when the weather turned out to include more rain and cold than anticipated - we were happy to have such a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. This beautiful home is truly better than the pictures portray. We had a family vacation here with my wife, our 2 children and myself. We were never short of things to do for fun, between the pool table, the hot tub and all of the giant tv,s and cozy fireplaces we stayed entertained and happy throughout our entire stay. We were even able to sled on a hill in the backyard. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful home! We had four families meet up for a ski week and it was fabulous. It was the first time that we all felt like there was plenty of room for adults and kids. The location was just close enough to town for getting the lifts, dining and spa, but with a little solitude. Some SMALL items I would suggest. Invest in additional glassware. We had to run the dish multiple times a day to have enough glassware for everyone. Some of the walls could use a wipe down. I am sure this is just normal wear on a rental.

Hosted our annual fantasy football draft/golf weekend at this amazing property, and it was awesome! The house was as described, and easily accommodated 12 adults comfortably. The location was perfect as it was basically on Breckenridge Golf Club which was one of the courses we played and provided amazing views. The kitchen was actually stocked with everything we needed for food prep and cooking which was amazing. Would highly recommend the property for anyone looking for a getaway in a beautiful area!

Very impressed with all interactions with management River Ridge Rentals. They promptly answered any questions prior to booking. They graciously allowed an early check in. They had someone come out the same day I contacted them to report fire pit would not start and replaced propane tank. The property itself was beautiful inside and out with comfortable beds and furniture. The pool table, shuffleboard, hot tub and fire pit were popular amenities enjoyed by my family.

Overall a nice house in a nice neighborhood. Needs some maintenance inside (loose plumbing fixtures, wiring, etc), better quality bedding and towels, and bathroom amenities (there was none . Not the quality expected for the extremely high peak-season nightly rate. Might stay again at lower rate if issues above were addressed, otherwise a pass.

The house was very nice, great views and location to ski lifts and the town of Breckenridge. Nice, state of the art appliances and decor. The spa was clean and worked great. Unfortunately the house was not equipped with paper products as stated and instructions for operating the equipment in the house were not found. We called and they said they would deliver the products but they did not arrive until three days later. We had to go to Walmart and purchase the products to get by. Secondly, the floors were dirty, the bottom of our grandkids feet were black as well as our socks. We had one bathtub but it did not have a plug so we could not use it until the middle of our stay when they delivered the plug and paper products. TV in media room was not working properly. Ice and water dispenser was not working in the refrigerator.
